Some have noticed...the calendar section of the board has been rather void in the past. Thus, over the past several months, and hopefully for ever more, I have taken it upon myself to full that void with at least one little interesting or otherwise little-known holiday and/or event from somewhere around the world.
You're free to suggest some of your own, so long as they are all on definite days...no observance weeks or months, please.
Oh, any thoughts are welcome.

Yes, though I try not to stoop to cannibalism.

How about Pi Day? Don't know if that's on there. 3/14
Lol, and if I can remember what the number for e is (pre-calc/calc thing), we could have an e-day as well.
Towel day as well, though I forget the exact date for that. I'll ask my friend.

Sure, you could, if you just move the decimal over. It becomes 27 - 1, January 27.

Except we're American, here on the EAB.
Dangit, I missed Talk Like a Pirate Day... do we have Chinese New Year on there?

Just a note, after a good...long time being out of action, I'm finally back, and continuing this. Now, I think I'll see if I can't get calendar events done at least a year in advance, to avoid such interruptions in the future.
