But a sound distinctly like Star clearing her throat was made as they were turning away, and in the doorway, there she stood, even though if they turned around to look, Star was still in her capsule, though the gas seemed to have no effect on her while the bindings snaked around her pinned form.
And yet the one in the doorway was as solid as any other, leaning against the frame as she smiled at them, her palm held to one side and a spinning, pink disc hovering above it. "Let me see if I can get this right." She cleared her throat again in preparation to mimic them in their own language. "[Foolish aliens, one would think that at least one hostile alien race would be smart enough to stay away from our planet. You have seen but a taste of the power and glory of our Lord Christ!]"
Then she spun about and sent the discus flying through the air toward them. Everything it touched, it cut through with no resistance. One, two, three, four, five, it diced the soldiers as if they weren't even there. The officer in the back only got a glimpse of his comrades being cut apart so quickly that they didn't even begin to bleed until after they already hit the ground before his skull was sliced vertically in two.
With them gone, the discus hovered in the air at the clone's command as she ickily picked her steps over the mess of body parts. "Ew, ew, ick, ew ... I am SO gonna need a bath after this ..."
"Why did I make you such a wuss?" Star complained from within the capsule.
"Because you made me you!" she retorted to herself as she went over to the console for the capsule. "Let's see ... button ... button ... button ..." She frowned at all the alien symbols. "Ugh, you should've copied their written language, too!"
"Well, maybe someone should have thought of that before she filleted them all!" she shouted back.
"Gah, screw this!" the clone replied before bringing her fist back and slamming it into the controls. Crushing the console produced sparks, sirens, fire and, barely heard in the resulting cacophony, the subtle click of the capsule's latch.
Immediately, Star kicked the thing open so hard that the shell crashed against the far wall. She jumped out with the intention of berating herself some more when her foot landed in something squishy. Her face froze and slowly shifted into one of utmost disgust. She just realized how close the officer had been when he got split. "Oh, tell me I didn't just step in alien brains ..."
The clone just smirked knowingly as she crossed her arms. "Told ya. Wuss."

As the two Stars bickered the doors to the chamber slid open with a hiss. 15 of the yellow wrapped soldiers stood by the doors and from their hands waves of silvery alien feeling energy erupted to reach out towards the two Stars. In the distance many more could be heard as they ran towards the scene of the battle.
From the ceiling ports opened and began to spew the gas that had been in the capsule out in far greater concentrations. From other hatches in the ceiling paralytic darts launched with hissing sounds. More ominous noises began to sound as well as the Inquisitors and other Elite of the Founder society also began to arrive and prepared to attack after the initial group of soldiers either succeeded or failed.

The girls looked to the door as it hissed open and admitted the guards, side-stepping the darts as the gas began to fill the room.
"Y'know, not that we couldn't handle these guys," the clone mentioned, "but it might be a good idea if we do something before Loud Mouth shows up again."
"Agreed," Star answered, forming a ball of energy in her hand and drawing it back. "Solar Flash!" she shouted as she threw it at the ground, and it detonated in a blinding light that would leave all within the room (and beyond if the doors were still open) unable to see for several moments. By the time they regained their sight, the two pink-haired girls were gone.
*Earth*
Star reappeared on the ground an instant later, the clone dissipated and reabsorbed. "I gotta take them out, but there's a pick-up I have to make first ..." And she started down the street. "I just hope his place is still in one piece ..."

*Earth elsewhere of elsewhere.* Joseph ran will full force to the nearest drop ship he could see from the forest he called home, "This is no time to wait for someone to ask for my help. These creatures cause destruction, so they had better have a good reason I shouldn't stop them." He would arrive at the closest drop ship in less than a minutes in not just a few seconds. (OOC---I put a link to my character since he isn't nearly as well known, also I left it completely open where i end up, so choose where ever you like.)

