Name: Vatti
Age: Uncertain, looks roughly 19-22
Gender: Male
Race: Minish
Alignment: Neutral
Power Level: 5-7 (I think?)
Timeline: Medieavil
Appearance: Vatti typically looks like a 4 foot grey elf with pale-grey skin, red eyes and pale violet hair. He wears a violet cap, much like Link's, and a matching cloak, which hides his violet tunic and white pants. He also has a black marking under his left eye. His Minish, or true, form is simply a much smaller version of this, with more Minish features as apose to Elf.
Personality: Vatti was once a power-mad Minish, who had taken control of his world and ruining other people's lives. After he entered the light world and was cursed (see below), he became a very gloomy and depressive person. Having lost most of his power and his only means of returning home to his own world, Vatti had become a depressive person, secluding himself from the rest of the world, trying his best to avoid others and to find what he needs to return to his world. (If more is need, let me know).
History: In an alternate version of the world created by the Golden Goddesses, the world of the Golden Gods, Vatti had taken over the sacred Minish World, with the power of the Cap of Dreams, which he had taken after assasinating his master. He used the cap to transform into his elven sorcerer form and gradually used his new powers to take over his world. Once he had completely taken over his world, he attempted to move on to the Light Realm, but once he entered it, the Golden Gods cursed Vatti, draining him of most of his magic, locking him in the Light World and becoming overwhelmed by the depression he caused all the people in his world. Since then, Vatti has been travelling Hytrule, a parralel to Hyrule, in search of a way to break the curse, which, to his knowledge, he can only do by bonding with a light-worlder and having them, willingly, pray to the Gods to have him sent back to his world after he completes a task of their choice and makes a vow to rule over his world as a good ruler. The light-worlder he bonds with, however, must be one of good-alignment, or neutral with good intentions. This is a task Vatti attempts at every chance he gets, but because of his depressive state he's been left in, he almost never even comes close.
Powers: Most of his powers had been drained, but Vatti had managed to regrain some of his powers, including his ability to transform. Vatti is currently able to cast some of his lower leveled spells, though only the storm (wind, air and water) orriented spells. He also has access to several different forms which give him different abilities:
Minish: In his original, Minish form, Vatti is able to shrink down to the size of an insect and cast the spells he can cast in his sorcerer form.
Tower-Pawn: In this form, an eight-foot tall version of Vatti's sorcerer form; the head at the top of a stretched version of the cloak, which ones up to reveal a large red eye, Vatti is able to teleport short (10 foot) distances and summon small eye-like creatures (up to six at a time) that can shoot 40 foot rays of electricity and float in a circular pattern around him and teleport with him when he does so. He is also able to unleash a defenning screech that stuns most anyone who hears it.
Demon-Eye: In this form, Vatti becomes a large black sphere of darkness, roughly the size of a smart-car, with one large red eye and a pair of bat-like wings. This form is capable of shooting out a long, 20 foot arm, which ends in a crab-like claw. He is also capable of summoning large, basketball sized eyes, which explode into a burst of acid on contact with anything Vatti deams a threat (never himself and he can only summon up to four at a time).
Equipment: The Cap of Dreams, a red cap which makes the dreams of the wearer a reality, although most of it's power was drained when Vatti brought it to the Light-world because of the curse, which was put on both Vatti and the Cap.
Weakness: Vatti is very depressive and is still just a Minish, despite his elven appearance, which makes him vulnerable to any regular means of damage and he is also very willing to take a hit, which sometimes causes him to leave himself open to suprise attacks. Vatti's depressive state also mentally drains him, making him constantly fatigued and open to psionic attacks. Vatti's curse, however, gives him eternal life while he's in the Light-world, meaning he constantly feels pain from attacks, even when he would have other-wised died, though he gradually heals the wounds, taking a day to heal any physical damage, a week to regrow any limbs and a month to reform if his body was completely disintigrated. Also, he can never leave the Light-world until he breaks the curse (see above).
Incase any of you never played Minish Cap, or Four Swords, this is an AU character of Vaati from the Zelda series. I typically use him in ties with Ulthar, since I tend to put him in the Zelda world. If there is any questions, or things that need editting, please let me know.
