Spiderman does not have immense strength, the movies play him off as stronger than he is, he is probably a 5 or 6, but not in the high tiers, granted he looks alot more powerful than he is because hes like a bug hard to hit but easy to kill as its been proven countless times

He has the proportionate strength of a spider and has the ability to tear steel and push back against the force of a fire hose, which has so much force it takes a team of men just to hold it steady. He's no Hulk or Goku or Superman, as I said, but he's no weakling. Strength is one of his higher attributes and that's not based off the movie.
And high-tier medium IS Level 6.

That's right. Spiders, like almost everyother bug/insect, have amazing strength, and endurance, believe it or not. The only reason why they seem so weak to us is because we have an unfair advantage in size.

ok the only thing im gonna gripe about is the fact you think it takes a team of men to hold back a fire hose, it dosent, ive done it myself a hundred times, and while its not easy, thats more or less because im not very big, you just need to know how to do it. as for the power level i hate reading it where its written out, as Ive just proven i cant tell the power correctly

This isn't the place to discuss fire hoses, though they DO assign a team to keep it under control, and they specifically say that it's enough force to throw a single man at full power if he tries to hold it without help.

Low-tier High (7), but barely. Nightmare is High-tier Medium (6).

About what level would someone like a gun toting vigilante person (say Punisher, but not quite as practical or well trained) fit on? I'm thinking somewhere in levels 4-6, but.....

Actually, nowhere near it. Likely a 3.

Speed of thought would be virtually instantaneous. Speed of thought is set at 500 ns, the time it takes the brain of an average person to process incoming information, make the decision as to what to do with it, and send a response. Sorry, completely off topic, just clarifying.

Yes, virtually instantaneous because once it happens, the other person doesn't have time to react.

If someone was completely normal in fighting ability, but had access to the Akashic Records, what power level would he fall as?

What the heck are the Akashic Records?
But if they're completely normal in fighting ability, they're probably a 1. Maybe a 2.

Akashic Records is basically a library or something to all knowledge in existence. Essentially, the character would have access to any information his/her mind desired. I still say it'd be somewhere from a 1-3... or 1-2... considering knowledge isn't enough to do anything (it'd make you a great strategist, but if you can't fight, you can't fight).

Exactly, Flame. Knowledge alone isn't enough to give you any skill in combat. If you're still only an average human, you're still only an average human.
