Name: Kali
Age: Millions of years old. Looks to be in early thirties.
Gender: Male
Race: Nephilim
Alignment: Lawful Evil
Power Level: High-tier High (9)
Timeline: Any
Appearance: Tall and handsome, almost described as beautiful, with long, floor-length, rich blonde hair. He often wears billowing cream-colored robes, but may also wear a deep-purple business suit if a situation absolutely requires it.
Personality: Kali is the consummate gentleman. It is hard to tell when he is hostile, when he is neutral and when he's actually there to "help" because he approaches all scenarios with the same unlimited politeness and graciousness. Even in the middle of the most intense battles, he meets his enemies with every courtesy at his disposal. They should be warned, however, that this does not reflect a change in his intentions, and even when he brings aid, it is only because to do so forwards his own goals.
History:
When Man began to grow into an ever-larger population, the angels that had been sent out of Heaven following the rebellion led by the former Archangel Lucifer, the most powerful of all of the angels, were sent down into the Earth in exile. When they arrived, they found many of the human women attractive and took them as mates. The children born from these crossings were beings of incredible power and indefinite life spans.
Even Lucifer took a human woman, and from her womb came one who would shake the very foundations of the world to their core. Kali serves his father without hesitation, and seeks to conquer the world and harvest the souls to add them to Lucifer’s collection. He has been pursuing this goal for millennia. It has been the role of the Chosen One of Heaven to stop him each time he moves, but he has yet to be completely defeated. The first Chosen One, the strongest mortal warrior at the time, chosen by God and infused with the power of the angels of Heaven nearly defeated him, but the man’s mortal shell could not contain the supernatural energies and perished even as he drew back his fist for the final blow.
This set an ongoing standard. Each time he rose to attack, another would be Chosen, and would push him back, but would ultimately fail to destroy him. For thousands of years, he has waged his war for the souls of mortals, and for thousands of years, the Man-Demon, the half son of Satan, himself, has shown no signs of surrender.
Powers: Kali has no actual moves by name, but he has many techniques that he uses frequently. It is important to note, however, that his energy manipulation is not the same as others. For instance, he does not use standard visible energy. For lack of a better comparison, his source and energies resemble more of the Force in appearance than the standard DBZ energy, and spiritual energy in constitution, though it makes little difference. He is capable of the standard energy, but he just doesn’t use it a lot. In many ways, he is more a sorcerer than a fighter. His study has extended beyond merely energy manipulation and he also has a masterful comprehension of the arcane, as well as being hereditarily linked to powerful, unholy hellfire, which he can call upon as he desires.
Mirror Wall – A defensive barrier that returns energy or energy-charged attacks back at the attacker. Kali can summon this at will without any summoning motions or words.
Overcharge – When he gets a firm grip on an opponent, he can shove energy into their bodies in increasing amounts, essentially causing them to “blow a fuse.” If the energy is mental, it essentially fries the brain. If it is physical, it can end in a rather messy bodily eruption as the body becomes unable to bear the strains. This is a very lethal move if the person can’t escape or isn’t rescued before their maximum capacity is exceeded.
Force Shove – Essentially, Kali pushes, throws or in some other manner moves his opponent by shoving his energy about them. Because of its incorporeal nature, it tends to overrun most strength-versus-strength situations, though the damage is the same as if they have been thrown with comparable physical force.
Transference – Kali’s version of teleportation. However, he does not require physical contact with any he wishes to bring with him, and due to its supernatural nature, is truly instantaneous, and not just at the speed of light. This is for long-distance travel only.
Molecular Freeze – Contrary to the name of this technique, it is not an elemental attack. It stops movement at the molecular level in the surrounding area, allowing Kali to move freely while others are bound. Due to the laws of physics, however, any action intended to affect another must be performed after the freeze has been removed, as striking or attacking someone while their molecules are bound in place is pointless. This makes this a movement-only technique.
Soul Bind – This is what Kali does when he enslaves another by taking their soul. This is a transaction that must be performed with the willing consent of the target. They must willingly give up their soul to him. Once they have done this, they are enslaved to him until he decides to release them, which is often never. When they die, since their souls have been sold, they go to his father. The target still retains their original personality and free thought. They are not mentally dominated in any way. However, if Kali issues a specific command, they must obey, even if it is in violation of their ethical alignment. If they attempt to disobey, they are exposed to debilitating pain, and ultimately, their bodies override their will and carry out the command on their own. Other than in these instances, they are often allowed to do whatever they please, even returning to their old lives. Ultimately, Kali is only interested in their souls, so as long as their actions do not conflict with his other plans, he doesn’t care much what they do.
Equipment: None
Weakness: Kali, due to sheer power and experience, doesn't have any truly glaring weaknesses. Divine power of the angels of Heaven and God can quickly bring him to his knees. Technically, anti-evil and anti-demon tactics would be more effective than normal tactics, but one would have to overcome his power to pull a win through such measures.

History:
“And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair, and they took them wives of all which they chose. And the Lord said, ‘My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh; yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.’ There were the Nephilim in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.”
- Genesis 6: 1-4 KJV
