Cassandra sniffed and hummed in a approval. "Yes... Oh, do you smell that, Lucas? I don't think there is anyone in the world that likes bacon more than me." Cassandra said, unaware of the irony in the statement.

"It's still a very common breakfast and travel meat," he reminded her.

Dominic smiled. "Hun, I have three hundred years experience with shape shifting. I also have experience with angry gods, avatars, curses, pain, being stripped of my body, and I have been what should be fatally killed a"t least thirteen times.

"So?" Cassandra said. "I love it more than anyone else." The girl insisted. "Even if there was something like... another me, I'd like bacon more."
*Pub*
The girl scoffed. "And you still think winning a drinking contest is impressive?"

The paladin chuckled. "I believe it." He stepped into the campfire light and called out. "Hullo?"

"Hey Lucas." Colin was walking back into the light, having walked out of it for unknown reasons. Thankfully, he still had Jake's towel around his face. "Baguba Port. Next time we're ever near there, Lucas, remind me to give a fuzzy little arms dealer a tip for those bombs."
Cassandra raised an eyebrow. "You two know eachother?" She asked.

"Pretty well, actually," Lucas answered. "He's what Jake wanted to pull me away about. He was camping close by the entire time. He's the one that set off those explosives back there."

Dominic shook his head. "No, but being able to sit with a small buzz while watching some one else who is the supposed best succumb to a potential alcohol poisoning and being able to watch the drama unfold is always fun. Now impressive is being able to transform from a human to a fly and then into a bear within seconds merely to get past guards, break a door down, and scare the daylights out of someone is funner, but also takes more work. Have you ever spent six hours as a fly gathering information? A spider is easy, they sit for hours without moving. A fly can barely go three milliseconds without twitching."

Cassandra nodded. "Um... how do you two know eachother, then?" She asked.
"Our clans have run into eachother multiple times." Colin said.
"Right." Cassandra frowned. "And... who are you again?"
"A member of Clan Adrahms." Colin said. "Will that do?"
Cassandra frowned and scratched her head. "That rings a bell for some reason..."
Colin cleared his throat. "So, do I get to come along now?" The boy asked.
"Wait, you can't just come along! Right, Lucas?" Cassandra spoke up, looking back at Lucas.

The girl scoffed. "Peh, try a gnat." She said skeptically. "On the roof of someone else's room waiting for them to wake up and leave."

The paladin scratched the back of his head. "He was pretty helpful ..."

"But I don't even know who he is." Cassandra said. "He just offers some clan name I don't know and acts as if it's enough of an introduction. And he's hiding his face!"
"Do you want me to take the veil off, lady?" Colin asked.
"Yes, I do."
Colin sighed. "You really don't want me to take this off... This isn't a face you want to see. Just ask Lucas."
Cassandra groaned in frustration. "Lucas, make him take it off."

"Gnats are easy if you know how to handle them. Dark section, and they can buzz around easily. Fly's are louder, and can be seen even in the shaded areas because they are such pests that people will unconsciously follow them and try to kill them. I don't use it unless I have to, I prefer spiders or silverfish myself." He smiled, leaning back.

"Trust me, Cassandra," Lucas answered honestly, "you really don't want to see what he looks like under that thing."

The girl shrugged. "I bet you've never had to fight off an entire army of humans as a gnat, though."
*Plains*
"No joke," Colin said. "Trust me. I tried looking in the mirror without this on once. You know what happened?"
Cassandra suddenly frowned. "What?"
"My reflection ducked." Colin said. As soon as the words left hs mouth, the female him lunged out and yanked the towel off his face.
Cassandra, contrary to what Colin and Lucas were probably fearing, didn't seem to react violently or extravigantly. She merely stared, wide eyed, at her double's face.

Lucas looked between them for a moment before waving her hand in front of Cassandra's face. "Hey, Colin, you okay?"