*Ground Elsewhere*
Kodi's purple eyes fell on the person with amplifier to his mouth, and depending on how good his sight was, the alien would know he was looking straight at him, at least until he took a sudden step and started running at inhumanly fast speeds.
If they managed to see and responded by shooting at him as he run towards the bunker, he'd begin to dodge and weave around their attacks. Otherwise he'd run a straight line more or less until he got nearer to the person with the amplifier - close enough for his voice to be heard.
"I am Kodi. But for the senseless destruction and slaughtering of this town, I can not simply leave here."

(OOC: Thanks to Kainus Maximus for IMRPing this post with me. Mark Auvurn belongs to him, as does that beautiful black box.)
Within a small apartment complex, on the frindges of the city, Mark Auvern sat in front of a series of television screens, each one seemingly looking upon a different part of New York. A good portion of the city had been razed, but his had managed to escape destruction... good for him. He sat, the soft glow of the screens was all that filled the room. on one of the screens, the landing of one of these new fangled invaders could be seen. Another invasion, this wasnt the first, and if Earth survived, this wouldnt be the last. Mark had lived through his fair share of invasions, and over time, had made preparations. These invaders were packing a bit too much power for him to directly assault, so that left one option, Guerilla tactics; his favorite.
His eyes narrowed at the screen, his ever present sugnlasses put aside for the moment as he sat in the dark. An alien patrol was gathering resources and had gotten dangerously close to one of his "control points" As they approached, gathering debris and items, he allowed himself a devious grin, tapping a key on a nearby keyboard. Suddenly around the small patrol, powerful explosions from hidden remote devices erupted, sending lethal shrapnel and a high tech and lethal shockwave out from the small vicinity, instantly killing the small patrol. The explosives were expensive, and hard to find, but they were being put to good use. Mark Marveled over their effectiveness "God damn better than The Three Stooges." He mused.
Star could feel the man inside the room. It had seemed like forever since she had last been to this place, though before, she had been hiding in his closet rather than standing outside his door. She had found his old badge ...
The teen pushed the old thoughts aside and brought her hand up. Momentarily reminding herself of self-restraint - she could just imagine how furious Mark would be if she sent his door careening across his apartment - she brought her knuckles down and knocked on the door.
Mark did not turn around, all he had to do was simply glance up at a small screen, where he had placed another hidden camera outside his room. And there was a sight, Star Peacefire, knocking on his door? Shouldnt she be out chewing some aliens ear off with banter or something? Ah well... "Come on in Star, it's unlocked." He exclaimed, as he put on his sunglasses and turned on the lights.
The teen opened the door and stepped inside, closing it before turning back to him to speak. As she did so, her eyes grazed over the countertop where she had once before found the old shield. "I need a favor, Mark. These aliens, their higher-ups are powerful psychics. The grunts are nothing, but their boss ... He's knocked me out once already by flooding my brain. I was hoping ..." The girl fidgeted for a moment. "Well, wondering, really, if ... do you remember that scrambler thing you always wore in your ear around me? That thing that made you look like Secret Service?"
Mark suddenly held up his hand, not looking towards Star, his gazed fixed ont he television, another patrol had wandered into one of his control points collecting more debris. "AH HA!" Mark laughed as he tapped another key, another similar explosion rocketed out, killing the patrol. "Tee hee..." Mark muttered, in a sarcastic, vicious fashion. He then turned to face Star.
"I'm surprised you came to me for help. If I recall correctly, super end of the world threats are openly handled by you, and what were their names? Hamster Plink, Shameless, Pectoral, or something like that, I forget. You guys ussually stomp on them and go home. So if you are here, that must mean this IS serious. Buuuuuut..." He concluded his sentance, taking a breath from his longwinded speech, before continuing. "If these aliens are psychic, then this ear piece, is keeping me alive." He explained motioning to his ear, and the earpiece that he wore. "All they have to do is listen in on one human who is getting a little too giddy with a mass invasion afoot, and hone in on that." He concluded before Star could reply however, he spoke up suddenly. "But! I just so happen, to have a spare." He then walked over to a drawer, oepning it up, he dug around, until he found another piece similar to the one he wore. He walked back across the room, tossing it to her. "Couple things you should know before you run off though."
She caught the device easily and turned it over in her hand, examining it. To be honest, she didn't have a clue how it worked, but she turned back to him when he said there was more. "I'm listening."
"One, this isnt a permament basis, once you are finished with it, I want it back immediately, even if you have to put it in the pocket of my charred corpse if it comes to that." Mark continued counting off, extending his finger for each point he made "Two, it blocks all forms psychic and psionic interaction, incoming AND outgoing. They cant use mind stuff on you but you cant use your mind stuff on them either. This includes telepathy, as well as more concrete powers, such as telekinesis. Three, this isnt made for psychics, so I would only turn it on when you need it, may give you a nasty headache otherwise. And finally, four, most importantly of all... you break it, you buy it." Mark concluded. "And that's about it, just stick it in your ear, turn the dial to AM, and you are good to go."
Star nodded as she confirmed the location of the dial and such, pushing the bud into her ear and clipping the device on her belt behind her. "Thanks, Mark. This'll really help. I'll get it back to you in one piece, I promise." She leaned sideways to glance at his monitors. "Have fun with your video games."
Mark didnt reply exactly, he simply turned away back to the television. A sadistic murmer of laughter eminating from him, as he saw another prime opportunity, tapping a button, and eliminating another patrol. He would have to evacuate eventually, but until then, it was all fun and games.

