Always having been a beautiful child, Sasha was blessed with a slender body, thick, thigh-length platinum-blonde hair and vividly ice-blue eyes. Though small of frame, she wears it well and dresses in high-end designer clothing whenever around family or friends of the family, but her true fondness is hunting down more unique combinations of attire in thrift stores. It is the thrill of the hunt that appeals to her here, rather than price, however, as even the largest price tag wouldn't be something her family would have batted an eyelash at. Seemingly genetically destined to be a natural beauty, she wears no makeup or jewellery, but her one concession to insecurity is heels, to give her a couple more of the inches she desperately lacks.
Personality: She's very analytical, preferring to stay back and just watch most things, especially social situations. Though she is analyzing and observing, however, this behavior is also due to insecurity. She uses the excuse of high-class aloofness to hide her insecurity and loneliness, but tries to avoid directly talking down to others. The difference between her appearance and her actual age can sometime lend her a creepily mature air, but generally she remains so insular that it never really shows.
History: Sasha is the daughter of Dominic and Anastasiya Nilokovich. Coming from old money and nobility, the family's wealth was further compounded by her father's lucrative role as a highly successful oil baron. Money was simply never an issue for them, neither was social status. Not allowing their child to grow up a spoiled incompetent, however, Sasha was treated from as early as she can recall to the best tutors and private educators money could buy, not just in scholastics and linguistics, but in etiquette, classical arts, enlightened egoism and philanthropy.
A literally noble lineage, both old and new money, a refined, top-class upbringing, and the promise of growing into a true ideal of Russian beauty, Sasha's future seemed bright as a true noble amid dwindling ranks in an increasingly socialist-democratic Europe.
... Until she was set to enter high school in a prestigious European private academy and it became abundantly clear that her development was being outpaced by her peers and it could no longer be attributed to slow growth or late blooming, long since a threadbare excuse given that she had started entering physical adolescence in comparable time to her peers and even a little early. What hadn't initially even been a concern had grown to a blip of worry on her parents' radar and had now reached open trepidation. They pulled her admission for the academy's secondary education program and instead began admitting her to doctors to discover the cause of her mysterious stalled growth.
It took a year before doctors finally tracked down the culprit. Their dear, beloved, precious Sasha had a brain tumor. Further testing proved it to be benign and static, much to her parents' relief, but its growth had put pressure on key portions of her brain in charge of regulating pubescent development, preventing their proper growth. It was hypothesized by the doctors that the tumor's growth had been triggered with the first hormonal changes accompanying the onset of puberty, growing until tumor and brain section finally ran into each other. The tumor prevented that section of her brain from continuing to grow, but in a miracle of synergy, that same stunting stalled the continued hormonal development that had been driving the tumor's growth. Effectively, the tumor's own growth had ended up preventing it from growing large enough to become an actual threat to her life. The tradeoff, apparently, had been that it wasn't only the tumor's growth that had been stunted, but her own, as well. This also prohibited hormonal treatments from urging her development along, as it would cause the tumor to resume growing. Surgery was also out, as the doctors determined the tumor was too attached to other sections of the brain, and attempting to cut it out would most certainly cause Sasha brain damage.
The doctors advised her parents to simply let the matter be, saying that, though their daughter would effectively be stuck as a twelve year old until the day she died of old age, the alternatives of death or severe brain damage were not worth it. Better to leave well enough alone and have her tumor checked annually in case the delicate balance ever shifted.
Rather than re-enroll her in a school with other students where her lack of aging would only grow more apparent, they switched Sasha's continued education entirely to homeschooling, paying the best educators to come to her, and studying mathematics, science, history and language just became a few more things the girl learned in her own study, next to music, art and etiquette. In so doing, however, an unintended boon of her condition became increasingly clear. Though initially hidden by her natural intelligence, and unseen completely in the structured separation of classes in an actual school system, it quickly became evident that Sasha had an incredible ability to multitask. To the point of being superhuman.
Initially thinking nothing of it, herself, she merely did what was natural to her, continuing to work on this or that despite other things being assigned to her. She simply saw it as making efficient use of her time. Her parents and tutors initially mistook it for a disregard and lack of attention, and it was only as she began to show her work in her own defense that the truth became clear.
Of course, this demanded more tests to verify, and this time, the doctors she saw were psychologists, most of whom tested her with different multiple-stimulus experiments. Her crowning moment was when they verified she was successfully observing and processing fifty different television channels they had arranged before her, and was able to functionally retain the information. It wasn't until casual conversation afterward that they found out she had also been following five separate conversations among the researchers.
Growing up, she had always been interested in the global phenomenon known as gunpla, but had never been more than a tinkerer. However, a naturally keen strategist, her seemingly infinite capacity for multitasking brought her game to an entirely new level, and, encouraging this glorious blessing from a curse, her parents invested heavily in this interest. Though they hired trainers and engineers to hone her battling and building skills, she insisted on building units, herself, only accepting guidance in how to do things she didn't know. However, as she grew more and more comfortable with taking in so many different things at once, her requests grew more and more unusual. Multiple viewscreens for 360 viewing was an obvious early one, and bits and funnels became obvious boons to her designs, but then she wanted to control more than one mobile suit at once. First two. Then five. Then ten. The number kept going up. The engineers managed the increasing number by adapting the funnel system, and skirted the rules of engagement by shrinking the mobile "dolls" and storing them in special cavities on the gunpla. It took creative utilization of an assortment of parts to accommodate all of her requests, and the sheer complexity of the resulting machine drove her engineers to doubt. Surely its plethora of options was too great. Nobody could really make use of all of them.
