I am only going to answer the ones you did not seem to answer yourself.
* 2. What 'type' or variant of game will it be (i.e. "Shadow Chasers" or "Agents of Psi" for d20 Modern)? What is the setting for the game (eg. historic period, published or home-brewed campaign setting, alternate reality, modern world, etc.)?
Okay, I plan on taking from Stormwrack, Sandstorm, and Frostburn at the moment. If anything else pops up I will let you know.
* 4. What's the gaming medium (OOTS, chat, e-mail etc.)?
I plan to use
www.rptools.net Maptool, the newest version you can download. In setting up before hand I will use maptool, email, and im.
* 5. What is the characters' starting status (i.e. experience level)?
The experience level will be a little different. You have a character level and a class level. Every enemy is 1 point, miniboss are 5, and boss is 10. Hordes, or any group larger than five will be worth 7. Every 100 points is a character level higher, and depending on race and primary class you will have different stat enhancements. For instance, I plan on using a Half-Giant Barbarian with multiclass Psychic Warrior. He levels up, his main information of Half-Giant Barbarian means he would gain say two points in strength, a point in dexterity and constitution, and every even leven gain a point in wisdom, charisma, and intelligence. He may also gain additional things at certain levels, say every level of 5, like a bonus feat or spell. These will add with the traditional class level bonuses. Characters will start at level one, while primary class will be level 5, secondary class level 1.
* 6. How much gold or other starting funds will the characters begin with?
You will gain no gold or other starting funds due to being slaves. When in the gladiator arena you will be given leather armor, a simple buckler, and either a spear, a longsword, are dual wielded daggers, depending on preference.
* 7. Are there any particular character classes, professions, orders, etc. that you want... or do not want? What are your rules on 'prestige' and/or homebrewed classes?
I will answer this in question 8
* 8. What races, subraces, species, etc. are allowed for your game? Will you allow homebrewed races or species? 'Prestige' races or species?
I will allow anything from dungeons.wikia.com, but I will like to review the character as some parts of homebrew are a little outlandish... Personally I will allow it because I am half tempted myself to change from a Half-Giant to a different race featured in the Homebrewed list. Prestige classes will be given at class level 25, and Character Level 25 may take a Racial Paragon class as well.
* 9. By what method should Players generate their attributes/ability scores and Hit Points?
Rolling a 4d6 for each stat, keeping the highest three. I will allow the rolls to be placed wherever you like, and you can subtract two points to boost another up one. However, abilities can not be lower than 10 or higher than 18 even with point boosting.
* 10. Does your game use alignment? What are your restrictions, if so?
All alignments are open, no restrictions. Alignment however will play very little on the general plot, though it may effect different details on how things are done.
* 11. Do you allow multi-classing, or have any particular rules in regards to it?
Multiclass will be handled like dual class. You have a Primary and Secondary. After a battle and total experience is calculated, you can choose to put it all in primary, all in secondary, or you can split it 75/25
* 12. Will you be doing all of the die rolling during the course of the game? Will die rolls be altered, or left to the honor system? If players can make die rolls, which ones do they make, how should they make the rolls, and how should they report them?
I will not do all the die rolls myself. The die rolling itself will be taken care of more likely than not through Maptool and the use of Macro's for easy usage. If anything arises it will be dealt with at that time rather than now, when it is only speculation
* 13. Are there any homebrewed or optional/variant rules that your Players should know about? If so, list and explain them, or provide relevant links to learn about these new rules.
Two flaws, and two traits are allowed. At character level 13 for melee class, 14 for ranged and magic class, a character may gain a bloodline based off rolls that will be done when we reach such a point. Level Adjustments will be handled as such: divide all attribute additions and subtractions and divide it by level adjustment. For instance, under homebrew the mage construct Invincibles have a level adjust of two. Their strength bonus of 6 would be 6/2 or a 3 instead. They intelligence subtraction would be handled in a similar manner.
* 16. Are your Players restricted to particular rulebooks and supplements, or will you be allowing access to non-standard material? What sources can Players use for their characters?
Anything from Dungeons.wikia.com for 3.5e is open to use, although I will review the characters before accepting due to some of the more frivolous ideas If something not there you wish to use, tell me and I will see if I have the book it is in.