*Miami Florida*
The Founder in question had simply watched as the planet bound approached him and his comrades on surface patrol. He had been able to track the strange planetbound as little more than a blur but as Kodi had approached the Founder patrol had activated their shields and confident in their superiority to mere planter bound they started to laugh.
"You are a fool planet bound scum, this world is ours now and you have challenged it." The Founder and the other 5 on patrol raised their weapons and began to fire HE Rounds at Kodi planning to blow him up.
*Earth Southern Washington DC*
The founders in the new bunker paused as a newly installed proximity alarm warned them of a fast approaching target. Weapons were pulled from holsters and the leader of this particular drop ship was garbed similar to the Inquisitor on board the Ship above. "Kill the intruder." He ordered "There will be no mistakes, reports have come in that these planetbound while on the whole flimsy have some among them with great power. This" he said pointing towards the rapidly approaching blip on the screen is likely one of them."
As he finished the rest of the founders including several black wrapped officers took up positions at the firing slits of the bunker. The automated defenses sprang to life and guns began to blare firing high powered flechettes in the direction of the anomaly detected. The Founders themselves waited for the anomaly to come into visual range before firing.
*Mount Rushmore*
On the slopes of the massive monument to humanity two figures stood. Both were shorter than the average person. Heavy cloaks of green fabric covered them from head to toe. Only their faces and in a few places the outlines of their bodies were visible. Faces that seemed to be fair almost beyond the standards of human kind. Long and almost elven they were greenish tinted and hinted a hardness behind the delicate features. Hands poked from the ends of the sleeves long and delicate but with claws at the end of them.
Together the two figures stood watching the fires and clouds that the Founders merciless bombardment had caused. For a long moment neither of them said anything and then one turned to the other. "My lord," she said with a voice that though beautiful seemed strained and almost panicked. "It seems they have now come to Earth."
The other figure looked towards his wife and replied. His own voice grating in a way not normal for one of his kind. "They have come indeed, and without our aid the humans will be slaughtered."
"We are no match for them though, my lord. Even with the might of our race behind us we fell to them once before. Even with the knowledge we now possess of them, we cannot defeat them or their master."
The lord stood in silence for a time as the sun began to lower towards the ground again. His face was grave then slowly he nodded. "We will wait for now, earth has it's powers and they may prove enough."
His wife looked at him sadly and shook her head but did not argue and together they stood looking out at the gathering clouds as if trying to gaze beyond them to the gathering of something else.

