That doesn't sound to me like he's seeing much of a penalty in any respect due to being partially human. Increased physical attributes above most humans, I'd buy. Above the average of the drastically stronger part of his genetic origins because the weaker is present? Not so much, and it flies in the face of what you just said.

he is stronger and faster than most Bone demons. I just don't consider durability an attibute as much as a condition.

Well, it is. Strength, speed, reactions, stamina, endurance, durability, those are all physical attributes. And you really need to make up your mind on which of his stats are high, and how much higher are they than his other stats? How much experience does he have? If he doesn't have the experience of his father, then you definitely need to explain how he surpasses him without the experience.

Here lets do it numerically. 1-5
Str-5 Exp- 2 Spd-4 Talent-4 React-5 Instinct-5 Sta-2 End-3 Dur-1
A little better?

Yes, that makes much more sense. You need to post that in his powers, say that his strength and speed are notably high, but his physical endurance, ability to keep up the pace and take hits are significantly low by comparison. Also, I'm not sure there's a good definition for instinct as it applies here without making it a rip-off replacement for experience, so I'd advise removing that.

I would just say that reactions, talent, and instinct would affect his reflexes and how he would naturally react to a situation.

I say again, including instincts at such a massively high level would be like saying, "Yeah, I've never done this before, I have no idea what I'm doing, but because I've got such awesome instincts, I can wing it and still be better than others."

No what i mean is if someone attacked him, he wouldn't necesarily be able to win, but he would know how to avoid as much damage as possible.

Which is why I don't like it. It's giving him free skills he hasn't earned. Sure, it'd help against a similarly uneducated warrior, but someone who's trained to strike should be far superior at doing so against him.

this is all beside the point, it's not in the profile so it really doesn't affect him. i just put it there so I could use my own tactics without it being too farfetched, but I suppose that won't work

Huh? Repost?
(And thanks.)
Anyway, now that you've explained the rest of the stats, I gotta say, this guy really doesn't have level 9 potential. Do you really want him as is, or would you like some help revising him so he is level 9? If it's important for some reason that he be High-tier High, then I can work with you to boost a few things up without dramatically altering the character.

I will be taking Ninmast's place in this discussion.
If this is sarcasm I am sorry for not catching onto it, otherwise...
Doubtful. Generally when approaching the high 8s and going into 9s. such characters generally cancel eachother out simply because they are too powerful on offensive and defensive to do anything to eachother at all. This character from what I have seen and am trying to comprehend, while incredibly strong, does not have what it takes to "easily" defeat other characters of his own level. Rarely do any of them have such capabilities. Even the "accepted" strongest character of the EAB at the time; Spectral, once noted that battles against certain other 9's are pointless and fruitless. That character was perhaps on Par with the power level of Urza Planeswalker, the epitome canon character of our highest power level, and this character does not even come close to reaching that level of power. Your character does have forms of reality altering, but the higher ups far exceed that.
One of two things must occur.
1. MORE DETAIL
This hardly tells us anything about him. It's very broad and can be interpreted in many ways, we must know the fullest extent of his power in order to understand an accurate level of power.
2. Further Discussion
I will be happy to further discuss things with you, whether you agree with my thoughts or not, I'm happy to hear them. However, this discussion is not closed, and this characters, as far as I am concerned, is not finished. I hope we can work something out, I truly do.
