Appearance: Amelia is a brown skinned woman with long rabbit ears. She has long white hair. She wears a white robe with blue triangles decorating the ends of the sleeves and the hem. She has a red sash and wears baggy grey pants. (The robe has a short hem when compared to most others.) The only piece of jewelery she has is a gold wedding ring on her finger.
Personality: Very bright and cheerful, and quite kind. Amelia is very calm and peaceful, and is highly in tune with nature. Oddly, she perfers the open desert over the forests that Viera are known to love. This trait makes her have one thing in common with the rest of Clan Masfem, she's the antithesis to what she is expected to be. (Shark's a pacifist, Telo's a collosal pervert, Cassandra's... Cassandra, etc.)
History: Amelia was a young viera from a village very close to one of the many deserts of Ivalice. Amelia sought to help someone, but oftentimes she was overlooked and ignored, as she was mediocre in skill when compared to most other mages in the village. Eventually rumours started spreading of a very dangerous monster deep in the heart of the desert. Amelia felt that something must be hurting the monster if it was acting this strangely, so she went to see if she could help it, despite the many warnings and jeers she got. When she didn't return to the village, many assumed she was dead. However, she actually chose to stay in the desert, wih the "monster", a Bangaa monk, known only as "the Sandshark" to outsiders. The rumours were double sided, working with another of a myserious hermitage in the desert. Thos that were lost in the desert would meet the peaceful Shark, who would take them to his hermitage and resupply them, while those in the desert for malign purposes typically met his bad side. Amelia found Shark fascinating, and decided to stay with him in is hermitage, despite his reluctance to let her stay. Shark soon found he made a good choce, as the upsides of having Amelia around (mor ehelp around the house, an extra healer) outwieghed the downsides (the more feminine decor the hermitage underwent, Shark's meditation rom being turned into a bedroom). Eventually Shark and Amelia fell in love and married. One day while the couple was in a city resupplying, they met Cassandra and Farrah. After assisting them in quelling a riot, a few of the girls suggested forming a clan. And thus, Clan Masfem was formed.
Powers: Cure/Cura/Curaga: Healing spells, each one varying in strength. The are damaging to the undead.
Full Life: Revives and unconcious/VERY recently dead ally. Also damages undead.
Protect: Creates a shield to help defend against physical attacks.
Shell: Creates a shield to help defend against magical attacks.
Esuna: Heals abnormalities in health (poisoning, minor insanity, sickness, etc.)
Burial: Exterminates an undead enemy.
Blackout: Blinds an enemy with dakness.
Nighthawk: Strikes an enemy at a distance with energy.
Manastrike: An attack that strikes an enemy spiritually, sapping magic power.
Featherblow: Lands several accurate, but weak hits.
Fire Whip: Entangles an enemy with ropes made of fire.
Shining Air: A wind element attack. Attacks with blasts of wind. Can cause temporary blindness.
Evil Gaze: The enemy falls under the glare of a fiendish presence. Inexplicably causes dark element damage and may cause confusion due to immense paranoia cased from the attack.
Heavy Dust: Summons a chunk of earth to crush the enemy. Tends to immobilize an enemy.
Sliprain: Traps the enemy in a water ball. Sometime the enemy seems to slow down after being hit by Sliprain.
Barrier: An advancd spell that combines the power of Protect and Shell.
Fire: A fire element spell. Attacks with a fireball.
Thunder: Electricity element. Attacks with a lightning bolt.
Blizzard: Ice element attack, uses a chunk of ice to attack.
Sleep: Creates a soothing presence, lulling the foe to sleep.
Poison: Creates noxious gases to poison an enemy.
Doublecast: The ability to cast two spells at once. (Eg. Amelia could heal an ally with Cure and attack with Evil Gaze at the same time.)
Block Arrows: Amelia can catch arrows that are shot at her.
Auto-Regen: When struck, Amelia automatically begins recovering at a steady rate.
Weapons: Uses an unadorned wooden staff with lethal effeciency.
Weaknesses: Uses primarily magic, and while talented at beating enemies away with her stick, physical offense oriented characters (Like Dennis or Lucas) can crack her easy.
