Name: Suzie Clemmins
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Power Level: Low-tier Low (1)
Timeline: Modern/Near Future
Appearance: Standing at only 58 inches tall, sporting a tiny frame, oversized chestnut twintails and a baggy, much too large labcoat, Suzie is easily mistaken for a lost attendee of a Bring Your Daughter to Work Day. Even her glasses seem almost too big for her green-eyed face. Her designs indicate that she is insecure about both her lack of height and her childlike, underdeveloped body, but at the same time, she seems very proud of it.
Personality: Absolutely obsessed with machinery and as hyper as a hamster on coffee, Suzie can't so much as walk by a broken toaster without jumping in to fix it ... and then "optimize" it ... running her mouth about what she's doing all the while. She has truly no patience for boredom and will quickly leave behind anything that can't keep up with her mind.
History: Suzie Clemmins is an amateur robot builder from the central United States with exceptional grades in high school in Science and Math, but mediocre in English and less than ideal in History. She spent a grand total of seventy-seven days at MIT on a science scholarship before dropping out due to lack of interest.
For the last three years, she's participated in a national amateur robot competition, to varying degrees of success. Her first year, she didn't even make it through Elimination. Her second, she got butchered halfway through by someone who would go on to lose to the robot who lost to the robot that would be the champion.
Her third year, last year, she claimed the championship decisively with her small but nimble robot, T7B. On the winner's podium, she declared that her dream and goal was to build an android for ARC (c. MadrigalofChaos) and get it accepted into Team Elite. She's spent the last year working on this objective and has now completed what she considers her masterpiece. Clemmins wants to present Kunoichi to ARC in the hopes of the android's acceptance into the ARC program.
Powers: A genius intellect and naturally high proficiency in robotics
Equipment: A toolkit suitable for repairing and working on advanced robotics and electronics
Weakness: Even against normal humans, she is incredibly small, comparably weak and completely without combat training or brawling instincts. She is completely unsuited for combat in any capacity.

Name: Suzem P-037
Age: 374
Gender: Female
Race: Edenite - Civilian
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Power Level: Low-tier Medium (4)
Timeline: Modern/Near Future
Appearance: Identical to Suzie Clemmins, but without glasses and sporting more form-fitting clothes, favoring, from bottom layer to outmost, a full body leotard covering her legs, torso and arms, but ending at thin, gold anklets, bracelets and neck choker, then knee socks, short shorts and a crop top, then platform sneakers and a jacket.
Personality: Identical to Suzie Clemmins
History: An Edenite roboticist of significant merit, Suzem was chosen for an infiltration mission of a Carbon paramilitary organization called ARC, a collection of top-line (by Carbon terms) combat machines used for peacekeeping and enforcement duties around the planet.
To this end, she adopted the identity of Suzie Clemmins, "growing up" in a real Human home, going to a real Human school, the works. She DID actually design and build her competition robots and Kunoichi's body, but the progressive improvements were a planned advancement to make it seem like there was growth in her abilities and experience instead of just whipping out a super-android from nowhere.
While her skill and concept of her field vastly outstrips what she is allowed to put forth as Suzie and what she is surrounded with at ARC, she is nonetheless so fascinated by robotics that she is genuinely enthusiastic to examine Carbon designs and to see how they think and what they've come up with, and is rarely haughty about it. Instead, she can ooh and aah over just about any presentation of creativity in design, regardless of its tech level. She is as fascinated by the Antikythera mechanism as she is a skillfully implemented Base-60 quantum processing matrix, regardless of being personally able to design either blindfolded, hog-tied and in her sleep.
Powers: As an artificial being, Suzem possesses marked advantages over an organic lifeform. Despite being a civilian with no military gear, she is naturally stronger, faster and more durable than a comparable human could physically be capable of. She is unaffected by operation in a vacuum or in toxic or diseased environments. Most impressively, her logical intelligence far outstrips humans, possessing an IQ equivalent to 1,500 by human metrics. She also possesses an internal communication ansible for interacting with the Edenite data network.
Equipment: Same as Suzie Clemmins, except the tools are more extensively plasma-based, as well as having certain nanite-based tools for very small work.
Weakness: She's not a combat model, does not possess combat training and does not have military-grade equipment. Her power level comes exclusively from her superhuman abilities, and she could easily be overpowered by a more skilled and better equipped human.
