(This is another one of the villains I plan to use in my hopefully upcoming super hero RP. I may add some things to this profile, but as of now. I believe it is finished.)

Appearance: Crispy’s entire upper body is hairless with bumpy deformed skin from being badly burned. His body type is rather average looking with no large amount fat or muscle mass. Crispy dresses tan cargo pants with a brown belt. His shoes are tan hiking boots that match the color of his pants. He also wears a grey long sleeve turtle neck with a desert camouflage hunting vest over it. Brown leather gloves. Lastly Crispy wears a long grey cloak that goes down to his knees and has a hood.
Personality: Despite often working for evil people and doing evil things. Crispy is overall a nice person. He prefers to stun or knock people out as opposed to killing them or blowing off one of their limbs. Most of the time Crispy won’t even try to kill someone unless they try to kill him. Crispy loves a good joke and likes to make people laugh as opposed to making them cry. More often than not Crispy will keep his mouth shut or out of the picture doing moments when people are speaking. Crispy is one of those people who will focus on job and nothing else.
History:
He was known as Crispy ever since grade school. It was a play on his name Chris B. Chris never took the name as an insult and in truth enjoyed being called by it. The name however took on new meaning later in his life, but still he enjoyed going by it. Chris was a rich kid with one of those Sportsmen Hunting fathers. Since he was 10 years old he went out hunting with his father, usually small game like ducks and rabbits. This small game hunting was all training for the big game his father was going to take him on once he was 13 years old. Chris didn’t really enjoy hunting because anything he killed, his father made him eat. Being rich and still a kid, Chris couldn’t cook. This lack of cooking skills, let alone seasoning, lead Chris to believe that it was the revenge of the animal that caused its awful taste. When Chris was 15 years old his father took him on the hunting trip of a life time in Africa. In Africa his father was going to hunt the most dangerous animal in the world, Cape buffalo. Chris thought that Cape buffalo was a joke compared to an elephant or lion. However when Chris was challenged in taking the shot with his 7.62mm rifle at a Cape buffalo, the bullet just bounced right off the Cape buffalo’s horns and the Cape buffalo ran into the tall grass. Unknown to Chris was that this Buffalo was going to flank Chris and gore him. Chris’ father on the other hand was up in a tree with a much more powerful rifle than Chris and preparing to take the shot as the buffalo got closer to Chris. Chris not knowing of the approaching Cape buffalo looked for a new target. Soon Chris heard the sound of an approaching animal running towards him in the tall grass. Just then a loud shot rang out causing Chris to jump. Before Chris could even look back at his father, another loud shot rang out. Chris’ father had killed the Cape buffalo, dropping it 10ft away from Chris. Upon seeing the body, Chris realized why it was dangerous. Chris was disappointed that during this trip he didn’t get to kill anything and that the only trophy being brought home was one few would actually believe it was dangerous. The Cape buffalo was sent to the taxidermy to be turn into a life like trophy for Chris’ father’s trophy room. While at the taxidermy, an extreme animal rights activist who was trying to burn down the taxidermy shop noticed the Cape buffalo. This activist stole some files and soon started to look into Chris’ family. Soon this extreme animal rights activist and some friends learned about all the hunting Chris’ father had done and decide to get revenge “for the animals”. These activist found Chris’ house and fire bombed it. Chris managed to survive the fire bombing but had serious burns on his whole upper body, deforming him. When Chris woke up in the hospital and noticed his new appearance, he laughed. From that day forth “Crispy” was his new name. Crispy wanted revenge and seek a teacher to teach him how to find people. What he ended up finding was a rune mage who could use rune based magic. This mage was in debt and Crispy had a lot of money from the death of his parents, so the mage was willing to teach Crispy. Crispy learned to use rune stones to track people as well as some other rune base magic. With this power, Crispy killed the animal rights activist who murdered his parents. In the course of this murder Crispy ended up killing an undercover FBI agent. Crispy became a wanted man and did the only thing that came to his mind. He became a gun for hire. As a gun for hire, he mostly works as a kind of body guard/hunter for super villains. Few super heroes know what he looks like but all know him by his name "Crispy".
Weapons/equipment:
Elephant Rifle- Crispy’s weapon of choice. An old English double barreled super magnum rifle that looks similar to a double barreled shotgun but has a large bore (It shoots a very big bullet) and is rifled. The only customized changes made to the rifle are a large high powered telescopic scope that sits between the barrels and a black shoulder strap. Crispy tends to either carry this rifle on his back, over one shoulder, or hidden under his cloak.
Single Action 45. Long Colt Revolver: This revolver is a Single Action Army revolver, meaning it’s a pain in the butt to reload. It has 6 inch barrel and Ivory handles. Crispy doesn’t use this gun for killing and thus carries it in a simple front left hip holster and carries spare bullets in a pouch on his belt on the front of his right hip.
Taurus Judge Revolvers x4: Crispy carries 4 of these guns, all with the short barrel, and with both rune and regular bullets. He carries 2 of them in dual shoulder holsters and the other two in a dual lower back holster on his belt. The two on the lower back are always loaded with regular bullets with one being loaded with 45 long colts and the other with .410 shotshells. The two that are shoulder holstered are loaded with rune bullets that each have one of each of the 5 different kinds of pistol rune bullets.
