Name: Emily Mission
Age: 7
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Power Level: Low-tier Medium (4) (Base)
Timeline: Modern
Appearance: Subject to change. Her original is that of a little second-grade girl with pigtails and usually in a pink shirt and formal skirt.
Personality: A bit immature at times, but clever and very aware of what's happening around her, Emily is quite intelligent, and between this and her usually being in an older body than her own, she is often treated by the other two members of Team Flash as older than she really is.
History: There's a little town in the middle of nowhere, somewhere between here and there. It's the kind of town that never shows up on any map, no matter how local, because nobody has any reason to go there, unless they live there, and then they already know where it is. People in this little town can really be spectacular, and nobody thinks anything of it. On occassion, though, even in a little town like this, something truly extraordinary comes about.
Emily Mission is your typical 7-year-old girl. She likes hopscotch and dolls, thinks boys are infested with cooties, and believes real talent is Cinderella needing at least fifty doctors before you trip over the jump rope. She also loves to share, especially bodies, and she has a talent for showing up somewhere without explanation. Emily Mission is a metahuman like most in this little town, but unlike most, her talents are unusually strong, and when her family and two others had to move to a bigger city, she found out such things were even less normal than she had originally believed, and she and the two children from the other families decided to form a group, just like in the cartoons. They call themselves Team Flash. Having to pick a superhero nickname seemed like a fun prospect, but the other two quickly shot down ideas like Bunny Girl and Cookie Lover, and it was eventually Dick Mason who suggested Phase-Out, and it stuck.
Powers:
Weapons: None
Weakness: Any weaknesses of the body she inhabits, unless those weaknesses include psionic ones. She also is very protective of her original body, whether she's actually using it or not, and will go to nearly any lengths to protect it, regardless of who is in it.

Powers:
Shadow Step - Phase-Out's signature ability, she is able to step out of our realm at will and in at another location instantaneously. (Think Nightcrawler. Same thing.)
Psychokinesis - Phase-Out uses psychic energies to blast her foes with headsplitting bursts that do no physical harm, but induce horrible headaches and, if applied continuously, can destroy the mind.
Body Change - Phase-Out can switch bodies with anyone, transferring their consciousness into the body she was just in while she takes over theirs. Those with a strong will who are aware of her can push this off, however. While switched, she is subject to all physical attributes of the body, good or bad, but she is limited to her own powers. If she possessed Cassandra, for instance, she would have the knight's athletic body, but would not be able to use any of her spells or abilities, only her own three powers. Those switched to the previous body are subject to the same conditions.
Weapons: None
Weakness: Any weaknesses of the body she inhabits, unless those weaknesses include psionic ones. She also is very protective of her original body, whether she's actually using it or not, and will go to nearly any lengths to protect it, regardless of who is in it.
