(Behold, the only character I managed to salvage.... except his nickname list.)
Name: Glenn (Dropped his last name)
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Timeline: Can exist in any.
Power Level: Mid-Tier High
Race: "Omnipotent Being" (Not actually omnipotent, but he likes to call himself that over "semi-omnipotent" or "quasi-omnipotent")
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Appearance: Chooses his appearance to be that of a young human male. He has scraggly red hair and grey eyes. His appearance is always warped to suit the timeline and place he is currently in.
Personality: A fairly fun-loving and fair-tempered individual. Glenn rarely loses control of his anger and remains fairly cheerful. He has a knack for getting on peoples nerves, and revels in tormenting the people he's close to. In the end, he has the best interests of others in mind, and is a good friend and companion. Glenn likes to give people nicknames. Prefers to do things the "hard way" and won't use his power to solve a problem he can solve through other methods.
History: Glenn is a normal student. Not much out of the ordinary with his life. One day he had saved a man from being mugged. Unknown to him, the man he had help was a messanger of an otherworldly being. If Glenn hadn't have intervened, the messanger would've surely been killed, and he was vital to the being's existance. This piqued the otherworldly creatures interest, as Glenn had went out of his way to help someone he knew nothing about. Observing him further, he found that Glenn was equally reliable in all other situations. After deep consideration, he imparted a gift upon Glenn. He gave Glenn the power of omnipotence. However, this displeased several other etheral beings, and Glenn's powers are constantly restrained to certain points. This concern is of course well placed, but Glenn almost never uses his power selfishly. Glenn set out after learning his new power, and always searches for fun and excitement. While he does nothing "wrong", he is constantly monitored, almost as if the people watching are just waiting for him to slip up.
Powers: Can change his appearance and weapon at will, his reaction time and physical capabilities are radically heightened, he can summon up objects, ranging from something as innocent as a stuffed animal to something as destructive as a cruise missile. He has access to instant teleportation and powerful magic, but not anything widely destructive.
Weapons: Most times he uses the only thing he's trained in, a rapier. Glenn is a licensed swordsman and as such is very good with said weapon. He's a decent shot with a gun, but nothing gifted, and he's even worse with a bow.
Weakness: Omnipotent, not a god. Glenn is still killable. When he is absolutely provoked, Glenn seems to forget his powers and only goes at his agressor with his physical abilities. Is actually prone to psionic enemies.
