I'm talking about Model Delta. Outside his transformed state, he looks human. They've never been able to do that.

If you're making things drawn from canon sources, you have to obey the canon restrictions. Otherwise, it'd be akin to making a Power Ranger that, instead of morphing, turned into a Sailor Scout.

Now THAT would be a sight to see.... Anyways, the character. Now, I know nothing about Transformers, but I do know they don't turn into humans. They turn into big robots. Next, the history DEFINITELY needs an overhaul, it's fairly short, and quite frankly, I have no idea what any of it means... Furthermore, I sugest you flesh out his personality more, a personality description needs a lot more than three adjectives and an "and" to string them together. The appearances need more fleshing out too, and I mean a lot more. The human form part wasn't bad, but it could spare to lose the point formedness. As for the part with hacking as a weakness, the way you put it, it definitely doesn't sound like one, it sounds more like a power.

Show me in the rules where it says that if we make a character from a universe made by someone else, we have to follow those rules (or ask the person if we could make a sub-universe.) Rule #3 in the Canon Character Registry says that you are not allowed to change the character from how it is canonically. I think it's safe to say this also applies to canon races. Now, if you want to create a different, similar race that can take human form as a sort of camouflage, then take super robot form, that's perfectly alright. But you can't say they're Transformers, Autobots or Decepticons unless they actually conform to the restrictions of such a race.
