Name: Bird Girl
Age: 16
Gender: female
Race: human
Alignment: chaotic-good
Power Level: 1-2
Timeline: modern
Appearance: Small in stature, Bird Girl’s thin body is covered by a black Batman-like cape with a hood that usually shadows her face. Occasionally, her grey-teal eyes, covered by large, thick glasses, can be seen. Her hair, though usually not seen, is light brown and is cut to shoulder-length, flipped out in a 1950’s style wave. Under her cape, she wears a black tee-shirt bearing the word “Slinky®” in bright yellow letters, as well as a pair of bell-bottom jeans and lime-green toe socks (no shoes). She carries herself in an odd hunched-over position, often twiddling her fingers. She is rarely ever seen without, at least, three birds of various species perched upon her shoulders.
Personality: Bird Girl can be summed up in three words: creepy, hyper, and random. She has the personality of a young child with ADHD after drinking five large cups of espresso, always twitchy and hyperactive. She almost seems bipolar, often switching from a serious to a vague, spaced-out tone. Just like in old horror movies, she has a way of silently popping up behind people without them noticing, adding to her mysterious personality.
History: As a toddler, Bird Girl (her real name is unknown) was abandoned in a bird sanctuary used for raising messenger pigeons. She survived by eating millet and sunflower seeds. She was eventually found by other people and taken to a foster home, but she always ran away to the pigeon cage. Because of all the time she has spent with the birds, she has come to understand and act like them.
Powers: She has the power to summon and communicate with all birds (except, for some reason, for the black-billed cuckoo, which she always claims acts stuck-up towards her).
She is not particularly skilled at fighting, although her short height gives her a knack for dodging blows and ducking under her attackers' legs.
Equipment: Her birds. She can use them for anything: attacks, defense, reconnaissance, messengers, flight, etc.
Weakness: Being put into any cage-like trap completely disorients her, throwing her into a wild fit. Also, she’s human, so she has all human weaknesses.
