Toriji relaxed at the approach of the young woman. Because of his Ninp he knew she wasn't there to threaten him and he put his sword behind his back where his tentacles would hold it. "Yes, Little Girl? What is it that you want." He kneeled down so he could see her more clearly.

*Magic City*
"You do not have to believe us." Olron spoke with a sly smile displayed as if he had a plan or trick. A malicious smile thatcould have been taken as a gesture of evil.
"We could tell them up above that you chose to forsaken them and fight against them. I wonder how long they will last. . ." He finished, looking to Zionix who only shrugged and held a looked of carelessness.

*Temple Square*
Michael allowed himself to chuckle. "It is my job, Peacefire, to open people's hearts to the faith that God told me to spread. You have come for another reason, which I have foreseen is of great importance. You can tell me what it is now."
*Battleship*
Cecil charged at Master Zero, swinging his sword and taking out massive chunks of the walls and metalwork he passed.
*Toriji*
The girl's expression never changed. "What are you?" she asked.
*Magic Capital City*
There was a loud murmur, and the oldest Mage had enough. "This is an outrage! You dare walk into the greatest Magic stronghold in this world and make empty threats? I say we set an example with them, then send whatever the result is back to the traitor!"
Jared bolted upright and shouted. "Brothers!" he then turned to face Olron and Zionix, his eyes narrowed, as if trying to pry inside their heads for something. He then turned to face the other Mages, and spoke gravely. "What they speak of is the truth. They are sent by the one man who can destroy this world and everything on it by giving a single order, then heading out into the stars. I strongly recommend you listen to what they have to say, and listen well." his eyes locked with the old Mage who kept protesting, each seemingly piercing the other's soul.
*Future Strategist*
The Strategist smiled, unfazed by the unnatural newcomer. He calmly answered her inquiry. "Yes, you have." he waved his hand and an energy field surrounded them. To the left the Chosen capital city appeared, and to the right was Maya. "You will have to go there and kill her. Simple first mission, but there are some rules. You must not let me see you do the deed, and must not approach me or allow yourself to be apprehended for any reason. I will contact you once you get out of there. Now, whenever you are ready, let me know and I will send you there."
*The Strategist*
The Strategist and Maya followed Leon, who guided them closer to the Temple, and to Star's location.
*Magic Coastal City*
Alan the young Mage moved backward, casting more powerful protection spells to prevent the technological weapons to reach and Corrupt him and those around him. He also threw in several gradually more powerful spells that shot at the ships now attacking the entire city. Several battleships were sinking, and a great number of Mages and soldiers were being Corrupted in the crossfire.
*Escapees from the Battleship*
"Faster!" shouted the captain at the helicopter pilot. "There's nothing to stay here for!"
"This is as fast as the bird will go, Sir!" responded the pilot. "Hold on. I'll increase altitude."
A deflected missile below shot past them, and one of the soldiers panicked. "God damn! All hell's broken loose down there!"

*Temple Square*
"My role is to bring an end to the conflict," Star answered. "It rages around the world without end. People kill each other without reason and without thought." She tilted her head somewhat, as if hearing something, but in truth, she had just detected the Strategist and Maya. "It would seem, though, that some who think they're so all-knowing as to stir up the conflict even further have followed. He calls himself, arrogantly enough, the Strategist, and thought to try to use me to stir up more trouble, but I never act without good reason."
*Battleship*
Even as the Corrupted General rushed in, Master Zero drew his own saber, but sliced down at the ship, itself. With the battle started and the crew evacuated, its value was forfeit and only getting in his way.
The blow was deep and split the belly of the ship open to the sea waters below in one wide line. To those outside, it would seem like it simply turned up on itself from some underside injury and sunk down beneath the ice-encrusted waves like a rock. Cecil and Master Zero, however, would be dropped into the waters beneath the rubble. Their weight, both substantially heavier than most of the rubble, would cause them to sink more rapidly.
Of course, the difference now was that, while seemingly invincible to normal weapons, a status not yet tested against the Zeta Saber which still burned brightly even underwater, the mighty Cecil still suffered a human weakness. He still required air to breathe. His opponent, still faster and fully capable of preventing his retreat, did not.

"I am a D- a Corrupted. I have taken this fearsome form as a result of the magical and technological crossfire. I must ask what it is that is going on here?" He looked around at the bustling mages. "What has happened?"

*Future Strategist*
"As you will it," The strange woman answered, bowing once more from the top of her horse. She slowly dismounted, drawing her cloaks about herself and questioning, "May I keep Guerre here? For this mission, I think, he would not benefit me."
Her empty emerald eyes sought the images of Maya and the city, no doubt committing them to memory. "May I also ask if there is anything I should know about this woman before I go? If not, then I am ready." One hand slipped underneath a cloak and drew out a tiny glass vial filled with a clear green liquid. She fingered the top, and waited.

I apologize for the long delay, and I would like to confirm that this RP is being revived, possibly in a new thread if this doesn't work out here. I am not willing to let Battleworld fall into obscurity. I have one request of role-players who have joined but aren't participating as much as we hoped for: Please be more active, or let us know you want to drop out so as to free the characters you're currently interacting with for other future matters. A reboot of the RP will be a last resort, if I get no satisfying response. Thank you for your time, and you can expect a new RP post within hours.

(There is no reason to start a new thread. There is nothing wrong with this one and creating multiple duplicate threads is highly frowned upon.)

*Tigerwolf moved his car closer to the check point. He had noticed the fake ID in his cup holder and thought it would be worth a try. A shootout at the checkpoint would be a bad idea and Tigerwolf didn't have time to get the silencers out of his center console. As Tigerwolf came up to the checkpoint he handed the guard the ID with his left hand. His right hand was on the steering wheel. If things went wrong it would be up to his sleeve knives to kill this guard.*

Olron met Alan's glare with his on, letting the young mage see the wisdom that was held beyond. Then the boy turned and spoke to the elder and so did Olron turn with him, watching the scene unfold.
Zionix cared little for it however and busied herself with studing the structure of the building. Olron waited, giving the mages time to make a decision.
