I decided it would be good to review the animes we've seen in here. This is similar to the Game Reviews board, but I decided that it would be best if we could use it so that we could rate, recommend, and highlight animes that we've liked (or disliked).
Here are some rules.
1) Please make your reviews complete and whole-hearted. Flesh out your ideas and don't be afraid to make criticism. After all, you can't spell "criticism" without "critic" and that's what you are aiming to be.
2) Post either 0/10 to 10/10 out of each catagory, and give a perfectly logical, reasonable, and thought-out explaination why.
3) Post the genre of the anime (fighting, romance, thriller, etc.).
4) Post a brief, SPOILER-FREE synopsis of the storyline. Make it succinct and concise, yet precise and accurate. Make it short, yet faithful to the idea that the anime conveys.
5) Try to post about an anime you have finished (or is still airing and you're following the episodes). If it is an anime still going, and you're reading the manga (such as Naruto), do not spoil the manga for the anime watchers. Try to refrain from posting about an anime you haven't finished, unless there is a certain aspect of that anime that prevents you from finishing it (such as the fact I can't ever finish Hellsing or Gankutsuou, because I strongly dislike their art styles).
6) Please rate upon these catagories, at least:
-Plot.
-Art Style.
-Characterization.
-Entertainment Value.
-Overall.
7) Remember that you have to explain each catagory. Don't say "10/10: It was awesome!" or "0/10: It sucked." Give a reasonable, logical, and precise explanation as to why you gave it that rating.
8) If someone has already reviewed an item, and you want to review it too, please use the already existing thread; don't make your own if one already exists. It is, however, fine to make your own if someone has reviewed the anime version, and you are reviewing a manga version.
Current Reviews:
(none)
*Donut's edit: added some things, and made it apply to manga, as well.*
