*Ground* The little girl grinned. "On a great big island floating in the sky, with pretty flowers and really nice looking old stuff." She said. She didn't look like she was lying. Perhaps she had never seen her father's workplace before and imagined that it looked like that. *Karen* "Then maybe you should be more specific. For someone with a thesaurus full of degrading adjectives, you lack in that department." Karen said dryly.

The pink ranger knelt down beside the child. "Well, what about your mother? Where would she be?"
*Karen*
"You don't need me to be more specific," the dark knight answered. "You know full well what I mean. The child is yours."

"Lost." The little girl said simply. "If Violet knew where Mommy was, then why would she be looking for her?"
*Karen*
"Are you implying I'm fat?" Karen asked. "Do I look like a mother to you?"

The pink ranger shook her head. "I meant, where would she normally be?"
*Rooftop*
"You are truly the epitome of mortal stupidity, human," the knight answered. "And for the record, my mother would make you look like a sumo wrestler by comparison, so you should perhaps avoid stereotypes."

"Umm..." The little girl tapped her chin. "We live in an apartment in a great big city. They have a big, big, clock and a pretty palace. Mommy calls it "tuck and ham"... I don't know why. That's a silly name for a palace."
*Rooftop*
"Did it ever occur to you that maybe I'm just acting like this to pull your chain?" Karen asked.

"You live in England?" she asked. "How'd you get here, sweety?"
*Roof*
The dark knight's sword was at her throat. "And did it ever occur to you that pulling my chain might be hazardous to your health?"

"I flew." The girl said, as if it was the most basic answer in the world.
*Roof*
"Of course." Karen said, acting calm through the pressure. "I've never been one for caution..."

"Oh, I see," the pink ranger answered, not arguing the point. "What does your mommy look like, then? What's her name?"
*Roof*
"Perhaps you should be," was the knight's threatening response. "I'll not warn you again. Tempt me once more, and you will find yourself a head shorter."

*Ground*
The little girl looked at the ranger as if she was a total idiot. "...Her name's Mommy..." She said.
*Roof*
Karen sighed and rolled her eyes. "Alright, that's fair." She said.

"Of course!" the pink ranger answered, smacking herself on the side of the helmet as if it had been obvious. "Silly me! What does she look like?"
*Roof*
With that, he returned the sword to its sheath once more and turned his attention back to the ground.

"Like me." Violet said. "Except prettier, and her hair is orangy. But she hurt her face, so it's a little scuffed up."

The red ranger spoke up at that. "Does she have something set into her eye?"

Violet shook her eye. "Nope. She's not a pirate, why would she have something like that?" She asked.

"Not an eyepatch, kiddo," he corrected. "Something metal."

"No." Violet said. "Why would a mommy put something metal on their face? You can't cuddle with them like that..."
