Name: Doctor Gerald Coax (Everyone just calls him "Doctor" or "Doc")
Age: 38
Gender: Male
Race: Terra-Talihin
Alignment: Neutral Evil (Works for the bad side, but retains the doctor's need and responsibility to treat enemy and ally)
Power Level: Low-Tier High
Timeline: Futuristic
Appearance: A man with hazel eyes. This means that his hair is a sage green (aka greyish green) in colour. Gerald is a bit tall, but not unnaturally so. Gerald either wears his surgical scrubs or the black cloak of a Doomsday Academy prof. Gerald's cloak is trimmed with a sage green colour.
Personality: An intelligent and analytical man, Coax treats all situations with the same keen observation, stoic efficiency and calm attitude that he uses in an operation. Gerald seems to take the medical lingo a bit too far, using it in everyday conversation. While he works for the Doomsday Academy, he still has a strict code of ethics in the medical practice. Coax tries not to kill an enemy, merely debilitate it. As a Terra-Talihin, he is more intelligent than the average human.
History: A Terra-Talihin doctor, Gerald was a bloodthirsty soldier before he was converted. The men in charge of his alteration decided they'd make him a man interested in giving life, not taking it. For the most part, they were sucessful. One day Gerald had witnessed a very dangerous fight, and while he wished to help, he had no ability in combat that proved useful. After the fight, Gerald had treated the loser, a man around his age with blue hair. The man had thanked him for the aid and offered him the power that he sought, in exchange for his services as a medical professional. Gerald accepted, and it was then that he was under the payroll of the Doomsday Academy.
Powers: Healing: Aside from normal medical skills, Gerald has amazing healing magic. While he can't instantly heal all injuries, his skill with this healing ability is invaluable.
Superspeed: Gerald can move at around subsonic speeds.
Clean Cut: A dangerous, but non-lethal technique. Coax does an amaxingly fast blow with surgical precision. This attack can make sure the enemy will not be able to continue the fight, but it is not deadly and avoids all vitals.
Forceful Removal: Gerald removes the very matter from around the enemy, causing a powerful vaccum blast around them.
Flatline: Gerald starts to hinder an enemy's internal organs, making them sieze up and render them incapacitated.
Hospitalize: Similar to regular energy blasts, but causes no internal injuries. Just as effective and painful, but only damages the outside.
Defibulator: Gerald grabs the enemy and sends a strong electrical pulse into them.
Triage: An odd technique, if the enemy has suffered more damage, nothing happens. If Gerald is more roughed up, Gerald's injuries and his enemy's are swapped.
Weapons: A basic sabre and stunning laser pistol.
Weakness: Coax'es desire to incapacitate an enemy instead of killing them can limit his effectiveness.