Sasha could.
Powers: Hypercognition - Due to an unforeseen boon of her brain tumor, Sasha possesses untold extra sensory connections between the processing centers of her brain, allowing her to multitask at a level far exceeding that which any normal human is capable of. While naturally of high intelligence and a natural strategist, however, this condition does not raise her intellect, itself.
Equipment: Only Titania, her gunpla, which, outside of a plavsky particle field, is just a plastic model robot.
Weakness: Physically, she is a completely normal twelve year old girl, making her easy to harass, bully, abuse or push around.

Sasha's mobile suit is practically an experiment in how far one can push the envelope in terms of the misuse of mandatory scales, with very little of it being from actual 1/144 scale kits.
The core of her gunpla is a Nobel Gundam CBi (Chibi Nobel) of a sufficiently larger scale as to be equivalent in height to most 1/144 mobile suits, given that the CBi is actually normally much smaller. It also brings its oversized beam ribbon to engagements, though more commonly it uses a 1/144 scale long-range beam rifle for most engagements. The misuse of scale also means that its head-mounted vulcans, while still benefitting from the CBi's more generous ammunition count, are also technically oversized, resulting in what is effectively more than twice the normal bore size. Running extremely hot with its full kit, it also sports the Nobel Gundam Berserker Mode's cooling fins, again from a larger than 1/144 scale model, although not from as large a scale as the CBi, itself, is from. It further benefits from better armor than most high-mobility suits, as, aside from already having proportionately thicker armor from being a higher scale, Sasha folded to a bit of vanity. Not wanting to merely pilot a giant little girl, she added shaped and smoothed plating to fill out Titania's figure. The core is finished off by the addition of the (stylized for the motif) breastplate and pauldrons of the Wing Zero, granting both additional armor and extra vernier thrusters to compensate somewhat for the Titania's massive load weight.
The CBi's original oversized back ribbon is replaced with the King of Hearts' mobile armor heart shell, heavily modified to carry the suit's detachment of mobile bits, then to collapse as a long, draping back skirt so that it's not in the way during combat. Its attachments remain upraised as Titania's "fairy wings." However, should all of her mobile bits be destroyed and she needs to dump the weight, Sasha can eject the entire assembly in a moment, the immediate drop in load weight translating into an instant and direct increase to Titania's speed and maneuverability. This component is also from a larger-than-normal scale model kit, though only slightly, as the 1/144 scale could only fit four mobile bits in either wing with wasted space just a little shy of being able to fit two more. The larger shell allows her a total deployment of ten mobile bits. Any more and they were worried they would be pushing the certification board's good graces.
Titania's final armament and modification comes in the form of a secondary skirt of ten oversized Dragoon pods that Sasha can operate simultaneously alongside her mobile bits, often serving as air support to the bits' ground unit role. Together, they form a small army twenty strong, granting the girl an incredibly massive field advantage against any single mobile suit.
Titania is unique in one very noteworthy way, however, in that its cameras feed the pilot a 360-degree view across assorted screens placed before her in addition to the main monitor. Though the benefit is obvious to even a normal pilot, Sasha's multitasking ability allows her to observe all of the screens simultaneously, making her equally attentive to all angles a surprise attack might come from.
The Titania, while impressive and inarguably unable to realize its full potential under the command of any normal pilot, is not without significant tradeoffs for all of its glory. Technically speaking, it is immensely overloaded, and while additional thrusters on most of the extra gear keeps it mobile, it's functionally closer to a mobile armor than it is a mobile suit. It is also equipped for predominantly long-range combat. Its modified beam rifle isn't quite a buster rifle, trading power for increased firing speed, but it's no assault rifle, either, and is too large and slow to fire to be effective in close range engagements, leaving Titania with only its oversized beam ribbon and large-bore vulcans for close-range defense, where it is, as said above, incredibly slow for its base model type. Both the Dragoon skirt and the Heart carrier bay can be ejected from the mobile suit if their purpose has been exhausted, however, quickly catapulting Titania to one of the fastest gunpla on the field. This does nothing to counterbalance the fact that it is still under-equipped, however, and Sasha's strategic mind and multitasking ability are not sufficient counters to her own inexperience when engaging most pilots able to push her to such measures in the first place. When at all an option, Sasha will attempt to use Titania's increased speed to retreat and engage in guerilla combat rather than continue a direct confrontation at that stage.

GF13-050NSW[SD] Nobel Gundam SD GPB-C Mobile Bit "Pixie"
The mobile bits used by Sasha's Titania and mentally remote controlled by the pilot through use of the Flash System. They consist of ten SD Nobels with modified paint jobs and stylized frames to resemble Titania. Each bit possesses high mobility and share nearly identical parameters with the GF13-050NSW Nobel Gundam. All of the bits are armed with a beam ribbon proportional to their size, small-bore vulcans and energy assault rifles. They tend to embrace their role as ankle biters, swarming an enemy and not hesitating to even scale them, and they will use their beam ribbons to restrain larger, more powerful targets if necessary, or simply use their superior speed to harass their opponent while chipping away with their assault rifles. Weaker mobile suits fall quickly to their weapons, as, like with most SD suits, they are almost on par with those of a full-size mobile suit.
When not active, they are curled up in a tight fetal position and stored within Titania's carrier module. When activated, they drop freefall from the suit, unfold and are immediately ready to engage a target.
