*East Side* As Star called out her taunt, light foot steps could be heard from one of the floors above along with the sound of a light moan. Some of the few dozen gnat level energies above her seemed to scurry away from each other - spreading out. Though what could repulse a bunch of gnats and flies?

In one quick jump, Star ascended to the next level, looking in the direction the footsteps and moan had come from as she hurried toward them.

The floor she landed on was in a much worse state than even the floor below it, countless clothing items and video games scatter along with a few books. One of which Star lands on, Z Day, which was probably a fitting book.
The direction that the foot steps and moan came from was a wreck, part of the above floor had collapsed and created small barriers. Though on the counter and thrown clothes stands, laid a few bodies with deep gashes in them.

Getting tired of these delays, Star just charged head on into where the groan had come from, right through the rubble with a cry of rage. "STOP HIDING, YOU COWARD!!!"

Right as she charged into the rubble, a single zombie pounced to attack her - this one a girl. Obviously not the one she followed in after.
Quickly, the gnat energies swarmed towards her and the one opposite of the side of the female zombie, another zombie swiped at Star.
Obviously, this was a trap - one set up far before Star got to the building, but one set up to handle a lone person that was dangerous to the zombies one on one.

Far faster than the amplified zombie could jump, Star snatched the girl out of the air and hurled her at the one trying to swing at her. Considering their weight, it would be enough to send them through at least two walls with the force of the pitch. "So those signatures are all zombies, huh?" she asked herself as she stood ready, feeling them approach. "Fine, bring on your worst, you dolts!" Holding her right hand up, energy began to coalesce there and soon after began to rotate, gathering solidity and speed until it was a spinning discus of energy, with a sound rather reminiscent of a saw blade.

The two zombies did indeed go quite a ways by Star's throw, their flesh colliding with the stone of the wall - leaving a gaping hole in the wall that the soft energies began to head towards as well. And then from the way she came in a couple zombies began quickly moving and new signatures perked up in her senses the dead bodies nearby her.
Only the two she threw and the two charging her from the main path were visible but the rest were getting closer some even heading towards the hole in the ceiling above her, but those were much further away then the rest.

She narrowed her eyes as she tracked them all. "Come and get me, deadbeats!" She drew her palm back and hurled the discus forward. "ENERGY SLICER!"
The disc shot out, the afterburn still remaining around her hand, and lanced down with a gesture from her toward the chests of the zombies below. It would cut right through them, then with another motion, turn around and zip right back up toward her to wait for her next target.

The zombies that she cut had their upper bodies fall off the lower halves, their legs twitching and trashing while they dragged themselves at her - not daring to stop their pursuit but their speed was greatly diminished by the lack of legs.
Meanwhile, the two zombies she had thrown began to start getting up and running back not too bothered by the pain or the broken arm one sported. Though the girl's broken leg did slow her speed a bit.
And a few more zombies entered Star's line of sight the ones already in the room but had had the rubble as cover from Star's sight rounded the rubble almost on her as they did. Just as a few more entered the room, most from the side blocked from view by rubble.
The zombies over head also moved forward but where still a fair bit from reaching the hole.

Like a bolt of pink lightning, the discus shot out again, first down diagonally through the two that rounded the corner, then back toward the two she had thrown and then in again toward the newcomers. "You're too slow!" she called, directing the discus into making zombie salad with practiced swishes of her fingers. "I can do this ALL day! Come on! You gotta be a better challenge than this!"

*East Side* As Star yelled out, a zombie jumped down attempting to pounce her - this one completely lacked an energy signal to give away it's attack and it was careful to of not made a noise and had laid waiting for Star to get immersed in the fighting for his strike. And when he came down - if his blow connected, it'd likely slam Star into the ground. He was nearly as fast as Star and the enhancement from the curse was stronger in him making him as strong if not a bit stronger than Star.
The zombies that got hit by the discus were indeed nothing but diced flesh except for a few that had a chunk cut off of them that hit one vital spot or severed it - left them on the round most unable to crawl but still living.

The thing did, indeed, knock her to the ground, the energy from the disc vanishing as it followed its example as she face-planted onto the floor. Bringing her hand down against it, there was a brief flash of pink and the ground exploded down under them, causing them to freefall and free her from his pin. Turning in mid-air as it fell toward her, she sent a kick toward its midsection with all her force, hoping to catch it by surprise, and maybe even send it into orbit.

The explosion under them while it caught him as crude - he expected it after her bombing act on the street, and wasn't caught off guard by it. And so as she turned around in mid-fall, he prepared for a counter attack so as she threw the kick while she did land the kick, he had also grabbed her by her leg causing her to be affected by her the momentum of the kick in both directions. Both on the same leg obviously. And his sharp nails also run the risk of scratching her causing a light wound.

The bone snapped and the foot followed, crushed by his grip as it yanked away from her, but she followed it up by bringing both hands together and blasting him full on, that adding momentum as well while blowing them apart.
She landed hard, but the bones were already repairing. They were repairing twistedly from the angle, however, and without hesitation, she charged an aura around her hand and chopped the whole foot off. The leg bone healed easily on its own and the foot soon followed.
The bestial zombie, on the other hand, with both the momentum from her foot and her double-barrel blast, likely wouldn't land at all, or at least not any time soon.

The double-barrel blast and the kick, sent him flying mostly upwards - though he spun around and slammed his hands and feet into the floor above shoving off, yet still falling through and repeating it until he ran out of floors above where he had administered enough force to not only cause the floors and ceiling above Star to break and start falling, but slow his flight significantly - considering the sound of shattering glass about three buildings over.
His injuries hampered him momentarily, before he already started preparing for another ambush attempt against the pink haired girl that had just sent him flying, broke a few ribs, and caused his to shatter some of the bones in his hands and arms to keep from becoming a satellite. Though as soon as he began his movements, his bones like wise started repairing themselves.