Whatever the anomaly was, however, the autocannons couldn't track it. By the time their rounds reached it, it was already in another location. The bullets sprayed back and forth, but none of them even came close. Fortunately, the embarrassment only lasted a few moments before the anomaly reached them, moving so fast that they couldn't see it until it stopped - right on top of the autocannon assembly, fist drawn back. The next moment, the machines exploded from being ripped apart, but had the aliens really seen what they thought they saw - a mere teenage girl with, of all things, neon pink hair?
*Rushmore*
"So what, exactly, are you two?" a young man's voice asked them. "I mean, besides cowards."
The young man who spoke strangely gave off no energy whatsoever, something humanly impossible, unless he was dead or a hallucination. Still, he definitely looked human, what with his long blonde hair that reached nearly to the ground, his somewhat tanned skin, his black leather jacket over a white shirt and his black pants.
Still, it seemed a rhetorical question as he walked right by them, stopping in front of them to stare off into the distance. "It's a good thing the Carbons don't have to depend on louts like you." He reached up and tucked a yellow tendril back behind his ear. "Do yourselves a favor and stay out of the way while we real guardians do our job, okay? Thanks."
And with that said, he simply jumped off the top of the mountain.

The two Vrael looked at each other then they seemed to blur and vanish leaving some heat burns on the rock of the mountain from their movement. They were waiting at the bottom as master zero landed. The Lady spoke first, "We are the lord and lady of the vrael but for the duration of your stay on earth you can just call me Rebecca, and my lord here Simon."
She smiled despite the fact that Master zero had been a little insulting she was not the sort to bear ill will towards anyone. Then she stretched out her hand to shake his. "Welcome to earth I suppose, I can tell you aren't from here either. From where in the galaxy do you hail?"

The troopers were surprised but the inquisitor wasn't. Similar blades to the one the Captain had used appeared in his hand and then he gave an order. The troops emerged from the bunker shields at full power and he waited just a moment before following. "Fire at anything that moves, especially something pink at this time."
The Inquisitor's eyes also began to glow and the glowing nimbus formed a second shield around him as something more seemed to trickle into him.

As Joseph burst through the trees the invaders would notice him as a well built old man in his late 50's with long, spiked silver hair. Looking toward the shield Joseph would shout, "What are you doing here! You had better have a good reason for such destruction!"
**OOC** I have a questions, Just how fast and strong are these aliens? Cause I don't want to sound cocky and dodge all the pray and spray shots if they can runs circles on me, or in turn punch a hole in one if they can snap me like a twig.**OOC**

*Miami Florida* Kodi rotated slightly to avoid the first shot before waving his arm in a horizontal line in front of him and a faint glow extended past his hand and quickly flared up into a what was effectively a flash bang, except the light carried enough excess heat energy with it that it could scald a normal human's skin or catch flammable items on fire.
When the flash itself was gone, Kodi had moved out of the way of the rest of the bullet and using any after effects of the flash bang to help hide him in his attack - a burst of the same scalding light against the shield of one of the normal alien soldier there at the border.

But what was moving so fast had no trouble crashing through the troops like a hurricane, flashing about as it whipped up a tornado around the Inquisitor as his men were knocked flying or crashing into fortifications or each other.
Then, as quickly as it started, the winds died down. He felt the presence stop behind him before they surrendered noticeably, but without its power, they did so in short order, dissipating outward in a cloud of debris and dust. It was the pink-haired girl from the space ship, if he had any way of knowing who that was, and a longsword was in her hand.
"Okay, seriously, Mr. Captain tried those butterknives on me, and it didn't do him any good. Take my advice and don't even bother."
*Outside Las Vegas*
Master Zero looked from her face to her hand, then back to her face again. He then scoffed and walked on by her. "I don't know what you're talking about. I'm as local as you get. Born and raised for this sort of thing. Place of birth means nothing." He waved his hand dismissively over his shoulder at the both of them. "Now, go on home. You two don't even belong on this planet, much less this battlefield."

