(I found this character lying around in my documents, it seems to be complete, so I might as well post it. Might give me a step into higher powered RPs finally)
Name: Havoc The Thrasher
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Age: appears 40
Height: 7’0
Weight. Assumed to be over 300lbs thanks to mechanized arms.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Power Level: Fluctuates depending on who he is facing, but will not exceed 8.
Physical Description: A goliath, towering over all his opponents. Extremely muscular and powerfully built. Hair is blond and about shoulder length, while his eyes are hazel. His clothing is limited to heavy boots, a run down heavy trench coat, and heavy pants, he does not wear a shirt. His most notable feature is high tech arms. These prosthetic limbs seem to be made from advanced technology, but seem ridged and rough as if made from multiple parts. They thrive with electricity when active in combat.
Emotional Description: Seemingly bloodthirsty and violent, Havoc will often go out on rampages pursuing destruction and mayhem. He does not do this however for the sake of destruction, but to get attention from those who would attempt to stop him. The police, Riot divisions, National Guard, the basic formats of these forces do little to stop him, as he’ll usually enter a building and hide, possibly taking a hostage with him to keep such officials at bay. It is the Heroes, Vigilantes, and those seeking vengeance against him that make him act the way he does. Often times, waiting until they show up, before turning his attention completely towards them, attacking them in what he believes to be a “Glorious, display of violence”. In fact, Havoc becomes very upset if people refuse to fight him, especially if they have the capabilities to do so. Depending on his mood, Havoc may or may not kill his defeated opponents. Usually if they lie defeated upon the ground, he will bother them no further, or pick them up and throw them around to make sure they are defeated, if they are killed during the battle or during this throw around process, it makes no difference to Havoc. Havoc generally goes after those he views as strong, and he will go after villains just as much as he goes after heroes, perhaps teaming up with heroes to take down a major villain. Beware, as he may change sides at the last minute to keep things interesting. Usually after a battle, he will allow himself to be captured, and held for several days or weeks… before breaking out and going on another rampage.
History: Havoc’s history is unknown… completely, there are no birth records, photographs, anything to contribute a past life to this behemoth. He simply showed up one day, sewing mass destruction, before he was put down… and since then, history begins to repeat itself, he showing up every now and then, without warning. Some say he was a government experiment that went haywire and out of control. Some have noted, he is part of a greater being, others say he is the physical incarnation of battle lust itself reborn into a mortal man… nobody truly knows.
Battle: Flying into combat head on, he wastes no time engaging his foes. However, sometimes he’ll give his opponents a freebee, and let them have a free strike on him. However, it usually does little good, as Havoc simply stands back up, complimenting them or taunting them on the power of their attack. Often times, drawing energy and power from the force of his opponents attacks to fuel his powerful arms. Havoc can seemingly take grievous injuries in stride, as long as the fight continues, he is happy. There was a point, where Havoc literally had his face torn off, he continued fighting, smiling, and laughing, defeating his opponent. He later would appear, with his face fully intact as if nothing had happened, this would perhaps lead to the belief that he has a form of regeneration.
Special Abilities
Super Endurance: Pain is never a problem for Havoc, he does not seem to notice it. It would also be suggested, that certain bones in his body, specifically his rib cage, spine, and skull are not normal bones but concoctions of super metals, giving his body even further resilience. So resilient are these, that he seemingly takes these blows full force, and while they do damage, are able to withstand the force of an opponents attack and continue functioning. Military snipers have attempted to end his rampage by using high caliber sniper rounds, however, while they do make a wound, they cannot pierce the metallic skull. It would seem that at times, there is a field of energy that in some alien feeds of the force, power, or energy of an opponents attack, fueling his adrenaline and resolve, as well as giving him power to his arms to utilize against his opponents.
Super Strength: Havoc’s strength limit is unmeasured, however he has been known to collapse buildings from the inside using his strength alone, as well as surviving the collapse of the building and crawling his way out of the debris. His strength seems to be measured by the power of the opponent he is fighting, the power of their attacks, and how much Havoc has fought them up to that point. His strength thus seems to steadily increase in combat.
Prosthetic Arms: Made from strange alien alloys, humming and sparking with powerful energy, these arms seem to have much power all their own. Nearly indestructible, the only way to damage them is through major conflicting energies placed upon them (a power struggle in a way). They are able to grow in power, the energy around them becoming more and more violent until havoc releases the energy in powerful hand blow, or simply releasing the energy in an electric wave of concentrated energy. Havoc can also use the arms to release a powerful burst of energy through his elbow, acting like a miniature rocket that propels him to his opponent at high speeds. He can also use these in a manner to allow his punches to reach incredibly high speeds, alternating between one and the other, acting like two pistons attempting to smash his opponent into tiny bits. By manipulating the electronic field around his arms, he can create short waves of electric force around his body, to shock those around him, and destroy weak objects that might be holding him down such as chains, vines, tentacles, etc.
Regeneration: Havoc, on record, has been killed seven times. And some time after each killing, he seemingly comes back, without a scratch on him. These deaths include having been strangled, drowning, poison, soul removal, and even incineration, yet he still seemingly appears out of nowhere weeks after the supposed death, completely healed. This regeneration process seems to take quite some time to take effect. The regeneration process seems to affect him in a supernatural means, recovering his soul after having it be removed from his body. However, this regeneration process does not aid him during battle.
Weakness: If one can get around his super endurance, he has normal weaknesses, including that to poisons, suffocation, etc. He also has no apparent counter to mind attacks, however, do not rely on that as a surefire tactic, as just like having his face ripped off, he may just ignore the pain. He does seem resistant to mind control however.
