That's right, ladies and gentlemen, it's time once again for another Pokemon RP, the fourth one in the history of the EAB! For all of you new guys now or in the future who don't know, the last three were on the old site.
In the first Pokemon RP, a group of trainers found that purifying pokemon had created a shadow pokemon from all of the negative energy that was released.
In the second Pokemon RP, the group returned to find Team Rocket regrouping for a massive onslaught against Kanto!
The third Pokemon RP found new faces, new friends, and new rivals as entirely new characters explored the incredible Hoenn region.
Now, in this fourth RP, we're doing something a little different. So many of our pokemon have such incredibly deep personalities, and we often find ourselves unable to express them as we might like, due to restrictions on verbal choices and the focus being primarily on the trainers. To change this, this new RP will be entirely centered on the pokemon of the trainers. A new, island-wide resort has opened, called Mystic Mountain, and it caters entirely to pokemon. Trainers leave their pokemon to roam free, socialize with other pokemon, and just generally enjoy a weekend off.
The only restrictions to characters is that you HAVE to play pokemon. You cannot play legendaries, ancients or super-rares, only trained pokemon, recommendedly from your characters' teams. You do not have to play an entire team. You can have some on standby doing their own thing while you only control a few or even one. That's up to you.
Start with your pokemon arriving at the resort, perhaps just as or just after your trainers are leaving.
Because this is from the eyes and ears of the pokemon, who understand the sounds other pokemon make as words, please actually have your pokemon speak, instead of just making names.

No legendaries? Dang, George's vacation is shot. *Scratches Mewtwo off list.* Would I be able to use Nox and Sophia's teams? I haven't got their profiles up yet, but their pokemon would be more suitable than Reginald's and Ted's.

Dante: You have to have a character set up to participate in RPs. If you want a Hitmonlee on the team of that character, that's your call.
GiantBrother: Yeah, sure, that'd be great. Go ahead and put those profiles up, and you can use them.

(Okay, I guess I'll make the first post. If you wanted us to wait a bit before posting, than just disregard this.)
Arbok lazily lifted his head as he looked up at his trainer. "So, I'm going to be stuck with them?" He asked. Of course, the person he was directing these words to didn't actually hear this, but he knew the snake long enough to get the gist of what he was saying.
"I know you're not fond of the idea." Nox said, kneeling down and rubbing his poisonous companion's head. "But just think of it as a vacation. Act like you're at a resort."
Arbok rolled it's eyes. "We are at a resort, moron."
Nox smiled. "Then it shouldn't be too hard, now should it." He looked back at the female trainer that was speaking with a few of her pokemon. "Wish me luck old buddy."
Arbok slowly lowered his head and nestled in the deep grass around him. "Luck. Now get outta here. I need my beauty sleep."
Nox chuckled as he went over to his other pokemon. Grimer and Kirlia couldn't keep their hands off each other as he walked by, while Gallade and Roserade were already in a practice duel. Nox stood beside Sophia as she patted Froslass on the head.
Froslass turned back to Dewgong, Tentacruel and Sealeo only to find that they had already left her. The only two that remained were little baby Piplup, who was scurrying after them, and Magcargo, who was slowly starting his way past the icy maiden. Froslass looked back to find her trainer and the boy she called "Noxie" already leaving. Froslass sighed as she quietly walked over to where Gallade and Roserade battled. She gently brushed some dirt of a nearby rock and contentedly sat, humming a tune to herself.

(Sure, I like the character. Just try to limit how many D/P pokemon you bring in.)
"Hey, Gardevoir, look," Blaziken called the psychic's attention to a poster on one wall. "They're having a dance competition this evening."
And all sorts of other events, as well, Gardevoir responded as she looked it over. I was afraid they would treat us like animals, leaving us to run around in a field and entertain ourselves. It seems, instead, they intend to treat us as civilized beings.
Aggron let out a chuckle. "No kidding?" he asked, still chuckling heartily. "What about those of us who aren't so civil, eh?"
"I wouldn't worry about that, big guy," Shiftry's screechy voice called out from atop Salamence, who parted the crowd on his way to the others by sheer size. "I'm sure they can find a nice, big scrap heap for ya!"
Salamence interrupted his resulting cackling with a shrug of his shoulders, which brought a smirk to Blaziken's lips, but she shook her head.
"That's not what I meant." She turned her attention back to Gardevoir. "I was wanting to know if you wanted to compete in the Couples competition."
This earned a confused glance from the psychic. Is that not for couples?
"I believe what Blaziken is trying to say," Melotic explained as she wound up around a post, "is that this contest is meant to be fun, and she wishes for the two of you to enter as a duet. Personally, I think it would be rather entertaining."
This drew another cackle from Shiftry. "Yeah, ya gotta spell it out for her! What do you think she is, psychic? Haheeheehee!"
The girl ignored him, however. I will do so, if you wish, but in return, you have to enter the solo competition.
If she weren't a pokemon, Blaziken's face would have blanched. "Solo competition? You mean, like, dancing on my own? In front of people?"
"What's wrong, Blaziken," Shiftry cackled. "Chicken?" He brought his arms at his side and flapped them like wings, strutting around and making clucking sounds, but was cut short by a burst of flame from her outstretched hand, sending him tumbling off of Salamence, who ducked down to avoid the sudden flamethrower.
"I'm not afraid of anything," she growled in response. "Fine, I'll do it."
Gardevoir smiled, letting out a quiet, almost unheard chuckle. You'll do fine, Blaziken. You're better at it than you think.

