Full Name (In modernized naming conventions): Khalid Zaynab Saleh Juhziz
Age: Appears to be 40
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Timeline: Can exist in any
Allignment: Neutral
Power Level: High
Appearance: A Middle Eastern man with dark skin and thin, graying
hair. He wears a red keffiyeh (a type of scarf, here’s a link to a picture of a man wearing one ) in a turban style on his head. He wears a dark grey khalat (long sleeved silk or cotton robe, in this case cotton) or a dark grey and baggy long sleeved shirt and black pants, pending on where he is.
Personality: Calm and difficult to anger, he is a well mannered man and is quite open to others advice and opinions, even if he does not share them. He strives to be the best there is, and loves to test his skill, not caring whether he loses or wins a battle. He approaches combat in a dignified style, but is nonetheless ruthless.
History: Khalid was a young swordfighter in ancient Arabia. He strived to be the strongest there is, and as such sought out a magical being that lived in his country. He found said creature, and asked it to make him the greatest swordfighter. The being and him negotiated terms for the deal, and the bargain was made. In return for giving up mortal life, Khalid was made the best swordsman… in his small home village. The being had snuck its way around Khalid’s terms. Nonetheless, Khalid’s skill and power were now beyond that of human standards. Khalid traveled greatly in search of ways to test his strength; with each battle he became stronger and wiser. Khalid participated in the crusades as a moor. The rest of Khalid’s life was barely noteworthy, as skilled men of the blade were becoming fewer with each year - and eventually, each passing day. Eventually over several decades, Khalid finally decided that since his skill surpassed the people of Earth, there must be worthy opponents in other existences. Khalid unlocked the power of dimensional travel, traversing farther and wider than ever before. He still seeks out opponents capable of accepting his challenge. He has been in several worlds, having a son in one of them, Dennis Juhziz, who is a good friend to Colin Degren.
Weapons: An Arabian Saif. Khalid can materialize this weapon whenever needed. Here’s a link to a picture.
Powers: Physical Power: While Khalid\'s strength is reflected to that of an ordinary man, his speed is inhuman, being fast enough to surpass sound. Also, while he does not have inhuman strength, that does not mean that his strikes will be weak against someone that does. (I.E. if someone with inhuman strength bats away his weapon, it\'ll move like it would if someone of equal strength to Khalid batted it away.)
Immortality: Khalid can only die under one circumstance, if he is killed by a sword. He can by all means be harmed or incapacitated by other means, but he will not die from an otherwise fatal strike unless a sword causes the deathblow.
Skill Vampiracy: Khalid can learn a skill of anyone he kills through swordplay, and only swordplay. Khalid will gain one skill of the victim, he has no choice in what the skill is, it may not even be combat related. (Ex. musical talent) Note: If the victim is somehow revived, both Khalid and the victim will have the skill, and Khalid cannot get another one by killing the person again.
Sandstorm: As the name implies, creates a strong and dangerous sandstorm. This can be done anywhere and anytime. Khalid is cloaked in the sandstorm, and immune to the dangers it causes.
Desert Fury: Summons seven warriors made of sand, the warriors attack relentlessly at high speed. This move is stronger during Sandtorm.
Arabian Fire: Pyrokenesis/ fire magic, but stronger, boosting the flame\'s power with magic, making it so hot that it can burn through metal.
Emperor Scorpion: A high speed strike where Khalid will almost teleport past the enemy, slashing at them during the trip. The slash causes very painful and distracting, but not fatal, residual damage if it connects.
Teleportation: While it is not powerful enough to cross countries Khalid\'s teleportation can make him go far in terms of a normal battlefield, making it effective for escaping danger.
Merciless Sun: Khalid lets loose a blinding light, firing off powerful light element energy strikes while doing so.
Energy Manipulation: Khalid can use powerful energy attacks.
Autonomous Weapons: Summons up weapons that float and attack on their own, or are used by Khalid as a weapon.
Telepathy: Obtained when Khalid defeated a psychic in a duel. This is Khalid\'s only psychic ability, but is useful for talking privately.
Desert Snake: Summons a giant snake monster to attack. The snake can be considered mid-tier medium. It has fire breath and poisonous fangs, and is quite durable. It becomes stronger during Sandtorm, becoming high-tier medium.
Shadow Manipulation: Obtained when Khalid killed Rau Massaa. Khalid has control over darkness, (what\'d you call that.... shadokenesis?)
Healing Rate: Khalid has an increased rate of healing, being five times beyond that of normal humans. For fatal blows not caused by sword, he recovers after his enemy is far enough away that it\'s not a threat.
While not exactly a \"power\", Khalid can speak Arabic, Spanish, Russian and English fluently.
(I\'m pretty sure that\'s all of them...)
Weaknesses: Ice and water elements are his key weaknesses. Also, his eagerness for a challenge often gets him biting off more than he can chew.
