Name: Elssond
Age: 10 (Relative to humans, he has the mind set of an adolescent and the appearance of older.)
Gender: Male
Race: Immortal humanoid - Overn (rare, obsure race)
Alignment: Good
Power Level: High-Tier High (9)
Timeline: Futuristic
Appearance: He has multi-shaded Jade, wavy hair that somehow seems to never tangle despite its thickness. It goes past his wide, amber eyes and halfway down his long, pointed nose, however, he keeps most of his bangs hand-brushed to the side tucked behind his ears. His face is very wide, and his shoulders very broad. He has a huge stature standing 9 feet tall, but is not overly muscular too the point that his muscles bulge out of his shirts, Just big, brawny, and chiseled. He has a slight tan to his skin. He is very dense and weighs around a ton and a half, which, despite his size, is heavier than he appears. He wouldn't normally be clothed in anything than a simple garb, however in his current situation he is put into Kings robes, usually purple and gold, that are typically regal in nature.
History: Elssond was born to the planet Overn of immortal humanoid beings, or Overns, pent on philosophic introspection. Because of their lifespans, the Overn had a very different take on the way of the universe. Mortal life was not respected nor disrespected - no tears were shed over the loss of a mortal life, as most mortal lifespans were inconsequential seconds to Overns. Whether or not they died at 30 or at 130 made as much difference to them as whether a fly was swatted down or merely died naturally hours later. Mortal being, due to their constant struggle for survival, were deemed poorly suited for their life of philosophy and cosmological thinking as they were constantly preoccupied.
The Overns differed in many key ways. They lacked the basic instincts most life evolved with, such as the need to reproduce, the need to survive, the need to acquire wealth. Since they did not evolve at all, they had none of these qualities, but rather only wished to find meaning in existence. Reproduction was a rare event, granted as a reward to those who had reached a high degree of prodigious accomplishment. The need to accumulate wealth was absent since the Overns had no needs at all to survive. The experiences of the Overns were not of hardship and war, but of thought development and elevation, and scientific advancement.
At one point not too long ago (barely time ago at all by Overn measure), a scientist named Parslon happened upon an amazing discovery in the farther reaches of the universe; he observed for the first time in Overn history, a galaxy made up of antimatter as the main component, rather than matter. The discovery confirmed the long forming theory that these galaxies must exist due to the theories of duality (every particle has an anti-particle), and the overabundance of matter instead of anti-matter was disconcerting to the theory. Not long after, more antimatter galaxies were discovered near the region thanks to Parslon's work. He further advanced the theory creating a very solid model for the universe, helping to advance their culture. These discoveries led to a lot of Overns adopting a Yin-Yang like philosophical ideals.
Because of the impact and value of his discovery, Parslon's name was put forth for reproduction. By unanimous vote of every single Overn, one could be allowed to reproduce and have a child. Full-scale unanimous democracy had been the chosen governing body of choice by Overns since it allowed everyone infinite and equal say in governing decisions, which were few in Overn culture. A single nay would void his candidacy until his next accomplishment. There was no rush to have children for Overns, or to gather votes from every single Overn, since there was no rush to do anything. Overns had all the time to do anything, and even in sitting around and doing nothing, they still thought. Overns had no obligations to work or advance science, but could simply exist, and as such, conflicts were unheard of. After a years and every Overn had decided they had had ample time to decide and make a decision, Parslon was allowed to have a single child.
A female, Augnum, who had discovered a fundamental particle allowing for mass and negative mass as well, had been available as a partner for a few centuries, and Parslon chose her as a mate. These two were Elssond's parents. In Overn, children were taught by the collective whole. Since children needed not be cared for, all the responsibility parents had was to teach their child until the age of 10, where upon they were deemed independent in thought and able to explore ideas on their own. Overn development is considerably faster than a human at first, but levels out fairly quickly. Upon reaching the age of 10, Overns were sent on a pilgrimage for self identification and introspection, with the intent that they would come back with a unique perspective to offer the rest of the Overns.
Elssond was sent to a medieval world with the intent to observe the trials and struggles of mortal man, to watch their advancement, their toils and wars, and to come to an understanding and exposure of death.
Personality: Elssond is a timid and hesitant klutz who does not like to make decisions by himself, but rather relies on others to almost think for him - something deemed extremely bizarre and detrimental in Overns. Elssond is currently frustrated with life, being forced into existence, and living in ignorance about the majority of answers to the universe, as well as having no natural death to look forward to. He has an outlandish view that he has recently developed that all sentient life is equal and is torn by his culture and his current path of thought.
Powers: Invincibility - Elssond is near impossible to kill by most conventional methods. Bullets would bounce off without leaving a scratch, and swords break against his skin without making him flinch. No poison, disease, extreme condition, or any mortal method of causing death will harm to Elssond, and collisions of extremely high power won't even register a bruise on him. Casting him into a star or a black hole, or bashing him to death with a planet or meteors will surely do the trick if one was set on physically assailing him. Or a thrashing from a HPF.
Extreme Power - A fully packed punch from Elssond would crack a mountain in two and likely cause an earthquake as well. Elssond could trudge through an army and cast people aside as if they were no more than gnats.
Cosmic Travel - Elssond has the power to travel extremely long distances in a sort of super-space travel by converting himself into energy and casting himself through the fabric of space-time towards his destination. Once initiated, this phase cannot be interrupted as he is traveling far beyond the speed of light (rendering others unable to see or sense him). He will not be able to come out of this phase until he has reached his original intended destination, and will require days of recuperation from the journey.
Equipment: None.
Weakness: Very susceptible mentally, timid and weak personality. He has a solid pacifist nature meaning he will usually not fight back. He has no natural reflexes or other self-preserving instincts.

And I hate this character now for an unknown reason =D)
