... just a question.
Do we really need that many boards in there? Most of them aren't even being used. In fact, I don't even know what's the purpose of the "Elite Author's" board.
And since we have a "stories" section, do we really need a "story advertisement" section?
Also, couldn't Non-fiction be a sub-board of stories?
What exactly is the purpose and usage of the "Saga Discussion" board?
I dunno. These are just things that have been on my mind for some time now that I keep forgetting to ask.

1) ...I don't know why we have that one, either...
2) Well, kinda...The story advertisement is more to advertise stories that are not on our boards. Any story, I believe, not just our own. So let's just say you find an interesting little story someone else wrote, you thought it was made of awesome, so you decided to tell all of us about it with a link and whatnot. Or maybe...you do get someone to publish a story of yours, and you want to advertise it...I guess that's where it would go.
Though, really, just posting a link to a story someone else did can be done in the Links section...so I guess we really might not need a "story advertisement" section...
3) Absolutely not; some stories are non-fiction, but not all non-fiction are stories. Actually, very few non-fiction things that we have posted are stories, if any. They're mostly reports we have written, essays we have done.
Of course, then we have those non-fiction stories, and I'm a little confused as to where those would be able to go. I guess we could have a non-fiction sub-board for the Stories section. However, a library takes careful pains to separate reference materials from stories, and so should we. that's mainly what the Non-fiction section is for.
4) Beats me...I personally find it to be unnecessary...

1) The Elite Authors board is not in reference to ourselves, but in reference to the truly elite, like King, Lewis, Donaldson, Bradbury, and Kishimoto. This is the section set aside specifically for discussing their literature.
2) You are expected to post more than just a link. You are also expected to give something of a summary. This would also be the same area to discuss such advertised literature, which would occur in the same thread. For the record, anyone who just goes in and posts a link with nothing else will be treated as spammers.
3) As JP said, the Non-Fiction section is not for stories, but for literature written for educational purposes, not for entertainment. Non-fiction stories would be biographies, and they would go in this Non-Fiction section, as well. Historical Fiction, on the other hand, would still go in Stories.
4) Saga Discussion is much like the Elite Authors section, but more saga-oriented, both widely-known and privately-written. This would be where we could discuss the Chronicles of Narnia, as well as the Peacefire Saga, the Chronicles of Thomas Covenant, as well as the Avlis Chronicles.
I hope this helps it all make more sense.

Ohh! So, Elite Authors is basically talking about popular and well-known authors out there, and discussing their works, and the Sagas board is, like, talking about novel series... like Harry Potter, Suzumiya Haruhi, and Lord of the Rings?

Yes, exactly. And for all those who ever wonder, you can find this information in the summary beneath each section.
