Epic True put an iron finger to her painted lips, thinking. It seemed she was, anyway—to the more modern protagonists present the sound was like some beige and obsolete tower scraping away—and it was a few moments before she gathered her data, full of errors and inconsistencies that resulted in flashing exclamation points only the android would see.
"Whyy-y bother with that?" She queried, ready to play Devil's Advocate, though such a title would be a bad one to have in this scenario. "Most of us are pa-acking some serious fire power. Let's just go-" The giantess stopped short: She was going to say, "Give 'em Hell," but she wasn't sure if that wouldn't make any sense. "-Go, you know, jump out of no-owhere and shoot them. Get this over wi-ith."

"Sure that would work." He shrugged his shoulders as if in apathy but returned to his most important point. "Refer to my previous statement about collecting information. If knowledge is power, then we may just be arming ourselves more properly by these means."

(You miss my point. Suffice it to say that you need to tone it way down. Like, completely out.)
"That is basically my strategy," Mahal agreed with the giant android. "Perhaps with all of you present, if you are correct in your assumption of their power of fire, we might be able to do such."

[Fine.]
The Bone demon's shoulder's slumped. "Fine." With a snap of his fingers the cloned all disappeared much in the manner they had come into existance. "Whatever works for all of you."

"Excuse me." Karen suddenly stepped forward, a simple stick in her hand and a slight frown on her face. "If nobody minds, I do have a couple viable suggestions. So, if the floor would recognise the woman with the most experience in battles involving overwhelmingly superior legions sweeping over insignificant resistance forces like a tidal wave?"

Rather than give a verbal affirmation, Ivan simply gestured with a flourish of his hand and a bow for her to continue.

"Lovely." Karen said, looking over at Mahal. "Your catapaults, I trust you have already prepared ammunition for them? Would I be correct in assuming they're boulders?"
"And you." The scientist added, pointing her stick at Ivan. "How many of those stone pillars can you excavate within... say, five minutes?"

"If the strategists here permit it," he glanced to where Agari was hovering over his normal shadow, "if you want the tall ones to be vertical...I'd say five or six, if they're horizontal, I'd say ten. Vertical Mahal-sized ones, about twenty, if they're horizontal, about thirty to forty or fifty, I think."
He shrugged and turned his attention back to their group, "But I'm not really a miner type, so the numbers are probably off, it kind of depends on the rock as it goes farther down and how much of a hurry we're in."
Ivan smirked at his evaluation, "If you don't give a shit about things like precise size, I can get you as many as the earth allows and however much the present danger happens to motivate me." He gave the ground a firm tap with the tip of his shoe. He mentally scoffed at how 'humble' he was being about the numbers, he could do more, but why share that particular trump when it wasn't called for?
He realized that their 'ally' cavemen were still alive, so his expression ended up being curbed back into a more serious one, "Of course, as I said earlier, only if I'm allowed to." He had to mentally chant Gotta play nice, gotta play nice, eyes on the prize to keep from frowning at how they were such sticklers for something that might have been their final stand.
(According to my calculations, it sounds right? If it's too much for a PL7 character, do tell me.)

"That is correct," Mahal agreed. "Boulders soaked in burning-water and lit aflame. We also find that certain large birds lay eggs of comparable size whose yolks are incredibly sticky. We breed them solely for this purpose."

(She was sleeping. >.<)
"Perfect." Karen said, although she wasn't specific on who she was replying to. She looked over at Mahal. "You will not be needing them for the catapaults, you will take them and bring them here. I would be correct in assuming they've already had your "burning water" applied, yes? Good."
"Meanwhile," The scientist turned over to Ivan, jabbing her finger at him. "You will get to work. I don't want pillars or other such nonsense. Just boulders. Lots and lots of boulders. Am I clear?"

"Boulders," he repeated in disbelief, brow raising at how boring the request was, yet he still bowed his head, smirking pleasantly again, "Crystal clear chief."
He eyed Mahal for a moment before his personal shadow erupted into a wave of demented spades and started hacking into the earth, harvesting the rocks he'd promised.

But Mahal frowned. "It is all well and good that he gather more boulders, but what makes you think we don't need the ones for the catapults? What is your plan, foreigner?"
