Name: Wattson Oviram
Age: Appears to be in his early thirties
Gender: Male
Timeline: Modern
Allignment: Chaotic Evil
Species: Human
Power Level: High-Tier High
Appearance: Wears the thick robes of a Doomsday Academy professor. He has long, wild looking blonde hair. He wears mostly yellows, golds and blacks under his robe. His robe has gold trim on the ends.
History: A talented scientist, Wattson worked on robotics. He is the man who created the mech that would soon be known very well as the battle robot Epsilon. He tried to use his inventions to take over the world, but faced numerous pitfalls and disappointments. Through his own genetic experiments, he managed to grant himself vast power. Wattson chose to try and give himself the power of electricity, seeing it as one of the most powerful forces around due to the severe lack of defenses against it. As he would say, \"lightning never strikes twice, one shot is all it needs\". His accomplishments were noticed by Cid Warrison, who invited him and Epsilon into the academy. Due to his scientific roots and his creation of Epsilon, Karen harbours deep respect for him, seeing him as her idol. The professor holds great faith in the student, as while Wattson always needed a peaceful envirorment to create, Karen seems to be able to do it wherever she happens to have the tools. Wattson occasionally checks in on his old student and creation, making sure they are all right.
Personality: An erratic man that harbours occasional fierce bouts of paranoia. He is nonetheless a cunning person. He approaches battles with a wild nature, egging his enemy on and treating even the most hostile situation like a game. He is extremely intelligent, but it doesn\'t show through his jumpy and wild mannerisms. He is quite fond of Karen (as a student and scientist), even trusting her with Epsilon\'s most recent modifications.
Weapon: The Tesla: The Tesla is a powerful baton or rod-like instrument made from the same super-durable material that Epsilon MK. IV is crafted out of. It can unleash powerful volts of electricity, making it very dangerous against most swords. The Tesla also has several functions, making it deadly in hand-to-hand combat. (Wattson once defeated Cid, Heihachi and Ixion with the Tesla alone.)
Powers: Wattson has total control over electricity and air. As such, he is incredibly fast, with supersonic speeds second nature for him.
Generator: One can sort of view Wattson as a bit of an energy vampire, as energy and electric attacks only serve to fuel him, heal him and supercharge his powers. Water has similar effect, as Wattson will merely electrify it, giving it similar properties. Of course, don\'t challenge him near a pool.
Energy Manipulation: Wattson has access to energy attacks, flight and teleportation.
Turbulence: An Air element move. Wattson distorts the air around him into a sort of violent aura. This makes attacks against him slightly less effective and makes his physical strikes harsh. Anyone that touches him when he has Turbulence may just lose their limb from the violent shockwaves.
Air Raid: Another Air attack, Wattson activates Turbulence and and does several high speed teleport attacks with the Tesla.
High Voltage: A similar move to Turbulence, Wattson makes his body a high voltage that is deadly to normal people. This makes Wattson have a second defense against blunt or bladed weapons. Wattson cannot overlap High Voltage and Turbulence.
Flash Fry: An electric move that fries the circuits of mechanical enemies, rendering them incapacitated.
Light \'Em Up: A sneaky attack where Wattson calls up weak electricity from underneath an enemy. Not as powerful as a normal electric strike.
Clone: Wattson can manipulate the air to create illusion copies of himself. These illusions can\'t attack and are dispersed with any type of attack, but they provide good cover.
Weaknesses: Wattson is susceptable to psychics and dark element attacks.
