Demon attacks have been increasing of late, and many villages have set up bounties for the demons that plague their homes. There have been rumors that these demon are searching for items of great power to help them rule the world. Many villagers have begun to fear demons even more, and some have even decided to take up arms against the escalating attacks from demons, adding to the deaths.
A small village called Doga, is one such village. It lies in the plains of the world and has sent some reward posters to nearby towns for the demon problem they have had lately. You be starting in Doga. which has had frequent attacks from boar demons and have posted bills in all of the inns and bars with a 50,000 gold reward for anyone who brings them the head of the boar demons leader, Mondovu.
The village contains 1 pub, 2 inns, and many houses spread in between. One of which is the village leaders house. You can choose to start in or outside of town, and whether you wish to hunt Mondovu. (After all the demon wouldn’t attack the town without a reason.) And if you want to be really to, feel free to attack the town and pillage to your hearts content.(Just don’t cry to me if other characters kill you. I’m not going to try and make anyone take the paths I want, so feel try to be a bad guy.)
(This is the Rp i've made, so If I lack in any area please tell me so I can get better at it. Also I don't mind if people want to enter or leave this Rp, just tell me in the discussion thread for this Rp. )

Dynne lay lazily on the roof of one of the residential buildings of Doga. He yawned as he awoke from a nap, demon-slaying could be tiring. He raised himself into a squatted position. "Perhaps today will be my lucky day." He clenched and unclenched his fists in anticipation. Everyone in the village knew he had been hunting Mondovu to no avail. It had been, so he said, to his lack of training in tracking animals.

A heavy biting wind blew through the desert city of Akro, forcing many of the inhabitants to remain inside during the once busy daylight hours. One individual however seemed to brave the winds alone, as he made his way through the empty city streets. The figure was clothed in a heavy tan cloak and wide brimmed hat, using these to clothe his body from the scalping winds of the desert. He soon made his way into a back alley, and from there into the side of one of the wind scarred buildings. He entered in the wooden door to a run down ware house, containing wooden boxes of who knows what. He made his way to the back of the building, coming several humanoid figures. Three orc bodyguards and a human ring leader; the contract maker. The orcs were dressed in normal clothing and armor for someone of their position, heavy rusted mail armor, and large weapons by their sides, while the human seemed to take a fancy to no armor, preferring that of expensive silk and beads.
“Ah, Sir McDraft, I am so thrilled that you have returned, alive and well…” The man said, while Taxen was alive, he was not necessarily well. He was drained from his mission, battered, and low on supplies. However, before resting and restocking, he decided it was best to acquire the funds before making any purchases.
“I trust that you have returned successful no doubt?” The man said, a kind smile on his face. Taxen didn’t react for a moment. After a few seconds, he reached into his coat, pulling out a wool sack, reaching into it he pulled out what looked to be a silver jeweled pendant. Stepping forward, he placed the object onto the table, where one of the orc bodyguards proceeded to pick it up. After exploring it for several moments to make sure that it was safe, he handed it to his employer.
“At last, the Chronus Gem!” The man announced with great glee. Taxen however did not seem amused.
“I held up my end of the bargain Sethen, I’m expecting that you have the 150,000 gold, hopefully in platinum.” Taxen said, drawing Sethen’s attention away from the gem.
“Yes, that was the arrangement indeed Sir McDraft.” He said with a smile. Then noticing the current situation.
“However, I think I am going to change the deal a little bit…” Sethen said, his smile growing larger.
“You better not…” Taxen growled, his brow furrowing.
“I keep the gem… and you get nothing. Yes, that sounds like quite a deal. You must be tired after having to face off against the various beasts that guarded this little prize, and I believe that you are gravely outnumbered here.” Sethen explained motioning to the orc bodyguards, who proceeded to handle their weapons in a fighting stance manner. Taxen grit his teeth. He was not prepared for another fight… but if that’s what it came down to… then fine! Whipping part of his great coat to the side, revealing his holstered pistol, a mechanical mechanism suddenly went off in the holster, firing the pistol up in front of Taxen. With one swift motion, he grabbed the heavy pistol from the air, and fired a shot at one of the orc bodyguards. His aim was true, as the bullet pierced through the ork’s helmet, embedding itself into his head and killing him instantly. The other two orks however were quick to react. One charged forward at Taxen great axe swinging wildly as he attempted to remove Taxen’s head from his body. Taxen was quick to move back away from this, drawing his full bladed short sword in an attempt to defend himself. All the while this was going on, the jewel in Sethen’s hand began to glow in various chromatic colors.
Taxen continued to hold his defense, using the blade in purely a shieldlike manner, the wide blade allowing him to endure the brutal strikes of the orc. Just then Sethen held forth the jewel, which shot forth a wide beam of blazing of color, engulfing both Taxen and the orc in the beam, before they suddenly vanished from sight.
****
It was quick, painless, and disorienting. Taxen was unable to dodge the blast, and suddenly found himself spiraling down a void of color, before suddenly striking dirt covered land. Although they may not have noticed yet, Taxen and the Orc had been shot through an inter-dimensional portal, being flung out of a colorful break in physical reality, in the middle of the village of Doga. The Orc and human slowly recovered to their feat, before the realization that they were in a different area slowly began to sink in. The Orc the noticed Taxen, his breathing becoming heavy again. Taxen noticed this, turning to the Orc.
”Oh come on, you CANT be-“ Taxen began to mutter before being cut off by a ground shaking.
“WAAAAAAUGHHH!” The Orc roared as it charged Taxen. Taxen attempted to aim his pistol and fire at the Orc, however an early swing of the great axed knocked the weapon out of Taxen’s hand, sending it skidding across the dirt ground. Taxen attempted to bring up his blade to defend, but the now berzerking Orc simply hit the sword with full force, the impact sending Taxen tumbling backwards. Realizing he would not be able to defeat the orc in his current condition, Taxen decided he would have to use unorthodox weaponry for the situation. The Orc was suddenly upon him again, tumbling to the side, he barely avoided the axe which came crashing down onto the spot Taxen once lay, sending dirt and rock flying from the powerful attack.
As he rolled Taxen reached to his back, pulling out his tri barreled rifle. Holding up his sword, he was able to deflect another attack from the orc, although the pure force from the blow injured his forearm which the blade lay against. He suddenly held the rifle to the Orc’s head, and fraction of a moment later, pulled the trigger.
An echoing BOOOM emanated from the gun, as the Orc’s head blew apart from the blast of the rifle round, the body then slumped forward, very much dead. Taxen stood up from the ground, still holding his sword and rifle in separate hands. Slowly sheathing the weapons, he moved forward and picked up his pistol. Mentally he took note of his ammunition. He was low, incredibly low, only maybe a handful of rounds for the pistol, and even less for the rifle, he would have to use them extremely sparingly. He then began to realize, that the fight that had broke out, had gotten much attention of the inhabitants of the village…

