Just because, from what I've seen of member pictures being on message boards, there's often a lot of conversations going on about how the members look. Sometimes the pictures are so spread out among pages, and some members post very rarely on their pictures.
I was thinking along the lines of having one stickied and locked thread that have picture links in it. Member names in alphabetical order, pictures linked in order of how they're posted. I based my idea from this, in case anyone is curious as to how it might work.
