Personality: Marie Soritona believes that the actions of the Zeon forces are necessary for Humanity to push forward. Such were the lessons shared with her from her parents, and she holds them close to her heart, that what they are doing is for the greater good of humanity. She follows her orders without question in almost all instances, but refuses to endanger civilians when at all possible.
History: Marie Soritona grew up a regular army brat, bouncing from one Zeon base to the next as her parents were stationed in one place after another. Both accomplished Mobile Suit pilots, when they died a year before her 18th birthday, their passing cemented what she intended to do with her life, and upon coming of age, she enlisted and immediately aimed for Mobile Suit piloting.
After completing training, during which she first tested positive as a Newtype, she moved on to receive her first mobile suit, the Action Zaku. Though a design two decades old, it and the girl mesh well, though they have seen little more than guard duty so far.
Powers: Marie's powers as a Newtype are not yet substantially developed. She lacks the willful use of it and is limited to "gut feelings" and a somewhat enhanced reaction time, but nothing to put her significantly beyond the well-trained soldier she is on its own. Though she favors the melee heat battleaxe with devastating effectiveness in her Zaku, she still prefers automatic weapons on her own, and has noteworthy accuracy with the weapons. It would stand to reason that she would also be able to carry this skill over to the use of her Zaku if she so chose.
Equipment: Assault Rifle, standard pistol sidearm, the former strapped across her back but only when geared up, the latter in a holster on her hip at all times.
Weakness: She is still human and lacks meaningful field experience.

History: The Action Zaku was first designed by the Principality of Zeon 21 years ago, but its incredibly advanced, high-powered design was too ahead of its time to be finished before the end of the One-Year War that it could have saved and its plans were confiscated by the Federation.
Though it is over two decades and three wars old, the innovations it utilizes ensures it still possesses a competitive edge against newer suits, and though it lacks the punch of newer suits such as the Dooben-Wolf, itself approaching twelve years of service, it boasts higher maneuverability and better adaptivity.
Powers: In addition to the flexability in armaments and modification packs, the most notable edge of the Action Zaku is its magnetic-coated joints. A special substance is applied to the joints and motors that, when electrically charged, reduce friction to almost nothing, skyrocketing the reaction time of the suit while plummeting the stresses of wear and tear.

Beam Battleaxe: In place of the classic Heat Tomahawks of the Zaku line, Marie has opted for a larger, more brutal two-handed variant in the form of a battleaxe.

Machine Gun - MMP-90 Ver. 8 Machine Gun, clip-fed, 32 rounds per clip, additional clips can be stored on waist armor storage racks.
