The Chain of dispair, a rampaging lost Lotus

Something has happened to Lotus Blackfire, he dissapeared for a month and then resurfaced only to show up with an army of 1000 men wearing chains and cloaks around them. Lotus and the army have started moving through cities commiting crimes, theft, robbery, kidnappings, and various other crimes, it is unclear what happened to Lotus and why he is doing these acts. However a mercenary and close friend of his stood against the army and Lotus once already, the mercenary was defeated and retreated. Using his connections to the world of mercenaries and soldiers of fortune he has sent out notifications to recruit people to help him.

Ok thats the premise of the rp, basically if you have a character that would have connections that would allow them to recieve such notifications they are eligable to participate
