Name: Patricia Belmonte
Age: Appears to be in her late twenties
Gender: Female
Race: Originally Shril, now an organic mind in an artificial body
Alignment: True Neutral
Power Level: High-tier Medium (6)
Timeline: Modern
Appearance:
Except she wears a lab coat over a shoulder-less, suitable-for-business Little Black Dress as opposed to the red gown.
Personality: Dr. Belmonte is utterly focused on her work. Despite her apparent constant effort toward her appearance, she can be frighteningly no-nonsense, and those under her that do perform to expectations can expect a cold, emotionless congratulations, usually in individual words. What she does for entertainment seems to be limited to more scientific projects. There doesn't seem to be any point in time where her mind isn't somewhere involved on more projects. This means, however, that she has no time or patience for social situations, though she can be very graceful in such when it is required of her.
History: Patricia was born and raised in southern France to a wealthy family with ties going back to Eighth Century nobility. Her brilliant mind benefited from the best schools, the best tutors, and the best equipment money could buy. She received her doctorate in Bio-Sciences as a fifteen-year-old valedictorian and went on to head research projects for major private industries until finally coming to work for Sigmacorp as head of the Bio-Science Research Division at twenty-six.
At least, that's what the official records say.
In truth, Patricia doesn't exist. The entity known as Dr. Patricia Belmonte is an alien scientist of ancient origins. After discovering a way to extend its own lifespan indefinitely, it thought it would live forever, only to realize it left out an important trait and had gained eternal life without eternal youth.
Gradually, its body decayed and rotted while it plodded stubbornly on, failing to die. It became disgusted with itself, then simply gave up, deciding that there was no longer any point in trying to live meaningfully since its body would no longer allow it. Sourly, when an extradimensional being had offered it a job where it could utilize its wretched existence, it accepted.
After a few centuries of this, the travels brought them to a planet called Earth. There, it met Dante Karasawa, who had attained immortality for himself with artificial but functionally complete shells that consciousness was then transferred into. Always a businessman first, Karasawa bargained with the alien. He would give it an immortality worth having if the alien would head his company's Bio-Science research.
Eagerly, the alien agreed, and though it had long since forgotten its own original name, it seems it has no qualms adapting to its new identity.
Powers: Though Patricia's shell was specifically designed to not be as powerful as Karasawa's, it still leaves her significantly stronger, tougher and more endurant than a normal human, with significantly higher physical abilities, primarily because the shell designs were based off of H.A.C.S. hardware, which was designed with combat in mind. So though the additional combat systems and software were removed and the essential hardware downgraded from that perspective, she still performs particularly high. This was decided to be a negligible risk, as it would also allow her to handle comparatively small problems that may come up at work, either from inside or outside the lab.
Like Karasawa's shells, if her present one is destroyed, her consciousness will be transferred to another identical one kept in backup.
Equipment: None
Weakness: Though her chassis is of the same general design as Karasawa's, it lacks the full combat potential and isn't as durable. It also lacks the targeting and threat response suites, meaning that it can't respond at the same lightning speeds to threats.
