Here is a rule i noticed on another forum and might be useful "Out of consideration for people with epilepsy, flasing images aren't allowed in post's, signatures, or profiles. However, you may link to a flashing image provided there is a warning in the link for the users viewing it." dunno, just a suggestion, but i find it to be quite a nice rule.

while that is something to take into consideration it dosent work for all images

Yes, it's only a specific frequency that triggers epileptic seizures.

I know that flashing images can trigger it, or at least a certain pattern, but not everyone knows which patterns will and wont, that is why i am suggesting that all flashing images be required to be linked to rather that posted.

Actually, they DO know, it's scientifically known that the specific on-off rate is what triggers it, and anything professionally done specifically avoids that frequency because of that.

Long story short its nothing to be worrried about, the eab isnt that big and quite frankly people with that need to avoid the internet because of that problem
