Name: The Ecto-King
Age: About 600
Gender: Male... sort of
Race: Human
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Power Level: 4
Timeline: Medieval through Modern
Appearance: The Ecto-King is a normal, although charred, skeleton. His black bones are encased in a thick layer of green Ectoplasm. Besides the layer of Ectoplasm that surrounds him, he has a faint red glow radiating from his joints and eye sockets.
Personality: He has an almost cocky nature. Because of his priestly origins, he has an air of chivalry about him, which he picked up from the knights of his era (he thought it was degrading to the enemies). He will however break that code if necessary, but only under dire circumstances.
History: Airall the Holy, he was once called. That was in the days of his priesthood. He was once a good man, and his honor guard of knights relished in his holiness as if it were a waterfall of warm water.
He was well into his forties when everything turned awry. He had dreamt for the first time in ages on the night of his forty-seventh birthday. Horrifying images of a burning apocalypse haunted him every night until he could take it no longer.
He prayed and prayed for an end to the madness when a whisper came to his ear. It told him of God's anger at the human race, that he would have to please God himself since the rest of the church was corrupted. He pleaded with the voice to tell him what he had to do to make things right, but the answer shocked him to the core. In the forest surrounding your mansion, you will find an altar. This sacred ground is where you will sacrifice humans to our God. the souls will be sent to heaven, and they will plead on the behalf of humanity, and you will have save mankind. The words stung in his ears, they certainly felt divine. He fought with himself for another year before he decided to take the action that he was charged with.
He searched for the altar, but not for long, it seemed to be looking for him as well. He found a gold and silver dagger on the marble altar and assumed it was what the sacrifices would be made with. He began his holy mission and killed over ninety peasants, each time giving him a feeling of ecstasy as he imagined the soul rising to meet his lord. The voice returned telling him that he needed only to kill a few more to reach one-hundred souls, and free the world of peril.
He soon reached the mark, but the altar reacted oddly. It flared with a white light, blinding him to the point of averting his eyes. the altar exploded with searing flames, flaying the flesh from his bones and charring them as well. He was knocked unconscious, but not killed. He awoke to find himself a skeleton covered in a greenish goo. Thoughts rushed through his head, painfully bringing back what he had done from the eyes of what he now realized were his victims. He let the evil seep into his soul, relaxing the pain away. He realized that he had been tricked and no amount of lamenting or repenting would save his soul, for he was already damned.
His mind slowly deteriorated into a truly evil beast. He held as firmly to his chivalrous ways. It was a reminder to him of past sins... and sins soon to come.
Powers:
~Ecto-Kinesis: He can control the ectoplasm surrounding him with the utmost expertise. It requires little effort and is like moving another appendage.
~Ecto-petrification: He can harden his ectoplasm to the point of near-indestructibility. He uses this often to ensure a hit from a Coup De Grace.
~Ecto-delirium: He can mold ans shift the ectoplasm to give him the appearance, though not the feel, of a normal human. This won't work against people with energy sense or ESP.
~Ecto-regeneration: He can use his ectoplasm to mend broken or chopped bone. It can be automatic, but prevents him from using his other Ecto- techniques(doesn't include Ecto-kinesis.) for about thirty seconds.
~Ecto-wrath: If any of the ectoplasm enters the enemy's body via bloodstream, mouth, or other means, it acts as a powerful poison. the poison is flesh-eating and must be cure quickly or the target will die... painfully.
~Anti-Sanctification: With a minute's time he can remove a holy aura from an object. It requires great concentration and cannot be performed in battle.
~Anti-Salvation: If his opponent dies or falls unconscious without any divine allegiance, He can draw power from them in the form of more ectoplasm to feed his powers. [this is not a killing blow, just a draining technique.]
Equipment: None. He can make his own equipment if need be.
Weakness: Though he has a slight resistance to it, Holy attacks damage him the most.
He is still just a normal skeleton and can be broken, sliced, etc.
