Name: Dawn Jameson
Age: Appears to be 12 or 13
Gender: Female
Species: Spirit/Ascended Being (A ghost with powers, at least... Don't know if that's how you would describe it.)
Timeline: Modern
Power Level: High-Tier Medium
Allignment: Neutral Good
Appearance: A ghostly, transparent figure of a girl just going into her teenage years. She has dark pink hair that goes a bit past her shoulders. She's wearing a pink beanie hat, a pair of glasses riding low on her nose, a black shirt with a puffy, light purple vest, and faded, light purple jeans. She has a small dark purple handbag suitible for someone her age.
Personality: Bright and cheerful, especially considering she's dead AND she died a fairly horrible death. She is fairly naive, and tries to look at the good side of everyone. The only person that is excluded from this rule is her sister Karen, who she has "given up on". Despite her naive nature, she's mature beyond the age she appears to be, which makes sense, since she only looks like a preteen because she was one when she died, She absolutely loves music in all forms, and is frequently singing and dancing for no particular reason.
History: Dawn Jameson is Karen Jameson's good twin. She is in no way as academicaly gifted as her sister, and annoyed the budding scientist to no end with her kind nature. The fact that Dawn was fairly popular while Karen was regarded as a social reject certainly didn't raise Karen's opinion of Dawn, either. When the twins got around puberty, Karen had suddenly decided to follow through on her dream, and, deeming Dawn as a threat, moved to exterminate her. Dawn was killed in a particularily gruesome fashion, and Karen covered the incident as a scientific experiment that took an unexpected lethal turn.
Several years later, Dawn came back to haunt Karen in a very literal sense. At first, the villainess in training regarded the spectre as mental backlash, a symptom of too much ESP usage or excess stess. However, the girl soon realized that she was really seeing the spirit of her murdered sister. Dawn's spirit was imbuned to Karen since her death, and the mass amount of magic power in the Academy had partially revived the girl as a type of powerful ghost. Eventually, Dawn was seperated from Karen, and was free to go where she pleased. However, she still typically appears nearby when Karen is up to something particularily mischevious.
Powers: Dawn used to have psychokenetic powers like her sister, but they were lost when she died. However, the power that brought her back also granted her a wide range of magical abilities. She is capable of several differents abilities of varying elements and properties, but she lacks in a mass amount of firepower. Dawn, while seemingly transparent and intangible, is completely affected by the physical world, in other words, if you slap her, she'll feel pain, if she does not eat, she'll be hungry, and so on. She does not visibly show signs of injury, which serves as a good psychological tool in that she appears to be impervious. (Of course, she isn't.) Finally, Dawn is capable of making her self unaffected by the world of the living, but she can't be like this indefinitely, and in return she cannot affect anything herself.
Weapons: None
Weaknesses: Exorcism, anti-spirit abilities and such all have an affect on her if they're of neutral orgin. (In other words, a charm meant to rid a place of evil spirits isn't going to work since she's not evil.) Dawn is physically weak, and can be overpowered. Her magic is feuled by her stamina, so she has to rest frequently.