Powers: Crispy doesn’t have any stand alone powers. Crispy only has to power to use magical runes. Rune bullets that fire energy can be reused and don't require a pull of the trigger. All Rune rifle bullets have a range of 2miles. All Rune pistol bullets have a range of 2000ft. Lastly, all Rune bullets don't make a loud sound when fired but do make a small sound that you wouldn't hear unless you were within 10ft of the weapon.
Rune Powers:
Chameleon cloak pendent: This stone pinned to Crispy's cloak allows the cloak to blend in with its surroundings (Camouflage) by simply tapping it. As long as Crispy is stationary, this rune will continue to work until Crispy starts to move more than a few inches. This pendent also hides Crispy's body heat for the parts that cover Crispy.
Teleportation bullet: The Single Action 45. Long Colt Revolver uses this bullet. When the bullet is fired, it instantly teleports the person who fired it 3 feet away from the back end of the bullet once the bullet has come to a complete stop. This teleportation works as long as Crispy holds onto the gun that fired the bullet. If Crispy was to drop the gun that fired this bullet, only the gun would be teleported. This bullet is still as deadly as any other bullet fired by a gun and can kill but will still teleport the one who fired it once the bullet stops moving.
Sniper Stun Bullet: This rune bullet is loaded into the Elephant Rifle and fires energy instead of an actual bullet. The energy will hit a target with enough force to knock them over as if getting hit by car at a relatively low speed (Enough to send you flying backwards a bit but not enough to brake bones). The energy will cause one to loose consciousness within 3 seconds and last for 3 hours per hit. However this energy only works on living targets, meaning if it was to hit anything else it would have only enough force to dent or brake what it hit. This energy, despite its low impact on a living target has enough force to break the glass on any widow that isn't bullet or impact resistant or dent a car as if being bumped into by another car. When fired a glowing purple energy will exit the barrel of the gun and be clearly visible before impact.
Stun Bullet pistol: The same as the sniper stun bullet but in a pistol (Taurus Judge Revolvers) form.
The Hole Puncher Bullet: This bullet like the stun bullet fires energy and not an actual solid projectile. Also this is another Elephant Rifle bullet. This round is like firing a shape charge that detonates on impact. Once this round hits an object it causes a concentrated spreading explosion that can penetrate up to 3inches of steel plating. The color of this energy is red.
Tagging Bullet: This bullet when fired will start off as pure energy but then instantly switch into a chemical substance on impact. Crispy has bullets of this for both his Elephant Rifle and Taurus Judge Revolvers. The Tagging Bullet is a bullet that when hit, turns you into a rune bullet magnet. Once hit all rune bullets fired will seek the area hit like a heat seeking side winder missile and will extend the range of all rune bullets. The chemical substance is a magical substance that is very similar to super glue and snot. Being hit by this round is like being hit with a standard water balloon filled with warm snot and super glue. The chemical will stick to any surface and will only be able to be washed off by alcohol. Alcohol causes this chemical substance to instantly dissolve and dispel the rune bullet magnet effect. However, the entire chemical area hit must be washed for this to work. Trying to rub the chemical off will only spread it if skin is touching it or cause anything else to stick to it like glue. The energy projected is dark green along with the chemical substance. Also the Tagging Bullet works as long as the bullet/shell doesn't leave the gun that fired it. However if the bullet/shell is removed, the chemical will not dissolve and continue to stick to you with all its sticky and nastiness. Lastly, this chemical, as you can guess, is very nasty and feels very disgusting to be hit with.
Stunning Spread Shot: The Stunning Spread Shot is a pistol round that fires similar to a shot gun. A round of light blue energy will exit the barrel of the gun and once it is in with a few yards of hitting something will burst into 5 smaller light blue energy bullets. The stunning effects are the same as the stun bullet, per hit. If this round is fired at close range, it will spread instantly upon exiting the barrel.
Super Stunning Spread Shot: Same as the non super version except designed for the rifle. This version will fire 15 smaller light blue energy bullets but will burst further away from the target but have a greater spread over a target area. The area of this spread is approximately a 6.5foot radius depending on the angle that this is fired.
Molotov Bullet: This bullet that is built for both the pistol and rifle is an energy round that turns into a big ball of fire upon impact as if getting hit with a Molotov cocktail. The energy color is orange.
Tazer Bullet: This bullet that is built for both the pistol and rifle is an energy round that give the target a slightly lethal, but not as lethal as getting struck by lightning, shock of electricity. The electrical shock is most lethal if the target is wet or in a pool/puddle of water. The electrical shock will last only 5 very painful seconds. While this round will cause temporary neuromuscular incapacitation, it is not the same as being tazered by the police. If hit by this round twice and at the same time, it will kill you. The color of this round's energy is blue.
Skills:
Marksmen: Crispy is one hell of a shot even when shooting rapidly. His Rune bullets that don't fire an actual bullet don't kick making those shots even more accurate.
Weaknesses: Crispy can only fire up to 10rrpm (Rune Rounds Per Minute) with his rifle and 30rrpm using a pistol or two. If Crispy was to fire all rounds within that minute, he would be unable to fire another rune bullet for 5 minutes.
Bad Habits: Crispy likes to hit people with either the Tazer bullet or Tagging bullet for fun. Also, Crispy likes to let super heroes know his presence in a city, usually by hitting them with a Tagging bullet when they least expect it.
