Name: Matthew Tollen
Age: Appears to be about 27
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Alignment: Neutral-ish
Power Level: Mid Tier Medium
Timeline: Variable
Appearance:
Neat brown hair, kept short and spiky. Blue eyes. Average height, weight, and build.
Clothing changes randomly...
Personality: A bit of a cynic. He's far more interested in keeping himself safe, happy, and entertained than much else.
History: There's not much known history about Matt. He was first seen as a commercial actor, advertising soap in Canada. He soon moved to Hollywood where he became a DJ. He vanished during an earthquake and reappeared as a TV weatherman in Russia. A freak milk truck accident caused him to vanish once again. Since then, he's been seen in various places, worlds, and even times for reasons unknown...
Powers:
Not really a power...but Matthew's clothes tend to change at random. One moment, he'll be dressed normally...and the next, he's in the armor of a Roman Centurian. He doesn't seem aware of these changes at first...
Hadoken: A powerful energy blast attack. His Hadoken attack is powered by Love. That is to say, it warps some of the Love in the universe into a destructive beam when it's invoked. He's got little control over the beam once its released, and it tends to knock him over/back.
Judgement: By giving some a rating (between 1 and 5), Matt can cause various effects to happen to a target. For example...if he
were to give an old mech a one...it would be highly likely to explode. He can't just throw ratings around...he has to be able to supply a reason for the rating if questioned about it. Matt either ignores, or is completely unaware of the reactions his ratings cause.
One out of Five: The worst rating. This tends to cause the worst reactions.
Two out of Five: Causes bad reactions...but nothing too bad.
Three out of Five: Causes indifferent reactions...such as someone being given a tiny trophy, or a target getting hit with a pie.
Four out of Five: Causes good reactions...but nothing too good.
Five out of Five: The best rating. Causes the best reactions.
Weapons:
-One 9mm Pistol.
-One metal baseball bat (sometimes replaced with a Tire Iron)
-One lightsaber
Matt doesn't really use the weapons as weapons, often not even aware he has them until he goes to use them. Usually he'll just do something like shoot someone that annoys him. All the weapons are stored inside a small pocket dimension that's inside all his clothes.
Weakness:
-Matt doesn't make the most effective fighter...
-He's more focused on self preservation...
-His attitude may make it difficult to work with him...
EDIT: Fixed what I forgot...
