Name: Yori Storlen
Alias: Snow Rabbit
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Alignment: Neutral Good
Power Level: Mid-tier Medium (5)
Timeline: Modern
Appearance: This young Russian woman stands at five feet and nine inches, a respectable height for a woman and particularly so when in heels. Her decidedly Aryan-esque form - pale skin, long, fair hair, blue eyes, tall yet slender - lends her an air of physical perfection that draws attention to her no matter how she dresses.
In general, her style of dress is very professional, typically consisting of blouses, dress jackets, tasteful heels and either a dress skirt with stockings or slacks. Her casual wear is usually just the blouse, comfortable shoes and slacks.
When in uniform, she wears insulated fabrics that form arm-length white gloves with white fur trim, a white halter top that leaves a diamond exposed over her chest and splitting below it after coming back against the body, spreading behind to leave the area around the belly button exposed but becoming a fur-lined half-dress once it goes below her waist. When at ease, this semi-cape closes in around white fur-trimmed shorts and her legs are allowed to remain bare until reaching her feet and shins, which are clad in white, fur-lined mukluks. A brooch in the shape of a bunny's face with fangs adorns her waist like a buckle for a belt that isn't there and a pair of white bunny ears atop her head complete the ensemble. When in a warmer climate than her native homeland, she wears an identical, non-insulated outfit in its place.
Personality: Despite her double-life as the Snow Rabbit, Yori is a very serious individual in her daily life. She takes her work seriously and believes that people should behave properly at work. When around friends and off the clock, she can loosen up somewhat, enjoying a beer or two with friends and chatting about the day. She doesn't take up gossiping about men, however, as her opinion of them is rarely favorable. She believes most men to be single-minded fools with only one goal when interacting with the opposite sex. As a result, she also often turns down advances coldly and without a second thought.
History: Growing up in northern Russia is a feat even in the modern world. Cold practically all year round, the number of ways for a family to make a living is limited, and the harsh winters either bury everything in snow and ice or freeze it to the bone with their terrific winds. Still, and perhaps fortunately, the Storlen family was well off, living there more by choice than by necessity, and Yori spent her childhood calling the place her dear home. While they allowed her to be tutored at home for the duration of her elementary education, however, her parents thought it best she attend an actual school for her high school years.
Her parents sent Yori to a boarding school for girls further south, closer to the border of Ukraine. As a result, she grew up with the impression that, despite its fragmented nature, the whole of Russia was her homeland and is comfortable around many cultures. It was while attending the boarding school that one of her teachers offered her a proposition after she had punched the teeth out of several young men from the local area who had tried to make advances on her. The teacher was a member of a school of martial arts that favored using the filthy minds of such men against them.
Such began Yori's training in the schooling of the Bunny Fist, a deceptively innocent name for the arts she learned, first on evening trips from the school and full time after graduating for two years. When she turned twenty, she decided it would be best to continue her education so she could achieve more with her life, and though she still attended classes regularly, she enrolled in college to seek a Master's in business. Being away from the civilization of men for two long years had allowed her eyes to be open to what happened around her every day when she returned and she found she couldn't bear it. Her training more and more often involved wearing her uniform and using the skills she learned in actual combat. Before she had given it much consideration, she was a full-fledged vigilante, running regular patrols every night she could and jumping in to help others whenever the need arose. Four years later, she has her Bachelor's degree in Business and known widely as the superheroine, Snow Rabbit.
Powers: The Bunny Fist style of martial arts teaches many bonafide martial arts skills, favoring quick evasion and weight-relay skills, as well as powerful kicks. In addition to these, however, it also teaches many special techniques exclusive to the Bunny Fist school.
Sparkle Burst - This special technique fills the air around Yori with glitterdust, sparkling glitter-like dust that clings to everything, preventing people from being invisible or hiding while reflecting the light in the area over and over again so that it dazes those not prepared for it.
Charm - To those outside the school of the Bunny Fist, this is what the practitioners of the style are most famous for. More than just a mere attractive pose and suggestive wink, this technique backs it with a low-level psionic compulsion that affects heterosexual men and homosexual women, causing them to become infatuated with the user so that they are unlikely to attack or defend themselves.
Shatter Kick - While only a fool underestimates the power of a kick from a practitioner of the Bunny Fist, this special technique is a particularly focused attack. By spotting the "shatter point" of a target, that point at which the stresses are most interlocked, a single, pinpoint kick can shatter the object. This attack is very effective at clearing obstacles, breaking armor and making critical hits, but is completely useless against foes with no such points, such as amorphous creatures.
Rapid Kick - A rapid series of continuous kicks most similar to a bicycle kick.
Harem of Fools - This illusionary technique makes it seem like there are many of Yori at once. While beneficial in its own right by disguising where the real one is, it also strongly increases the effect of Charm when used first.
Super Jump - The style of the Bunny Fist, as much a reference to the classic favorite of men as well as the creature, itself, teaches this movement technique, which allows the user to jump incredibly high, two to three stories at a time.
Passion Crush - Executed at the peak of a Super Jump, this attack sheaths Yori's lower body in fire-like fighting energy as she comes smashing down on her target like a meteor.
Double Kick Flip - A move in which Yori unleashes two quick front kicks to the target's jaw by landing one kick with one foot, holding it there for a second and then releasing another kick to the target's jaw while flipping backwards.
Equipment: None
Weakness: She lacks actual armor, which makes her more vulnerable to direct hits. Besides this, she possesses all standard human weaknesses.