The villagers watch the fight between Taxen and the orc in shock. Some of the villagers yell, "It's a demon!" as a crowd begins to form. As Taxen fires his rifle, all around the villagers jump back in shock at the sound.
One among the crowd shouts, "He slew a demon, he is a hero! Maybe he can slay Mondovu as well!" All around the villagers then cheer for Taxen for slaying what they believe to be a demon. While the others cheer, one man steps from the crowd and says,"I am the villages headman Nagamoto, what is your name? Are you by chance here the bounty on Modovu's head?"

Outside the village, a figure knelt down on one knee from some distance away as he looked down at the community from a hilltop. Two sheaths and glistening crimson chainmail could be seen from under his own long, leather overcoat.
"So this is Doga," he mused casually as a breeze stirred his well-cleaned locks. He was handsome, this man who was not quite entirely a man, none could dispute that. Not one could say that the scales that crept up his neck and faded into his jawline didn't glisten with health, that his razor-sharp fangs didn't gleam white with care, or that the horn that sprouted from his head wasn't polished and pristine. No, what bothered most was that he had them in the first place. And let's face it, even the common citizen knew that crimson and black meant trouble.
And, he thought, they would be right.
He stood up from his perch and set a hand on the hilts of one of the swords, the red one on his right that he would draw with his left hand. As he started down the hill toward the city, murmuring a dark chant as the shadows began to coalesce around him, and as he walked, all manner of vermin moved to follow in his footsteps.

(For Dorian, and if you guessed i'm trying to stall, your right . I hope you don't, but feel free to ignore her.) About half way down the hill there is a young girl (around 16) in a hooded cloak with the hood down. She is knelt to the ground picking flowers for some reason. As you pass you would notice that she has cat ears coming from atop her head, and that her hair is white.

The figure didn't pass, however. He stopped, his path taking him behind her. In the sunlight, were it not for the colors he wore, he would look every part the handsome knight, perhaps even one of the mighty and faithful dragon knights, half-dragon kin that fought to protect others. While it was true that he was a knight after a manner of speaking, however, none would know from his smooth, polite tone that the forces he served were anything but benign.
"This land must be quite peaceful," he said in way of greeting, his tone flattering but conversational, "if they permit such young beauty beyond their walls without worry. Were we within my own land, I would see you with a protectorate even within the city proper, for fear some knave would steal you away."
He made no attempt to approach her inappropriately and kept a respectful distance of a couple feet as he spoke.

As he approached she turned to look at him. And as he spoke his flattery, she began to blush a deep red as she thought,"Oh my, he's so handsome and nice. No one except my mom and Anna have ever been nice to me."
As she stands up she says, "O...oh....th.....thank you, that's really nice of you to say." As she looks down slightly out of embarrassment she says,"I didn't think I would ever meet another half demon. Whats your name?"

"Dorian, m'lady," he answered as he bowed a knight's bow at the waist, "for my lord did not see fit to grant me a surname to accompany it. Does it please your ears?"

The girl blushes again as she looks up after he finishes and says, "M...my name is Miko. Y...your so polite, it's embarrassing." Just then she drops the flowers she was carrying and goes to pick them up.

"It is simply the way I was raised," he answered apologetically as he bent down to help her gather them with gloved hands. "I meant no offense."

Miko smiles as she is picking up flowers. "It's ok, It's just that.... well, the village I live in doesn't like us half demons very much. So most people usually glare at me or ignore me in town, that's why i'm picking flowers for my only friend."

"Ah, I see," he answered as he handed her the ones he had gathered. "A male friend, I assume?"

She blushes slightly as she takes the flowers and says,"No, not a male friend. Her name is Anna and she is my very best friend. But her dad hates demons, so we can't hang out when she is working at her fathers inn."

"That is truly a shame," Dorian agreed earnestly. "Certainly, there are demons out there that warrant such hatred, but each should be judged according to their own. My own land may have its faults, but it does know at least that truth."
