Name: Nellia Arturo
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Timeline: Medieval (Fire Emblem)
Power Level: Mid-Tier Low unmounted, Low-Tier Medium mounted (Boosted to High-Tier Low unmounted and High-Tier Medium mounted)
Allignment: Neutral Good
FE Class: Pegasus Knight (Promotes to Falcoknight)
Appearance: A youthful, delicate looking young woman. Nellia has long pink hair, which she had braided with shiny yellow, blue, and green ribbons into three braids, along with a golden barrette at her forehead. She wears a soft, sky blue mini-dress and boots and stockings that go up to a little over her knee. She wears a bright pink chestplate, pink bracers, and the armoured part of her boots is pink.
Personality: About as optimistic and sociable as Andres, Nellia is fairly kind and eager to help. Similar to Andres and Hubert, Nellia has a sisterly bond with her pegasus, Eurydice. She isn't as violent as her brother, though, but her protective nature compels her to join in a fight. She somehow behaves like a modern day "girly girl", despite living in medieval society. She's sensitive, and can sometimes be offended easily.
History: The younger sister to the wyvern rider Andres Arturo. When Nellia grew ino her teenage years, the family opted to send her to one of the few schools that accepted female students, an all-girl boarding school in Ilia. Unbeknownst to all members of the family, it was actually designed as a millitary academy for pegasus knight training, and they had just sent their daughter to be drafted into the trade. The Ilian government stripped her of any funds she had, and censored every single attempt she made of contacting home, making it impossible for her to get back home or to let her folks know that she had been kidnapped. Despite her dislike for fighting, Nellia did manage to fit in well at the training camp. After her training was complete, she was free to go... almost. As required for any budding pegasus knight, the girl had to spend a year in the care of a mercenary group before she was recognised. Flying in the face of her reservations, Nellia had decided to go along with the rule after hearing about Andres deserting the Bern millitary to become a mercenary himself. The girl then set off with a lance in hand, hoping to encounter her brother and let him know what had happened to her.
Powers: A heightened resistance to magic attacks, skilled with lance combat when mounted on the back of a pegasus, and sort of good on hourseback too, which is understandable. When she is promoted to a Falcoknight using the Elysian Whip, Eurydice becomes much faster, being able to move at a point where all you can see if a white blur. Her magical resistance is further heightened, and her equipment is upgraded.
Like other FE characters, has access to the "Critical Hit". When teamed up with two other Peg Knights or Falcoknights, she can preform a unified triangle attack on a single opponent, which is devastating.
Weapons: A sharp spear with an ornate tip, designed for total penetration. When she is promoted to Falcoknight, she can use a sword as well.
Weaknesses: Missile attacks. Weapons like bows and guns can pick her out of the sky easily. Until she gets some combat experience, she's sort of weak.
