Final Fantasy: Binding Reality

Dominic laughed. "Fine, what do you use? A wand?"

[Giant Brother]

"I already said," the girl said. "I don't need a weapon. And a wand would just be rediculous."

[Oathkeeper]

Dominic smiled. "Neither do I, but everyone needs a little insurance. Say you run out of Mana, or by the time you cast a spell someone is too close for it to be effective, and you have nothing to defend yourself with? Hand-to-hand is all well and good until the blade catches you in the neck."

[Ninmast]

*Camp*

Lucas tilted his head up in thought. "Hmm, mental note ... Buy that boy an SMG ..." He glanced over at Cassandra. "Think he can keep the charm up at least long enough to get their wounds bandaged and see them off? There's no judge to make sure they stay safe."

[Giant Brother]

*Pub*

The girl merely rolled her eyes. "You know so little about magic that it's practically depressing..." She said.

*Camp*

"For a group of kupo ladies like this..." Telo said. "I could keep them charmed for months on end." The moogle was being carried up to the group by another one of the bandits, who was silently swooning and stroking his ears.

[Ninmast]

*Camp*

The paladin nodded in understanding to the moogle before turning back to Cassandra. "Any objections? Not for months, of course."

[Giant Brother]

"Eh, at the moment I'm more concerned about who the person that set those bombs off was." Cassandra said. "I can remember any ally I have here easily, none of them fool around with explosives. So I'd like to know who this person was and what they were doing."

[Ninmast]

"Best to take care of them first, though, isn't it?" Lucas asked. "Perhaps Telo and (OOC: insert the cleric's name here) can take care of that while we find our new friend?"

[Giant Brother]

(Amelia)

"Of course." Cassandra said. She then looked at Amelia. "Amelia, I know it's difficult, but fight of the urge to Esuna them."

The white mage nodded. "Of course, I'll just view the charming as the just reward for them wearing such vulgar outfits."

[Ninmast]

Lucas nodded in agreement as he started forward. "Alright, then. It seemed to me it came from behind their lines." He picked up a small branch from the fire to use as a torch as he went.

[Oathkeeper]

*Pub*

Dominic smiled. "I know a little. I know about the magic of the gods, and their curses." To demonstrate his point he moved back a little into the shadow, and took his actual form of humanoid nothingness. After he made himself into a Bangaa and then a Veira, and finally into a swordmaster costume from the Fire Emblem games he had played.

[Giant Brother]

*Camp*

"Let's go then." Cassandra said. "And, uh..." Cassandra looked over at Farrah. "Do you think you could try to see if you could snap Rensik out of whatever he's in? And, uh... maybe find him, too. I have no clue where he is."

Farrah nodded. "I can sure try." She said confidently.

*Pub*

"You should be careful doing that." The girl said. "Shapeshifting can do some nasty things to you if you don't do it responsibly."

[Ninmast]

*Pub*

(Speaking from experience there, is she? ;D)

*Camp*

(Um, shouldn't they be moving in and looking now?)

(Yeah, I suppose so.)

Cassandra and Lucas headed in the directions the blast came from. It wasn't long before the smell of bacon filled the air, and a small campfire could be seen.

"Looks like we found our friend," Lucas told her as they came up on the campfire.
