Name: Star Peacefire
Age: Looks about 16
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Alignment: Neutral Good
Power Level: Mid-tier High (8)
Timeline: Modern
Appearance: She still possesses the signature cotton candy hair and matching eyes, but her former muscle tone has been greatly diminished, leaving her body a frail waif of its former self. She typically wears dresses or gowns, not because she has any more liking for them, but because they are easier to put on telekinetically than more complex outfits. She doesn't often wear shoes, as she doesn't like to mess with tying laces and slip-ons tend to fall off.
Personality: Much more quiet now, having learned the value of saving words for when they're needed. She is still a very strong supporter of the innocent and defenseless, but she can come across a bit creepy, as over her long period of time without making facial expressions, she usually doesn't remember to make them, often making her seem blank, and combined with her pale white skin from being out of the sun for so long and the billowing of her gown as she uses her powers, plus the odd way in which she moves, she might easily be mistaken for a ghost.
History: Star Peacefire was a veteran of many battles, with both experience and power, but while such made one formidable, one was never invincible, and in one such battle, her neck was broken. Because of the forced position, it healed incorrectly, leaving it poorly mended and her fully paralyzed, essentially dead outside of EKG activity.
She was rushed to the hospital and put on life support that forced her vital organs to continue functioning, and remained in this state for many, many years, until she developed her natural psionics into a potent enough force to communicate through her corporeal prison.
The doctors were, understandably, shocked, but as her powers continued to expand, she began to become aware of her surroundings, as well, and even moved herself, much like a puppet, and it was incredibly clumsy at first. But she kept going and kept going, eventually being able to somewhat mimic normal activities through the constant telekinetic manipulation of her body, but because it was her mind and not her muscle, even then, that moved things, her body's strength continued to atrophy.
Eventually, she found a neurosurgeon who would break her neck again and ensure it aligned properly. The operation was a success and normal bodily functions were returned to her. Unfortunately, her body was still incredibly weak, and she needed a great deal of physical therapy to teach her how to use it again.
Powers: All of her famous physical strength is gone, and while she can move about on her own, she isn't capable of large amounts of physical exertion. Her psionic abilities, however, have built to incredible levels. Psionic pulses have replaced her energy blasts, and her energy senses are supplemented by incredible remote viewing. No longer does she hurl things with her arms, but with powerful telekinesis. Instead of only being able to copy and paste information from her mind to another or vice versa, she can now even do so with commands, or even enter the mind of the weaker-willed and control them directly.
Equipment: None. While it is assumed that she can still summon the King's Blade, she no longer has the strength to use it effectively.
Weakness: She is now physically very frail. While her regeneration is still present, her physical endurance and ability to take punishment is not.