Rebecca still refused to take offense at Master Zero's remarks and instead she moved faster again and so did the lord beside her. They became level with Master Zero again and she spoke to him again. "We do belong here, this world is our home now. We have adopted it and it's people." She paused for a moment before continuing and it seemed that she was feeling distressed. "I do agree that we should do more to help the humans in this fight."
She pointed towards the lord. "My husband though disagrees, he believes earth can withstand the Founders on it's own. Or he believes it should at least try." She gave a bit of a shrug as if to indicate there was nothing she could do about his views.
The Lord spoke up and his voice was similar if more male than the Lady's. "My wife is correct that I believe humans should be given a chance to fight Aloraster and his minions themselves before we intervene to help them. However I do plan to aid the humans now as it seems that alone they will fall." The lord seemed to have found something humorous in the last remark Master Zero had made and he laughed lightly.
"We can fight and we as we have adopted this world and unlike you have fought the Founders before, we can give you information on their nature and on the one who you must eventually defeat. Without knowledge all the strength will not avail you."
Rebecca spoke again quickly. "I cannot send someone to their possible death and I must aid those who I have adopted as my children. Ask what you wish to know and we will tell you off the ancient enemy returned."
*D.C*
The Common soldiers were for the most part battered and several of their shields had broken as they were slammed into walls. Despite this many of them raised their weapons and prepared to fire at Star. Then they stopped, it was if they had been given a sudden new command and they would obey their commands.
The Inquisitor merely smiled at Star, His eyes obscured by an alien whiteness other than their normal coloring. His voice was ominous but at first almost normal seeming from Star's limited exposure to the Founder race. "News spreads fast planetbound, the lifestreams flow brightly from this planet and they will be consumed." The Inquisitor's voice took on a steadily more heavy and burdened tone as he continued speaking.
"Our lord will feast upon this world like so many others, so many worlds fallen to his glory." Then a sudden pause and something rather unexpected issued forth from his mouth. Something Star had heard before, "I SEE YOU"
The Inquisitor suddenly and jerkily moved with incredible speed towards Star. The base groaned as cracks appeared in the floor and walls closest to him. His movements were jerky and inelegant but they would still prove effective. The twin swords swung towards star in a flurry of strikes.
*Florida*
Several of the Soldiers turned their attention from Kodi and began to fire at the approaching werewolf. Their reflexes were fast enough to be able to track his movement and fire at him, though his strength could overwhelm their shields.
The Soldiers Kodi had blinded wallowed in confusion for a moment and then began firing wildly around them in a desperate attempt to his the opponent they could no longer see.

Joseph let out a howl as the soldiers fired at him, not even bothering to transform he rushed forward dodge as many shots as he could. He would create a sonic boom every time he pivoted to change direction, unintentionally giving away the direction he intended to go. If he managed to get close enough he would strike the shield of the closest soldiers with full force.

Unfortunately, the sloppy, jerky movements made parrying them particularly easy, and in but a few moments, Star had turned sideways, pinning his left arm with her left by wrapping it around the elbow and had the hilt of the King's blade locked against his right blade so he couldn't whip it away from her.
Meanwhile, she was grinning widely. "Loud Mouth!" she greeted Alorastor sunnily. "Is that you? Hey, why don't you try to mind-blast me again? C'mon, give me a really good one this time! Maybe I'll stay out for more than five seconds!"
*Outside Las Vegas*
Master Zero was simply walking away from them, so it wasn't difficult for them to catch up. He groaned as the two of them prattled on. "Great, good for the both of you. Go hire a marriage counselor and let him work it out. Meanwhile, the Humans have defenses going for them you don't even know about."
