Origin (Summarized): Tigerwolf was born on another planet, but was part of a government project, of that planet, called the Tigerwolf project, a project to design the perfect Assassin. The project took place in space on a super carrier called Archeros, there 1,000 Kids were trained to be the best killers in the universe. Tigerwolf was known as Tigerwolf 0490. He was one of the few that lived through the early training. Tigerwolf was a special case; he was a psychic and was quit powerful. When the people on the ship found out. They eased all his memories and dumped him on the closest planet... EARTH. Now he thinks he is from earth but he has psychic power and combat skills that he doesn't know how he learned them. But never seems to care how he learned them. The only thing that proves he isn't human is that he has natural growing blue hair, no toe nails, no tiny grooves on his hands and feet (No finger/hand prints or foot prints), his finger nails never grow and are a lot tougher than normal humans, his spine seems reinforced and a lot stronger than a humans, a second set of muscles over his stomach area which reinforces that area making it more protected while holding his organs in their proper place, zero body hair, and the rest is only noticeable on a cellar level. He has a tattoo on his right arm that says "Tigerwolf 0490" in English text. So now he calls himself Tigerwolf. While living on earth he broke the seal placed on all living beings. This let his power become even greater. Since he broke the seal naturally he didn't go insane. His power became that of which he could grow these psychic horns (Mewtwo horns) on his forehead and they gave him extra and even more powerful psychic powers.
History (Long):
Standard Weapons: Gurkha Kukri, Tai Chi (It's a straight sword), two .45 Mark23s, a Beretta 92F (9.mm), Smith & Westen Model 500, 8 throwing knives, 2 Cyclone blades (One black and one Silver), and a Stub nosed .357 colt python.
More Weapons info: For his S&W model 500, he carries with him, 55 rounds for it. 5 already loaded and 50 spare rounds in his ammo box on his leg. All bullets for this gun have been blessed by a truly Holy man of some kind. Also that gun has customized bullets. 5 rounds are actual diamond bullets, 10 sliver bullets, 5 exploding silver bullets, 20 regular .50 caliber S&W model 500 rounds, 10 regular .50 caliber S&W model 500 exploding bullets. Tigerwolf's Sword is also a holy sword. Tigerwolf carries 4 magazine of exploding .45 caliber bullets for his Mark 23s. He only carries 3 magazines for his Beretta 92F (Counting the one in the gun already). His Gurkha Kukri is actually a weapon he was left with when dumped on earth and thus is made out of strange unknown metals that are a hell of a lot stronger than steel.
Weapons placement: The Gurkha Kukri is placed on his right hip in a sheath. The Tai Chi is on his back and tilted towards his right shoulder in a sheath. Both Mark 23s are shoulder holsters with spare magazines around the front of his belt. The Beretta 92F is in a back holster with 2 spare magazines in ammo holsters on the back of his belt. The S&W model 500 is in a leg holster on his right leg with a box of spare ammo in a holster on his left leg. All 8 throwing knives are hidden up his sleeves in knife holsters (4 on each forearm. 2 palm side of his hand, 2 above wrist of his hand.). Both Cyclone blades are attached to his back in customized holsters that only hold the blade when it's folded up in a circle. The Stub Nosed .357 colt python is in an ankle holsters on his left leg and has only 6 spare bullets around the strap of the holsters.
Powers: Tigerwolf has higher senses than normal humans like smell, hearing, and eye sight. He also can move things with his mind (Telekinesis), read minds, mind control, Remote sensing, Telepathic communicating (can talk with to people with his mind), Proykinesis (Starts small fires with his mind. But the biggest he can do is about the size of a person's fist.), and Teleporting.
Powers of the psychic horns:
Psy bomblets - Small Psy bombs that are like small explosion when they hit anything. They cause more mental damage than physical damage. Heads shots do more damage than any other part of the body. The mental damage is only noticeable by an ever growing headache with each blast that hits.
Psy charge shot (Otherwise known as a Psy Bomb) - A powerful Psychic blast that doesn’t have an explosion at all. Like Psy Bomblets, it does more mental damage than physical. How ever, when hit with a fully charged Psy Bomb, it’ll cause the target to loose all mental barriers and feel all sorts of bad emotions and feelings (Such as shame, disappointment, high level stress, guilt, isolation, embarrassment, anger, fear, sorrow, and loathed) all at once, overloading the mind of a target and in some cases, causing instant or temporary insanity, if not turning them into a vegetable (But NOT literally). The physical damage is like a chemical burn with little deep cuts all over the area of contact. As with Psy Bomblets, a head shot will do a lot more damage than any other part of the body.
Teleporting- like before but greater distances and much faster.
Weakness: His Hyper mode won't last for more than an hour. After going into a hyper stage he goes blind for awhile. It depends how long he uses it. Such as, if he was to use it for the full hour, he'd be blind for a week. (Figure out the equations on your own.)
Personality: He looks for the easiest way to get things done. Believes that if you kill the villain today, and let a few people die by doing so, you save more lives down the road. Is a boarder line good guy (One of those grey kinds of super heroes). Doesn't like complicated things or to have things become complicated. If a person is armed with a sword he will fight them with his sword, unless injured, tired, pissed off, drunk, outnumbered, or the person has done something really wrong. Tends to be in a neutral mood most of the time. Cares not for innocent bystanders, no matter what age they are. Would rather have people think he's a normal person rather than someone with powers. Tends to not trust people but will act as though he is to throw them off guard. Goes for the quick kill unless you've done something to really piss him off. Doesn't let the past bother him. Enjoys most of the same delights as most humans do.
Reason for using guns: Tigerwolf uses guns because they make what he does easier. Sure he can use his powers to pick up a car, trash can, street lamp, or telephone booth to throw at or crush his opponent. But why go through all that strain when you can just point a gun at them and pull the trigger?
Bad Habits: He's more likely to let a person die, rather than saving them.
Status: Tigerwolf is a high level assassin. He lives on a black under water air craft carrier with a lot of small repair and operating robots of some kind, jets, and a few space crafts most of the time. Tends to be on the road, assassinating people the rest of the time.