"Alright, everyone. You've been working hard for the last few years now, and so I've decided that you've more than earned a vacation before we go up against the Sootopolis Gym Leader." The young woman said as she looked over the four pokemon.
"Vacation? We're getting a vacation?" The magneton said slowly as the three eyes seemed to glance at each other. The pokemon then began to float away as the three magnemites seemed to chuckle.
"Magneton, please stay out of trouble." The girl pleaded though the electric pokemon had already floated out of hearing range.
A vacation will be very relaxing for all of us involved. Thank you. Claydol stated before he too began to float away.
"I suppose I should see what the other bird pokemon here are up too. It will do me good to catch up on some new gossip." Skarmory said as he shook his wings slightly. "Take care, dragonfly!" The bird cried out as he took to the air. Flygon looked back at her trainer slowly and shook her head.
"Take care of yourself while we're away." The dragon ordered, and the girl seemed to understand the dragon's words.
"I'll be fine, now go and have fun." The girl replied as she smiled at the dragon. Flygon finally nodded slowly before she began to fly off to explore the area.

OOC: Fixed them.
IC: John walked slowly over to where Lee, Blaze, Burn, Oak, Fortune, and Rona were. "Hey, you have been doing so well I thought I would let you guys have a vacation. I will see you all later." He said, smiling fro ear to ear. "Hahahahahaha, SEE you later. Hahahahaha." He left, holding Gwen's hand as she helped lead him out the enterance. When he reached the end of it, he met with the runners of the resort. "I am heading to Mossdeep, where Steven is going to take me back to Sootopolis. If you might need to contact me, Send a letter to the Pokecenter." With that he left, leaving Lee and the others standing there.
They turned and looked at each other, before heading off in different directions. Lee and Burn headed off to hike, Tank and Oak raced down towards the water, while Fortune and Rona headed towards the small crowd of people by the wall with the different contests and activities on it.

*Event Posts*
"Excuse me, coming through..." A slightly rough voice said. Nox's Grimer was sliding his way through the crowd, making his way to the posts that Blaziken and Gardevoir were at. Kirlia was only afew steps behind him, finally gripping his filthy arm as he looked at the events.
"Well, sweetcakes, anything that catches your eye?" Grimer said. If the pokemon could have a nationality, the stereotypical Ilatian American mobster accent would've fit him to a tee.
Kirlia smiled, pointing to the paper indicating the couple's dance contest. That looks like fun, Grime.... She said. Grimer grinned deviously as he looked at the notice.
"Sounds good, they won't know what hit 'em." He said, before bringing his arm around Kirlia and turning away from the sign. He suddenly paused and looked up at Aggron. "I... I know you..." He said uncertainly, wagging his finger. "You, you're someone I almost whacked, right?"

Rona snuck up, with Fortune in tow behind the Grimer and Kirlia. Fortune gave a small sign to the Kirlia to be quite, as Rona went through the floor, and popped up suddenly in front of the grimer in the shape of well, the very same grimer she was trying to pester.

At the Grimer's comment, they'll never know what hit them, Blaziken and Gardevoir both covered their noses.
"Ew, you got that right," Blaziken retorted. "I hope your act's last, because you're going to clear out the entire complex!"
Blaziken, that is not nice, Gardevoir scolded, her telepathic voice unimpeded by her clamped nostrils. He cannot help his smell.
"Smell???" Shiftry cackled. "Talk about weak language! That's a downright putrid stench! Git outta here, ya pile of rotten muckus!"
"While I can't say I agree with his tone," Melotic replied softly, "I would also like to request, sir, that you stand further away, preferably downwind."
At the Grimer's comment to Aggron, the large pokemon turned its head down to look at the comparatively small blob. "Ha ha, no offense, but whack me? I doubt it, kid."

Grimer's eyes made a motion that seemed to be the equivalent to a single eyebrow raising. A few inhaling noises could be heard before he spoke again. "Yeah, I guess I'm a bit ripe. I'll have to fix that before we go on..." he looked up at Aggron again. "No, you Iron Tailed me in the face, I don't forget stuff like that. Course, I pulled quite a number on you too. Shame I lost." He quietly started to leave when he saw Rona. His eyes narrowed. "You. Do NOT mock me, Understand?"
