"Well that just plain sucks." Colin said in obvious disappointment. "You'd think that if you were aborted out of your mother's womb with an ugly stick like that thing, you'd at least be good for something..."

"They are good for something," the shorter one corrected calmly, his voice as neutral as stone. "They are far better killers than any natural beast."

Skye twirled her umbrella and pointed it at Colin.
"You could at least show some respect for the dead... if that creature was ever alive. Damn the twisted, pitiful soul who would do such a thing to an innocent creature. Here you are making a mockery of one of the most cherished and sacred things in existance," Skye said, getting more than slightly annoyed at the lighthearted attitude of this person.

"Have you considered how many lives the beast took, himself?" A female voice asked quietly. A young woman dressed in expensive looking clothing and armour was standing behind Skye, one of her hands gently resting on the hilt of a sword. "Not just lives of livestock, but human lives as well. And have you also considered that a farmer's lifestyle is thrown into chaos at the slightest imbalance, let alone one the size that this monster undoubtedly wrought? Many of your "sacred and precious" lives have been lost to that brute, there is no doubt. Yet you defend it and call it innocent."
