Name: Moya Richards
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Power Level: Low-tier High with Battle Armor, High-tier Low without Battle Armor but with a weapon, Low-tier Low if completely unarmed.
Timeline: Modern
Appearance: Very long, thick brown hair and vivid emerald eyes are distinct characteristics immediately evident on this girl's petite frame. Her small form makes her look a bit younger than she is, but there's a daring knowledge in her eyes, as well. She has a black spandex bodysuit under her clothes, which is what she uses when she uses her battle armor, as well. In her normal outfit, she's dressed casually, but if at work, she wears a lab coat. Unlike most scientists, she doesn't wear glasses, inheriting her father's good eyesight. Her battle armor is coral and white with some black trim and has admirably-thick armor plating, large turbines on either shoulder, a black head plate with coral antennae, and armaments on either arm. With her battle armor on, she actually looks rather distinctly like an Edenite Purifier.
Personality: Somewhat immature and quick to anger. She doesn't trust sentient robots a great deal and has a deep-seated jealousy of the attention her father pays to X. This means that she's oftentimes overeager to engage in battle, particularly if she has an opportunity to prove she's better than X. Unfortunately, this hasty nature tends to be rather self-destructive as she puts herself into positions she doesn't have the strength or experience to get back out of.
History: The daughter of Dr. Richards, the prime scientist behind the Mega Man Project, the reverse-engineering of recovered Edenite technology, and the construction of the android X, Moya has done her best to follow in her father's footsteps, becoming a military scientist, as well, in hopes of getting some of his attention. His busy lifestyle ensured that she got very little of it as a child, so she thought by going into his own lifestyle, they might at least overlap.
Now with X as the prime consumption of his time, Moya has grown jealous, and not just of the attention he gets, but because she feels that her father believes the android can do better than her battle armor that she had been developing for years. While this is true, and X is substantially more effective in combat, this isn't the real reason. In truth, Dr. Richards would rather put an android's life on the line than that of a human, particularly his daughter.
Regardless, she uses her battle armor to great effect in combat, always attempting to outperform X, and while the android feels sorry for her and how she pushes herself the way she does, she refuses to accept his sympathies, only growing more agitated when he offers them.
Powers:
Superhuman Strength - So long as her combat suit is active, Moya possesses superhuman strength due to the internal servos, equal to a high-end machine, though not to the level of X. She can catch a truck, but catching a loaded semi would be more than she could handle at an instant.
Superhuman Defense - So long as her combat suit is active, Moya possesses defenses comparable to a super-tank, but still less than the Edenite alloys X possesses. Because she is still human, she also cannot match the android's stamina.
Superhuman Speed - Utilizing the oversized turbines mounted on her back, Moya is capable of supersonic flight and dashing while the combat suit is active. Sensors relayed directly into her mind via her helmet allow her to respond to threats at speeds that would normally be impossible and pick up on things she couldn't otherwise, but even her increased reaction time is less than that of X's due to the fact that her organic body simply isn't designed to move at those speeds. Bullets are still easy to avoid, but whereas to X, they would seem to move in slow motion, they are more like dodgeballs to Moya.
Weapons:
Tri-Cannon - Three-barrelled high-calibur railgun with alternating firing for increased firing speed. Located on the left arm and loaded with concussive AP rounds. The bullets are magnetically accelerated to speeds far greater than normal guns, resulting in an effectiveness even in High-Powered combat.
Crystal Saber - A short sword-type blade mounted on the right arm. It is constructed of artificial gemstones so that it holds an incredible edge against even the most brutal punishment and it serves as an unprecedented focus point for the laser-generating assembly behind it.
Thrust Turbines - Wind-driven turbines mounted on the shoulders. These produce incredible thrust and allow her flight and augmented dashing.
Internal Servos - With lifting systems of its own, the suit grants Moya with physical strength rivaling a top-notch machine, activating in time with her own muscular system.
Sensor Array - The antennae on her head unit are for more than just looks. They serve as the transceivers for an advanced radar system, projected directly into her mind so that she can track incoming objects and things invisible or blocked to her own eyes.
Weakness: Despite the armor, she's still very much human. Without it, her power is drastically reduced. Also, her hasty nature gets her into a great deal of trouble.
