Name: Sonne Inferna
Age: 110 (Undead)
Gender: Male
Race: Human Lich
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Power Level: 6
Timeline: Medieval/Various
Appearance: Standing at 7 feet tall, Sonne is a large, muscular being with pale blue, rotting skin. He has no eyes, simply red lights in his eye sockets. He wears a heavy suit of onyx black armor with indigo and violet designs, representing demons and dragons. He wears a silver, on ix-embedded crown and a crimson red cape. He always carries his Terminatum, a massive, black-steel bastard sword, with a sapphire-embedded hilt.
Personality: Sonne is cold, ruthless and merciless. He is determined to destroy anything and everything that stands in his way. He is constantly trying to rid the world of the living, always looking for more ways to fill the world with undead monsters. He doesn't care about anyone else, or what they think of him. He is impossible to anger and takes any insult as a challenge, killing (or at least trying to) anyone who opposes him, alive or not.
History: In life, Sonne was the leader of a band of mercenaries, who travelled the land in search of work. They were well known throughout the country, known as one of the best bands of fighters in all the lands, who took any job. The fame had gone to their heads and had made them beleive they were unstoppable. On their final crusade, they had been hired to do away with an evil Cleric who had been killing countless people without reason. When they confronted the cleric, however, he was more powerful then they had thought. He was able to posses all of Sonne's allies and pitted them against one another. Sonne, having managed to escape the cleric's spell, had almost slain the cleric, when the nameless cleric unleashed a final spell. The cleric had merged his body with Sonne and tied their both their souls to the cleric's sword, the Terminatum. Sonne was unable to brake free from the sword's power and was quickly overcome with the lust to kill.
To this day, Sonne travels the land, accompanied by Ferus, the cleric's vampiric cohort, in his quest to grant the blade's wish and destroy all living things, so he can freely move on to the after-life.
Powers: Sonne is an expert fighter, strong, cunning and extremely talented in the way of the sword. He is far stonger then any average human and, when not carrying too heavy a load, is very fast for his size, easily outrunning a typical human. He is also capable of dominating lesser creatures of the walking dead. He can animate up to five lifeless corpses at a time without so much as a wave of his hand. The cleric's soul, not only giving him those powers, granted him access to divine spells from the gods of death, allowing him to create even more undead monsters, inflict pain on others and use many other kinds of dark and evil magic. Also, as a lich, Sonne can never truely die unless the object which keeps his sould bound to this world, the Terminatum, is destroyed. Also, as an undead, he is immune to any mind-effecting abilities and can not be paralyzed or glitched. He is also, unlike other undeads, immune to turning or rebuking abilities.
Equipment: Sonne wears a suit of heavy black armor, the Suit of Fortuna, which shocks anyone who makes contact with it, other then it's wearer and makes him immune to most magics, except for holy attacks. He also carries the mighty Terminatum, a powerful bastard sword that is cursed to drive it's weilder mad, filling them with a lust to kill. The sword is able to posses the weak willed and is capable of cutting through the strongest, non-holy, metals. The sword was once able to merge the sould of it's weilder with another, but lost this ability when it merged Sonne with the evil cleric. The sword was built to last and can only be destroyed by a holy source. He also carries Ferus' coffin on his back.
Weakness: Holy and good-aligned weapons are not only the only weapons that can hurt Sonne because of his armor, but they are also incredibaly deadly. Such weapons, including holy or good-aligned spells, are three times more effective on Sonne then they would be on a regular creature and he has no defense at all against them. Also, if the Terminatum is struck by a holy or good-aligned attack, Sonne also feels it as if he was the one hit. Sonne is also (so I'm told, I'm honestly uncertain of how they work) vulnerable to spiritualists and other effects that are exceptionally powerful against undeads, or similar effects (these are the weaknesses I know of as of yet).
I will be adding Ferus' statistics shortly, if this character is too powerful or something is unclear or needs editting, let me know.
