Name: Telo Sanderiz
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Timeline: Medieval
Power Level: High-Tier Medium
Race: Moogle
Alignment: Neutral
Appearance: Being a moogle, Telo is a very small and fuzzy creature, being a bit higher than knee height on an average human, not counting his ears. His ears make him about waist height. Telo's little bon-bon is green, while his fur is white. He has bright blue eyes. He wears an olive green shirt that is frayed and torn at the bottom, the shirt goes down to his knees. Over it he wears a black cloak and cape. He has an olive green scarf tied around his neck. He has a bullet belt going across his chest. When he ventures in the modern world, he is commonly mistaken for an oversized stuffed animal.
Personality: An eccentric Moogle, Telo is oddly girl crazed. He will often use his cuteness to attract women. He is very calm and sauve, keeping his composure under pressure. His constant passes on the female members of his clan, Cassandra, Amelia the Veira, and Farrah the Human often go to waste, but he is nonetheless quite the charmer, sometimes literally. He enjoys a good fight, but at the same time doesn't like getting his hands dirty. Despite his occasional irritating remarks, he and Cassandra are good friends, as the girl sees some of her former self in the Moogle.
History: Telo was a Moogle bandit on Ivalice. Having little regard for the law or the judges, the little critter spent a majority of his time in the Sprohm prisons. He was just released from a pardoning (where the recipient voluntarily does time to clear his record) when he met Cassandra Degren. He was hired by the palace to capture her. Telo engaged Cassandra alone, and defeated her with his favourite and (inhis opinion) best ability, the Charmshot. Telo was a few steps from handing the bewitched Cassandra to the authorities when he had a change of heart and instead turned on the Judge's soldiers. Telo was "hired" by Clan Masfem on a single condition, a date with every current and future female member. During the battle of Siena Gorge, Telo proved to be invaluable, defeating Ritz's right-hand girl Shara and almost beating Montblanc, Clan Nutsy's founder.
Powers: Fireshot: Telo shots a bullet of flame.
Boltshot: Telo shoots a bullet of lightning.
Iceshot: Telo shoots an ice element bullet.
Confushot: Telo fires a bullet that causes mass panic in the victim.
Charmshot: Telo's absolute favourite move. He fires a bullet that either makes the victim sucrumb to his cuteness or, if the target is female, makes them blindly in love with him. Either way, the target will side with him until they snap out of it. Which usually means a good couple knocks.
Blindshot: Telo fires a bullet that looses a blinding ink.
Silenshot: Fires a bullet that looses a silencing gas.
Stopshot: Fires a bullet that stops the victim's passage through time, making them immobile.
Concentrate: A supporting move that boosts Telo's accuracy. Telo can accurately gauge where to fire pending on the enemy's dodging ability, size and speed. This makes him a deadly shot.
Mog Attack: Telo uses his weapon in an attack that can force his enemy backwards.
Mog Gaurd: A support move that raises Telo's magical and physical defense.
Mog Rush: A powerful blow that is much stronger than a regular attack, but it is inaccurate.
Mog Aid: A healing maneuver that Telo can use to recover small wounds.
Ultima Charge: Focuses powerful magic into Telo's gun, which is then fired and loosed in an explosion of energy.
Sheep Count: Summons illusionary sheep, which make the enemy become drowsy and eventually fall asleep.
Cuisine: Conjures a warm cooked meal which can heal the eater's wounds.
Chocobo Rush: Calls up a stampede of chocobos (large birds that are often used as mounts) to trample the enemy. The chocobos then disappear as fast as they came. Only harms the living, property is somehow unscathed.
Hurl: Telo can toss all manner of objects at the enemy with lethal efficiency.
Firebomb: Throws a molotov cocktail. This oftentimes provokes the enemy into attack, rendering them unable to differentiate between friend or foe.
Dagger: Throws a dagger to disable the enemy's sword (or whatever their weapon may be) arm.
Smile: A magic technique that spreads Telo's happiness to his allies, rejuvinating them and hastening them incredibly. Smile has a far greater speed boost than Haste, but the effects last much shorter.
Gil Toss: Throws money at the enemy. The more money thrown, the more damaging the attack.
Demi: A gravity based spell. Crushes the enemy with a super gravity field.
Reflect: A protective move that reflects dangerous spell back at the user. On the downside, this also reflects healing spells.
Weapons: Outsider: A powerful gun that puts Telo on equal footing, and sometimes an edge over, hand to hand enemies at the same power level. The Outsider is a strong weapon, and has a fantastic range, making it useful as a sniping tool and a close-quarters firearm.
Weakness: His attitude makes him target number one. Also, he's a gunner, and while his weapon puts him on equal footing with swordsmen at the same power level, hand to hand is very dangerous for him.
