Personality: Charisse is a pacifist, like all Whitelighters. She is more likely to talk out her problems than to fight, seeing it as a last resort and than only to defend others and will absolutely not kill someone. Should someone steal from her, she would get in front of them, and say something along the lines, "It is yours, you may keep it." Should she happen to witness someone commit a crime, she would intervene while they are trying and attempt to convince them not to do it.
History: Charisse was born nearly two hundred years ago in a small town located in northern France, during the time of the Napoleonic Empire. Her birthday; December 2, 1804. The same day in which Napoleon crowned himself.
During her early years, it was her mother that taught her basic skills, and other assorted factoids of a woman's duty - to be kind and nurturing, to help those in need. And that those who steal are in desperation; something that can be cured by ending their persecution by giving them what they tried to steal - if it is yours to give.
On the day she died, March 5 of 1821, she and others were caught in a burning building; she managed to save the others, at the cost of her own life. She was given a chance to become a Whitelighter, instead of moving on to her afterlife.
During the years that followed, she saved countless good witches from deaths at the hands of demons and warlocks; and was a guiding light for those she watched over. Over a hundred years after becoming a Whitelighter, her acts had pushed her so high, that the only thing she could be come was an Elder.
During the following years, she oversaw good magic, taking a light role in the day-to-day affairs of witches, other than providing aid in the form of healing or advice. Less so than her days as a Whitelighter, due to the fact that Elders have no charges like Whitelighters. She was one of the rare Elders though, that spent most of their time on earth instead of in the Heavens.
Powers: Standard Elder Powers.
Regenerating; If struck by a power that would usually kill a mortal (for example, an energy ball or particle acceleration), her body will explode into orbs then reform relatively unharmed; she can, however, be knocked unconscious.
Energy balls; She can form balls of electric-looking energy in her hand, and throw them at targets with varying levels of intensity. She can also dissipate the energy ball while still in her hand.
Orbing; A method of teleportion, disappearing and appearing in a bunch of blue-white lights.
Healing; As long as there is the faintest breath of life left in a person, they can be healed from any injury, whether the injury is magical in origin or not, though they cannot heal self-inflicted damage. If the person being healed is resisting, the Whitelighter cannot heal their wounds until the person allows them to.
Glamouring; Glamouring casts an illusion around a being so they change in appearance only.
Invisibility; Charisse possesses the power to make herself unseen, or transparent.
Lightning Bolts; Similar to her energy balls, Charisse is able to generate bolts of lightning from her hands of various power.
Telekinetic Orbing; Telekinetic orbing is a combination of the orbing and telekinesis powers. It allows the user to move objects magically by will like telekinesis, but it transports from one location to the other through orbing.
Hovering; Hovering is the magical power to rise in the air a few feet, similar to levitation but slower and just in one place, unlike flight.
Force fields; A force field is a barrier made up of energy to protect a person, area or object from attacks or intrusions.
Equipment: None.
Weakness: Darklighter arrows, they strip her of her ability to use her powers AND will kill her with in hours from the poison.

If someone knew how to make this poison they could use it on more than just arrows. Just coming in contact with the poison is enough to be lethal.
Overwhelming damage, more than just a few hits is enough to kill despite her regeneration powers.
Her pacifist nature almost completely keeps her from using her offensive abilities, though it has been noted that she can use them. Though she's never used any strong enough to cause lasting damage to a normal human, much less to people around her power level.
