This is a continuation of Airoars Rage from the old EAB. Numerous people were part of the RP, however, a number of them have dropped out, so we can still accept new applicants, however in order to join, you must PM me first. Everyone else who was participating should know where we were when we left off, as we were about to time lapse under Spectral's control, to the swamp trying to get to the castle (if I recall correctly) I will leave it to Spectral to take it from there...

(Right, I was preparing to ask for a time lapse...oh well. If everyone's ready...we'll all just be exiting the tunnel)
After four hours of traveling through the tunnels, the group stepped into fading daylight. The trip through the caverns were rather uneventful. Other than a few encounters with easily defeated or scared off wild beasts, there was no cause for alarm. As predicted, the enemy was not in the cavern and they appeared to have bypassed them. There also didn't seem to be an ambush waiting for them at the end.
The area the group exited to was a high cliff that overlooked the village mentioned on the map. From the view they would be able to see that there had recently been a battle or some disaster. It didn't seem to have phased the village much as there were signs of life, villagers moving about their daily business without much haste. From the height, they were also able to see the forest on the other side of the village, and farther beyond that castle.
"Looks like we're going in the right direction," Rena commented with a sarcastic laugh.

Star let out a sigh of relief as they got into the daylight. There hadn't even been any bugs or snails or anything. Silently, she scolded herself. She was a powerful warrior, and yet she was freaked out by creepy crawlies that probably couldn't even bite through her skin. She then replied to herself that it wasn't fear of damage, but simply that they were creepy and crawly. Her best attempts to convince herself that she was acting like some six-year-old priss failed and the umph just wasn't in it now that they were out of there, anyway.
"So, we just walk through the village, into the forest, and on through to the castle, right? Piece of cake."

"That is of course if there arent more soldiers laying in wait ahead of us." Julis chimed in, something was bothering him and he didnt know why, it may have been the fact that the bow he found was just left in the tent for no apparent reason that made him feel uneasy.

"Oh, of course, there's more soldiers," Star answered, crossing her hands behind her head as she spoke as if it were common sense. "More monsters, too. We should probably get started, huh?"

"And how do you reccomend we get started, not exactly easy to find traps in a forest." Julis' eyes darted back and forth as he used a sense evil spell that he had quckened.

The cotton candy girl grinned widely. "Why, we start walking, of course! Do you have any other way of starting?"

Rena looked up at the setting sun and smirked, happy that night would be falling soon. She glanced at the others and then growled slightly. "It'll be night soon..." she commented, crossing her arms. "It might be better to find an inn so you all don't get in my way during a fight."

Daristan simply gave the vampire a scowl, but didnt bother commenting, the arrogance of others was their own weakness, if they wanted to flaunt it, so be it.
"An inn indeed would be beneficial to our cause, I am however, unaware of any along this route though." Veon replied.

Rena scoffed. "We're standing right over a town, paladin. Open you eyes and do some searching...it shouldn't be too hard to find one," she said tauntingly.

"What lies before us is only a small village, I doubt that such establishments hold inns, if we find one, then all the better to rest, if not, well, then your judgement is obviously false. Let us proceed." Veon said calmly, and began walking before she could reply, noting the ethical win win situation in his favor, not bothering to insult the vampire back and play her game.

Star shrugged easily, anyway, as she moved to follow the paladin. "I'm good either way," she said in response to the issue, then picked up her pace to come up alongside him. "Veon, could I ask you a question?"

"If you have a question, I will do my best to answer it if I am able." Veon replied.

Julis looked around at the group, things were tense so he decided he would have to be a bit creative in finding the best way to a large enough town. Julis jumped off and flew into the air, scouting the surrounding area, looking to see if what they needed was around

She fidgeted for a moment, clearly not certain if she was asking something that might offend him. "I know this may sound like a stupid question, but you're a paladin, right? Of a specific religion?"
