Name: Chayla Tordana
Age: 37
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Alignment: Lawful Good
Power Level: 6
Timeline: Star Wars
Appearance: She's just a smidge on the short side at about 5' 4" and has a proportionally light build, even with her muscle tone from her training. To be somewhat crude, she is quite "the looker," even when in her Jedi robes, which she rarely wears, anyway, as she favors her own robes. More like a dress than the traditional Jedi robes, a slit up the side allows freedom for leg movement and a hood completes the original ensemble. It's something she had aquired on her travels before she regained her memory, and its purity in design allows her to constantly reassure herself that she hadn't begun to slip back to the dark side.
Personality: Very bold, Chayla is always in support of what could be considered the valiant action. While she knows that moderation for a Jedi is key, she does not hesitate to act on a decision once it has been reached, and when it comes to a fight and the words of her allies have failed, she allows her lightsaber to speak for her.
History: Fifteen years ago, there was another Dark Lord. Or rather, a Dark Lady. She led a campaign that seemed to threaten to throw the entire universe into darkness. But a valiant effort from a team of Jedi Knights captured her. In the battle, she was afflicted by heavy amnesia, and the Jedi, seeing their opportunity to turn an enemy to an ally, created a new identity for the former Sith.
Having originally been a valiant Knight, herself, before falling down a long spiral into darkness after the pursuit of power, she took easily to a life of Light, eventually even rediscovering her history, though by that time she had already been reaccepted as a Padawan and saving the universe from schemes that she, herself, had set in place.
Staying true to the path of light she had been returned to, she holds no regrets, and stands ready to defend it from the darkness of the Sith at a moment's notice, training others to do so, as well, in the meantime as a Jedi Weapons Master.
Powers: She has access to many light-side and neutral force powers, including Healing, combat boosts, speed boosts, lightsaber-throwing techniques and force-based persuasion. Due to her time as a soldier during her amnesia, she is also trained in combat with pistols (blasters), rifles (blaster rifles), heavy artillery (heavy repeating blasters) and while wearing heavy armor, and she is just as skilled with a vibroblade as she is with a lightsaber. While she favors only a single weapon, she is skilled in dual-wielding any of them, save those that require both hands. Her preference is in that using a single blade provides for better defense and reactions than two and she will fight with both hands on the hilt for better control.
Equipment: Typically just her lightsaber, a longsword-length single-bladed variant with a silver blade. If a situation calls for it, however, she is trained and ready to use nearly any weapon at her disposal, even if that means only her bare hands.
She also has her own personal starfighter, dubbed a Strata Wing.
IC Description:
Weakness: She is still human and is subject to all the weaknesses therein. She is also very sensitive about her time in the Dark and, perhaps because she has been there once, already, its lure often seems to pull particularly strong on her.

IC Description:
It was hardly over a minute before the former Dark Lady was in her starfighter, a Strata Wing, the only one in this segment of the galaxy. Based on the old X Wing fighters renowned for their speed and agility, the Strata Wing had an additional four wings with accompanying thrusters. The wider body required for the additional limbs permitted a wider range of heavier artillery, without hindering its performance. The Dual-Quadra engines gulped fuel like a soft drink, but as one of the few things she still possessed from her own rule, the two of them were inseparable - and deadly.
They systems were of a very, very special design, based on technology from an ancient race, so old it was out of the history books. They interfaced with the Force, itself, and thus only pilotable by a Force-Sensitive that not only was experienced enough to direct and sense the Force at the level the machine required, but one that had a very specific Force Signature - meaning that her, and only her, could even turn the Strata Wing on, and once she did, they became one through the force. The Destroyer preparing to fire at the planet would not be facing just another fighter, no. It would be facing a Jedi with Force-driven Antimatter Cannons.

Chayla had been inside most of the morning, refining her lightsaber combat skills as she often did. She enjoyed training alone, as it allowed her certain freedoms that she couldn't take when facing against a student, or even one of the other masters.
Her holographic opponents, all Dark Jedi, their lightsabers glowing a bloody crimson red, rushed in on her, but after a moment's focusing, her form blurred as she shot forward, her speed multiplied exponentially as she dashed through them.
Now on the other side, she deactivated her silver lightsaber as she glanced back, watching as the computer simulated having the ones who weren't sliced clean through crumple over, some still gasping for breath as their vital fluids left them.
But she wasn't the bloody monster she once was. She raised her hand as the air about it contorted an instant before her lightsaber activated again and she threw it like a boomerang. It sliced through all that remained "alive," finishing them off instead of leaving them to die. Directed by her Force, the lightsaber curved and spun back to her outstretched hand.
Wiping a lock of hair from her eyes, she made her way out of the chambers, ordering the computer to deactivate the training program and lock it away as usual, lest any overconfident Padawan came in and bit off more than they could chew. She passed a mirror on the way out and happened a glance at her reflection.
Ebon hair cut a bit short over a surprisingly petite face. Gentle eyes, soft lips, pale skin. Even though she had her memories back for over a decade, it was still shocking to think that this was once the face that threatened the whole of the galaxy with enslavement to the darkness.
She chuckled as she turned away, heading on down the hall as she shook her head. It was no wonder she had worn a mask.
