I also enjoyed the series when I could watch it, Veros, but that issue with her magic is a prime example of something called character glorification, where a character in a series is expanded upon unrealistically until their powers are similarly unrealistic and beyond compare. If she can fling goddesses into other realms against their will, then yes, she's a broken character and thus outside the power level system. That was my point. Not to other realms. It was Glory, the hell god, to the edge of town in the air (which Glory was unharmed by the fall) and it took an incantation, and repercussions, namely nose bleeds and headaches for a few weeks. Also it took her and Tara... but Tara mainly just threw ingredients.

Either this "hell god" was far weaker than the typical idea of one of godly power, or Willow is too strong to be considered in the power level system.

"Glory is a god from a hell dimension, over which she ruled alongside two other deities; she was the most powerful of the three. Afraid that Glory would take full control of their dimension, the other two began a war against her; Glory lost the war and was banished into the earthly dimension, where she was forced to share a body with a child named Ben, who was created solely to hold her.
It is revealed that Glory's powers were reduced when she was imprisoned in human form." ~ Wikipedia
Most likely due to the fact that she has reduced power, and shares her body with a human, Ben.

Still, the way you've been putting it the entire time, you've never once mentioned restrained powers or anything else of the sort. Plus, headaches? Sure, I've got a killer of a headache right now, but compared to some of the abuse even some level 3s go through, that's pretty... mild. The same with nosebleeds. Both are easily remidied by a warm, damp cloth.
The way you've been putting it, you may as well say "with a flick of her wrist, she can utterly and instantly obliterate an army of supersoldiers that woud put Deepground to shame, however, she runs the risk of breaking a nail."
And, may I also point out that Wikipedia, while convenient, can have flaws. Serious flaws. For example, there have been occasions where articles pokemon have had numerable references to sexual activity. And I'm pretty sure Call of the Wild was NOT written by one Mr. Tiggles the Mother-F&$@ing Teddy Bear.

ROFL GB, that was hilarious!
Hey what would the Prince of Persia be in power? I would say 4 or 5, I am not sure. And the Dahaka would be a 7?

Hmm, I don't know what the Dahaka is, but I am sorta familiar with the PoP. From what I understand, unless he has his little dagger, he would be a three. I'm not too sure what he is with the dagger, or what the Dark Prince is, but 4 or 5 sounds reasonable with my limited knowledge. You'll probably want to ask someone who is more familiar with the character.

Yes, normally, the Prince is Power Level 3. The Dark Prince is probably a 5.

He was still utilizing the same sands. It isn't actually a power of his own so much as it is an outside power he's manipulating.

What power level would someone with a Death Note be? With out the eyes and with?

In my personal opinion, without the eyes would probably be a 3... simply because without the name, the weapon is useless, thus making the user the same as an average human.
With the eyes... that potential is practically god-like... unless, of course, the enemy moves so fast that your eyes can't keep up with them or the enemy steals the Death Note or your writing utensil.
Of course, if you were a sharingan user with the Death Note and the eyes...............

XD Sharingan isn't exactly all that great. Just pays attention to detail and can copy movement. I don't know what the Death Note with eyes is.. but still.

The Sharingan that Sasuke used could track Naruto's movements where his normal eyes (and incomplete sharingan) couldn't.
The eyes allow the user to see any person's real name.
Death Note is a notebook of Death Gods. Basically, you have to know a person's real name and their face. You write down their name in the notebook while picturing their face, and they die of a heart attack in 40 seconds. Should you write a cause of death within 40 seconds, a further 6 minutes and 40 seconds is given to write the details of the cause of death and events leading up to it... within reason. If the deed cannot be performed, the person will simply die of a heart attack.
However, the eyes will allow you to know anyone's real name... even those who have it hidden from the world. They also allow you to see the remaining lifespan of a person's life.
